George Kittle (knee) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
Kittle should be on track to play Week 3 against the Giants, but the conditions of the turf at MetLife Stadium reportedly may keep Kittle out for another game. Jordan Reed would get another week as a TE1 play if Kittle sits. Nick Mullens is expected to start under center.

Jimmy Garoppolo (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.
As expected. Nick Mullens is the favorite to start this week against the Giants. Garoppolo is considered week to week with a high-ankle sprain. He'll have a better shot of suiting up for Week 4.

Cole Beasley (hip, thumb) did not practice Wednesday.
These are new injury issues for Beasley, who wasn't on the injury report Weeks 1 and 2. The Bills' slot man has nine catches for 128 scoreless yards on 13 targets through two games. If he were to miss Week 3 against the Rams, rookie Gabriel Davis would take on an even bigger role.

Zack Moss (toe) did not practice Wednesday.
It's a new injury for Moss, who wasn't on the injury report Weeks 1 and 2. Playing 45% of the snaps behind Devin Singletary's 57% share, Moss is averaging 10.5 carries and targets per game. If Moss were to sit against the Rams, Singletary would get a boost as a more comfortable RB2.

JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) did not practice Wednesday.
JuJu didn't practice last Wednesday either, but he was out there for Week 2 against the Broncos, posting a 7-48-0 line on eight targets. The yards haven't been there for JuJu through two weeks, but he does have a pair of touchdowns and 14 targets to his name as Ben Roethlisberger's favorite red-zone weapon.

Diontae Johnson (toe) did not practice Wednesday.
JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) was also sidelined. It's the same routine the duo followed last week before playing against the Broncos. Johnson hung an 8-92-1 on Denver and leads the Steelers with 23 targets. He'll be a WR2 with upside against Houston.

DeVante Parker was removed from the Week 3 injury report and will play against the Jaguars.
Parker was limited in Monday and Tuesday's practices but was upgraded to full Wednesday, getting the green light for Thursday night. Parker is an intriguing play for one-game DFS slates.

B. Jones - DB
Bryon Jones (groin) is out for Week 3 against the Jaguars Thursday night.
It's a boost to the matchup for Gardner Minshew and D.J. Chark, though Chark's target numbers are way down with just seven through two weeks. Both Minshew and Chark will be in play for one-game DFS slates Thursday.
