B. Bowen - SG
The Pacers have signed Brian Bowen to a two-way contract according to Scott Agness.
Not selected in the 2019 NBA Draft, Bowen signed a two-way deal with the Pacers and appeared in six games. He and the Pacers will be dealing with different two-way rules this season, as Bowen can be active for up to 50 games and there are no limits on practice time. Bowen won't play much, but this season will be key when it comes to his development as a pro.

R. Tucker - SG
The Jazz are sending Rayjon Tucker and a future second round pick to Cleveland in exchange for cash.
Tucker made just 20 appearances with the Jazz last season, averaging just 8.1 minutes. It's unclear if the Cavaliers see Tucker as part of their future as they probably had more interest in the future pick. He remains miles off the fantasy radar barring a strong training camp.

A. Johnson - SF
The Raptors have reached a deal with forward Alize Johnson.
The terms of the deal are not yet known. Johnson, a 24-year-old forward, spent the last two seasons with the Pacers where he made a combined 31 appearances. He's facing an uphill battle for playing time in Toronto.

N. Mannion - PG
The Warriors have signed Nico Mannion to a two-way contract.
The Warriors signed Brad Wanamaker to be Stephen Curry's backup at PG, so Mannion will look to develop his skills in the G League. He's completely off the fantasy radar in re-draft formats.

T. Johnson - SG
The Nets have signed Tyler Johnson.
The deal is expected to be for the minimum. The Nets are rewarding Johnson for his strong showing in the bubble but he will head into camp on the outside of Brooklyn's stacked rotation.

J. Barea - PG
J.J. Barea will sign a one-year, $2.6M deal to return to Dallas.
The Mavs were always expected to bring back the veteran and Shams Charania of The Athletic notes that it is a guaranteed deal. Barea has lost a step and may not be a consistent part of the rotation as the Mavs have Jalen Brunson, Tyrell Terry and Trey Burke behind Luka Doncic.

F. Kaminsky - C
Frank Kaminsky has agreed to a one-year deal with the Kings.
Kaminsky will provide some emergency depth for Sacramento, but when the team is at full strength, he'll likely be collecting DNP-CDs.

K. Oubre - SF
Kelly Oubre said he did not feel mentally prepared to play in The Bubble coming off of knee surgery.
"My knee, obviously after I had surgery last season, COVID hit. I couldn’t go to rehab any more at the facility; I had to rehab from home," said Oubre. "I didn’t have anybody check on my knee. I didn’t get any MRIs after, like, the first three weeks of checkup time. It was just a lot of uncertainty... I just didn’t feel comfortable coming back from that injury when I didn’t have any time to really get my mind around how I was feeling." Oubre underwent the surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee in early-March, so while he wasn't mentally ready to play in The Bubble in August, he should be fine for this year's December 22 start date. He should be even better in his age-25 season, so he's looking like an excellent target in the 50-range.
