J. Reimer - G
Reimer allowed five goals on 26 shots in Thursday's 5-1 loss to the Wild.
The Panthers aren't getting strong production out of either goaltender at the moment, as Reimer didn't do much with his opportunity to spell a slumping Roberto Luongo. Any hopes Florida had of erasing a 3-1 deficit to open the third period were quickly dashed by two Wild goals in the first 3:51 of the final frame.

J. Thornton - F
Thornton (undisclosed) is on the ice for pregame warmups, indicating he'll be in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Stars, Kevin Kurz of The Athletic reports.
Thornton is expected to slot into his usual spot in the lineup, skating on San Jose's third line and second power-play unit against Dallas. The 39-year-old has remained a solid depth scorer at his advanced age for the Sharks this campaign, notching four goals and 12 points in 23 appearances.

H. Fleury - D
Fleury (upper body) left Thursday's game versus the Canadiens and will not return, Michael Smith of the Hurricanes' official site reports.
Fleury left the game after having logged just 6:48 of ice time. He was making just his second appearance since returning from a concussion. While the injury is obviously an unfortunate development in Fleury's season, the 22-year-old is by and large an irrelevant player in fantasy when you consider he's tallied just nine assists in the first 76 games of his NHL career.

P. Rinne - G
Rinne will start Thursday against Vancouver, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.
The Preds' netminder bounced back nicely in his last start after being pulled in the one prior. In Vancouver, Rinne draws a club that's won three straight and averages 2.94 goals per game, 19th in the NHL. The two teams played seven days ago, with Vancouver prevailing 5-3 and Rinne allowing four goals on 25 shots.

E. Gudbranson - D
Gudbranson (upper body) won't play Thursday against the Predators, Ben Kuzma of The Vancouver Province reports.
Gudbranson's upper-body issue isn't believed to be overly serious, but at this point he should probably be considered questionable at best for Saturday's matchup with Philadelphia. With Gudbranson on the shelf, Alex Biega will draw into the lineup against Nashville.

M. Joseph - F
Joseph (lower body) isn't in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Maple Leafs.
Joseph is considered day-to-day with his lower-body injury, which suggests he could return to action as soon as Sunday against the Jets. The 21-year-old winger has been a fantastic source of secondary scoring for Tampa Bay while skating in a bottom-six role this season, notching nine goals and 13 points in 32 appearances.

Staal (concussion) is still on injured reserve ahead of Thursday's game against the Canadiens, per the NHL's official media site.
Staal has yet to resume skating and remains without a timetable for his return to game action. The veteran forward should be considered out indefinitely until he's able to return to practice with his teammates.
Added 7:29 pm (EST)
Staal (concussion) is not active for Thursday's game versus Montreal.
The forward remains on injured reserve with a concussion.
