T. Herro - SG
Tyler Herro shot 4-of-12 from three in Saturday’s loss to the Celtics, posting a line of 22 points (8-of-18 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), three rebounds, four assists and one steal in 36 minutes.
With Jimmy Butler (17 points, eight rebounds, three assists and two blocked shots) and Goran Dragic (11/1/5 with one 3-pointer and five turnovers) nowhere near as impactful as they were in the first two games of the series, Herro was asked to do even more scoring off the bench. And to his credit the rookie stepped up, with the 22 points representing a new playoff career-high. In fact this was just Herro’s second playoff game with at least 20 points, as he hit that number in Game 3 of the Heat’s first round series vs. Indiana. He’ll be a good fantasy option next season but how valuable the “Baby Goat” will be in 2020-21 depends upon what happens with Dragic, as he’ll be a free agent this offseason.

B. Adebayo - PF
Bam Adebayo played 38 minutes in Saturday’s loss to the Celtics, scoring 27 points (10-of-14 FGs, 7-of-9 FTs) with 16 rebounds, one assist, three steals and two blocked shots.
While Boston was finally able to corral Goran Dragic (11 points, one rebound, five assists and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes), they still don’t have an answer for Adebayo. The 27 points represent a new playoff high for the second-year center, and the double-double is his eighth of this postseason. While Adebayo still has work to do this season, he’ll be one of the top post players in all fantasy formats in 2020-21.

J. Tatum - PF
Jayson Tatum shot 9-of-20 from the field and 5-of-5 from the foul line in Saturday’s win over the Heat, posting a line of 25 points, 14 rebounds, eight assists and two 3-pointers in 41 minutes.
Tatum has now scored 20 points or more in six straight playoff games, and this was the 24th postseason game in his career in which he’s hit that mark. Only two other players in NBA history have more 20-point playoff games to their credit before turning 23 years old: the late Kobe Bryant (32), and LeBron James (29). With Saturday’s effort Tatum moved into third on that list, breaking a tie with Derrick Rose.

J. Brown - SG
Jaylen Brown scored a team-high 26 points (11-of-17 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs) to go along with seven rebounds, five assists, three steals, one blocked shot and one 3-pointer in 43 minutes Saturday vs. the Heat.
Brown, who reportedly got into a postgame shouting match with Marcus Smart after Boston’s Game 2 loss, stepped up in a big way Saturday night. The 17 field goal attempts are the most that he’s had in a game this series, and the 64.7 field goal percentage is Brown’s best this postseason. The Celtics will need a similarly assertive Brown in Wednesday’s Game 4 as they look to even up the series. Smart also played well, tallying 20 points (5-of-10 FGs, 10-of-10 FTs), four rebounds and six assists in 36 minutes.
Added Yesterday 11:20 pm (EST)
Gordon Hayward returned from a sprained right ankle Saturday, playing 31 minutes and finishing with six points (2-of-7 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, four assists, three steals, one block and one 3-pointer.
While Hayward wasn’t officially on a minutes restriction in his first game back, the expectation was that his minutes would be closely monitored. After playing a four-minute stint in the first quarter Hayward was used even more, ultimately accounting for 31 of the 55 minutes played by Celtics reserves. He didn’t provide much in the way of scoring, but he was productive in other statistical categories as evidenced by the steals and blocks totals. And Hayward’s size/shooting ability make him a player capable of giving the Heat trouble when they go to the zone defense that stymied Boston in the first two games of the series. With Game 4 scheduled for Wednesday, Hayward will have a couple extra days to rest.
Added Yesterday 9:57 pm (EST)
Gordon Hayward has decided to remain in the bubble for the duration of the Celtics' postseason run and not return home for the birth of his fourth child according to ESPN's Rachel Nichols.
Originally the plan was for Hayward to join his wife once she was ready to deliver the couple's fourth child, but things have changed. Per Nichols' report, the reason is that Hayward was able to return home during the early stages of his rehabilitation from a sprained right ankle. Having been sidelined since Boston's postseason opener, Hayward made his return to action Saturday night.

A. Iguodala - SG
Andre Iguodala (back spasms) is available for Miami on Saturday.
Even at full strength, Iguodala isn't likely to play more than 10-20 minutes. Unless Miami's roster gets thinned out by injuries, he's a dubious play in DFS.

Added Yesterday 7:43 pm (EST)
Gordon Hayward (right ankle) will come off the bench vs. Miami for Game 3 on Saturday.
Hayward will be on a minute-limit, though Boston hasn't specified an exact target. Miami's zone defense confounded the Celtics for stretches of Game 2, enabling them to erase the Celtics' big early lead, but Hayward's shooting and passing should be able to help in that area. Semi Ojeleye and Grant Williams are likely to lose minutes with Hayward in the mix for the second unit.
