UFC Fight Night Predictions & Betting Picks: Nicolau vs Perez  - Saturday, 4/27

Nicolau vs Perez Best Bet

  • Nicolau ML -185

Nicolau is the more well rounded fighters and is better at conserving his energy to keep the fight at the pace that he wants it.  We haven’t seen either of these fighters go five rounds but based on what we have seen in three round fights I think Nicolau’s cardio is going to prove to be superior.  I think he gets a late finish, but I’m taking the  safety in the moneyline.

Ryan Spann vs Bogdan Guskov

  • Spann wins R1 +135

Spann is an early finisher, and Bogdan is someone who either gets the early KO or gets finished early.  I don’t want to pick between the submission and the KO so I’m taking Spann to win in the 1st Round at +135.

UFC Fight Night Parlay

  • Liang vs Petrovic U2.5 Rounds + Diniz KO  Odds +111

Liang comes out looking for the kill early, and if she doesn’t get it her cardio won’t last very long so someone is going to get finished.  Diniz is the far superior striker to Austen Lane, and while he didn’t get the KO in his Contender Series fight he was able to get multiple knockdowns which should lead to a finish here.

UFC Fight Night Long Shot Bet

  • Onama by KO +300

Onama has the power advantage and the reach advantage in his fight against JSP so as long as he keeps it standing he should have the advantage.  In his wins in the UFC that he wasn’t able to get knockouts he was at least able to get knockdowns so the power is there for him to finish this fight.
