Point Guard

NAME Team # Games Analysis
Damian Lillard POR 4 Lillard takes the top spot with the full slate. The Blazers continue to lose back up players due to injury and that will just put more of the scoring burden on Lillard at the end of the day.
Luka Doncic DAL 3 Doncic returned from injury a bit sooner than expected and it seems that the Ankle injury is behind him and he's able to handle a full workload as the Mavs prioritized scorer.
Ricky Rubio PHX 4 Rubio has been a nice surprising after everyone was shocked that Phoenix dropped a boat-load of money to sign him and he's been an excellent playmaker and improved scorer.
Kyle Lowry TOR 3 Lowry will continue to be utilized heavier than any other player on the Raptors because of all of the frontcourt injuries they are currently facing. Expect a high volume of minutes and shots.
Goran Dragic MIA 4 Dragic has been able to stay on the court and he's thrived especially with the Heat's second unit. He's able to fin a good chunk of shots and a lot of time with the ball even if he plays off the ball.
Derrick Rose DET 4 Rose will be needed more this week because Blake Griffin is banged up and just hasn't looked the same and Luke Kennard is still injured. Expect him to be the prioritized shooter with Drummon down-low.
Jeff Teague MIN 4 If Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins sit for the first game of the week, Teague becomes the prioritized scorer and even if they both play, they aren't 100 percent and Teague should see more PT.
Kemba Walker BOS 3 Marcus Smart being back in the lineup won't impact Walker's shots too much. When Walker is hitting shot after shot, the Celtics will let him continue to shoot until he cools off.
Devonte Graham CHA 3 The Celtics backcourt continues to provide most of the offense and Graham is still the top option and he's also been very helpful dishing assists.
D'Angelo Russell GSW 3 Russell is one of those players who will have the eternal green light to shoot. He can miss a lot of shots and continue to get fed. He's quick, not afraid to drive the lane with the ball and he's the top option.
Kendrick Nunn MIA 4 Nunn has done an excellent job of keeping the Heat's offensive pace at a high level. He's a drive-first guard who will continue running around the court off the ball to find openings at the arc.
Patrick Beverley LAC 4 INJ: Beverley injured his Elbow in his last game and there's a chance he'll have to miss the Clippers first game of the week on Tuesday.
Collin Sexton CLE 4 Sexton and the rest of the Cavs shooters should see a bit of a production boost with Jordan Clarkson off the team. Expect Sexton to take more shots and to operate both on and off the ball.
Isaiah Thomas WSH 4 If Bradley Beal needs to sit, Thomas becomes the prioritized scorer and he's scored 20 points in both of his last 2 games. He'll provide some help with dimes but he's a shoot-first Point Guard.
Chris Paul   OKC 3 Paul has silenced his doubters that he's past his prime. He's a big reason why the Thunder (who lack serious depth) have been successful this season. Expect consistent points, dimes and steals.
Spencer Dinwiddie BKN 3 We still don't have a return date set for Kyrie Irving and he can't even take contact in practice. Expect Dinwiddie to fill the void and to be the primary shooter until Caris LeVert or Irving return.
Russell Westbrook HOU 2 Westbrook would be much higher in the rankings if he had a bigger slate. He's coming off of a rest game and if James Harden is actually hurt and has to miss time, Westbrook becomes the top option.
Markelle Fultz ORL 4 Fultz has been able to log a lot of minutes and his driving ability is certainly better than his jump-shooting ability, but he's showing signs of slow growth and he'll continue to play in the late 20's/early 30's.
Ish Smith WSH 4 The Wizards are down a lot of options and a lot will be asked of Thomas if Beal has to sit and Smith should be able to see a boost in minutes and even shots. The Wizards active roster is unrecognizable.
Malcolm Brogdon IND 3 INJ: Brogdon is dealing with a few lower body injuries and he's missed his last three games. If he has to miss his first game of the week on Tuesday, Aaron Holiday will see more usage.

Shooting Guard

NAME Team # Games Analysis
Jimmy Butler MIA 4 Butler continues to destroy match up after match up and even when he has lower scoring games, he's still very helpful in other areas because of his shutdown defense all over the court.
Bradley Beal WSH 4 INJ: Beal has been dealing with a sore Leg and there's a chance he'll have to sit for his second straight game on Monday night. He could still make it back for the Wizards full slate.
Devin Booker PHX 4 Booker's Arm is better and he's been able to stay in the lineup without pain and with Deandre Ayton still sidelined with the Ankle injury, he'll be by far the prioritized scorer.
Andrew Wiggins MIN 4 INJ: Wiggins is sick and he may have to sit for the second straight game on Monday. He can still make it back for the Timberwolves full slate, but for now, he's currently questionable.
CJ McCollum POR 4 McCollum will continue to be the Blazers second option and when his shots are falling, the Blazers will feature him more even if Lillard is on the floor with him. Expect him to help grab long rebounds.
Lou Williams LAC 4 Williams could be seeing a boost in minutes if Beverley has to sit with the injured Elbow. Expect Williams to draw starts. Williams will also benefit if Kawhi Leonard sits for a game later in the week.
Evan Fournier ORL 4 Fournier's defense is really bad, but the Magic need his long-range shooting and he'll be fed a good chunk of shots. Expect his usage to go up if Aaron Gordon has to sit at all this week.
Donovan Mitchell   UT 3 Mitchell will continue to help bring up the ball a bit more with Mike Conley back on the shelf. The addition of Clarkson won’t impact Mitchell's shots as he's still the top option in Utah.
Fred VanVleet TOR 3 VanVleet will operate as the Raptors second option until Pascal Siakam returns. Norman Powell being out also benefits VanVleet. Expect him to be very productive with the Raptors second unit.
Zach LaVine CHI 3 LaVine has been able to shake off the Shoulder injury and he should be active for all three of the Bulls games this week and Lauri Markkanen a bit under the weather, LaVine will take more shots if he sits.
Jaylen Brown BOS 3 Brown continues to be helpful not only putting up points, but also helping out a lot on the defensive end. Brown grabs seven boards per game and he's had two three-steal games in his last five.
DeMar DeRozan SAS 3 DeRozan has been hot from the field lately as he's scored in the 20's in his last 4 games and he'll also provide help with boards and dimes. Don't expect him to shoot from the arc regularly.
Khris Middleton   MIL 3 Middleton will be the prioritized scorer if Giannis Antetokounmpo continues to sit. Eric Bledsoe is also expected to return to the court tonight, but Middleton's shots shouldn't be impacted first game back.
Buddy Hield SAC 3 Despite De'Aaron Fox feeling better and returning to the court after dealing with a minor Back injury, Hield will continue to get a lot of shots and he'll help with boards and steals in the lane.
Bruce Brown Jr.  DET 4 Brown will see more shots with Griffin and Kennard out. Brown and Langston Galloway will be fed a ton at the arc and if needed, Brown can also bring up the ball at times and that could help his assists.
Gary Payton II WSH 4 It has been just three games, but, Payton has been very productive scoring and grabbing boards and steals. The Wizards need all of the help they can get. If Beal sits, he'll once again benefit big time.
Terry Rozier CHA 3 Rozier has been holding his own in the production department even with Graham sharing the backcourt with him and clearly being the prioritized option. Rozier will provide help with dimes and steals.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander OKC 3 Gilgeous-Alexander should see more shots if Danilo Gallinari continues to sit with the injured Ankle and the Thunder are running out of shooters. Even Dennis Schroder has been banged up.
Jrue Holiday NO 2 Holiday would be much higher in the rankings if he didn't have the short slate and even though the Pelicans rotate a lot of guards, it won't impact his shots and he'll get time to bring up the ball.
James Harden HOU 2 INJ: Harden missed his previous game most likely because of rest, but, he was listed as having an injrued Toe. It's hard to tell whether or not the injured Toe is a real injury and he'll have to sit more.

Small Forward

NAME Team # Games Analysis
LeBron James   LAL 3 James owners can exhale because he seems to be over the Groin pain he was in and he should be active for the Lakers three games this week. As always, expect mega-multi-category production.
Kawhi Leonard LAC 4 Even though Leonard has the full slate, the Clippers have a back-to-back over the weekend and as we've seen in the past, he'll most likely sit one of the two games to rest. Don't be shocked if it happens.
Kelly Oubre Jr.  PHX 4 Oubre is hanging onto his value because of the injuries the Suns have been hit with lately. Oubre has been able to take advantage of Ayton being out and he has at least one more games w/o him.
Aaron Gordon ORL 4 INJ: Gordon is dealing with a slight Achilles injury and you can't mess with those type of injuries. There's a chance that he'll need to sit for at least one game this week but it hasn't been confirmed.
Tyler Herro MIA 4 Herro has been a very goo sharp-shooter from downtown for the Heat, but it's his defense that will keep him in the game. Herro will continue fighting through screens and grabbing steals.
Duncan Robinson MIA 4 Robinson has been a strong utility player for the Heat and he can play multiple positions and with Justise Winslow still injured, expect him to see more minutes and shots from long-range.
Troy Brown Jr. WSH 4 Brown has been the Wizards second option with all of their big men injured and even Beal being banged up. The Wizards are desperate and he'll continue to log heavy minutes for the rest of the way.
Gordon Hayward BOS 3 Hayward has been able to stay in the lineup for the most part, but, he has also been very tentative when it comes to attacking the rim. He likes to stay at the arc for the most part on offense.
Will Barton DEN 3 Barton can help the Nuggets in many ways. He can bring up the ball if needed, play in the paint and bang the boards against guys a lot taller than him and he can hit mid and long-range jumpers.
Brandon Ingram NO 2 Ingram would be higher in the rankings if he didn't draw the short slate this week. He'll continue to be the Pelicans prioritized scorer and help with boards and dimes and get time to bring up the ball.
Cedi Osman CLE 4 Osman should benefit with Clarkson off the team by seeing more shots. Osman will help grab long boards as well a bit, but, it's the three-point shooting your looking at for the most part with him.
Marcus Morris NY 3 The Knicks will continue to run Morris into the ground when he's healthy to increase his trade value. He plays pretty much just at the arc because the Knicks lack consistent three-point shooters.
Taurean Prince BKN 3 Prince will see shots from the corner but he hasn't been attacking the rim as much. He has the body to slash and he did a lot more slashing in Atlanta. He doesn't have much competition at the position.
Bogdan Bogdanovic SAC 3 Bogdanovic's value is saved because of Marvin Bagley III's health issues. Other combo-forwards have to help fill the void at Power Forward and it opens up more Small Forward minutes for Bogdanovic.
Harrison Barnes SAC 3 Barnes will continue to see heavy minutes and be very involved as the Kings third scoring option. The Kings are paying him too much money to be limiting him and he can help at both Forward spots.
OG Anunoby TOR 3 Anunoby will continue to see a major boost in minutes and shots because of all of the injuries the Raptors are facing. He'll try to take on the Siakam role of forcing himself in the lane and drawing contact.
Joe Harris BKN 3 Harris will play more minutes until LeVert returns to the lineup. He'll provide owners with a lot of help with shooting percentages, especially from the free-throw line.
Jae Crowder MEM 3 INJ: Crowder missed his last game with a sore Ankle. The Grizzlies first game of the week is Thursday so he has plenty of time to get rid of the pain.
T.J. Warren IND 3 Warren will see more shots if Brogdon continues to sit with his multiple injuries. He'll be fed more at the arc and expect him to provide help with steals and to a smaller extent boards on defense.
Joe Ingles UT 3 Ingles is hanging on to his spot in the Jazz rotation even with the arrival of Clarkson. Ingles is a strong two-way player and with Conley out of the lineup, he'll be able to breathe a bit in this rotation.

Power Forward

NAME Team # Games Analysis
Giannis Antetokounmpo MIL 3 INJ: Antetokounmpo missed his last two games with a Back injury and there's a chance he'll have to sit for the Bucks first game of the week on Monday. Status is up in the air.
Paul George LAC 4 George has the full slate this week and the Clippers have a back-to-back this upcoming weekend and when Leonard sits, it will benefit George more. He may bring up the ball a bit more this week.
Anthony Davis LAL 3 Davis has been able to stay in the lineup despite being once again banged up and he'll continue to log heavy minutes and help a ton with points, boards, steals and blocks.
Kevin Love CLE 4 INJ: Love missed his last game with a Hip injury. His status is uncertain for the Cavs first game of the week on Tuesday. He stays up in the rankings because he has a full slate of games.
Jonathan Isaac ORL 4 Isaac will see his usage go up if Gordon has to sit with the Achilles injury. Isaac has the ability to step back and hit long-range jumpers. He'll provide help with boards and blocks as well.
John Collins ATL 3 With Trae Young injured and possibly out for the next few games, Collins becomes the Hawks top option and he'll be fed a lot more shots and the offensive flow will work much more in his favor.
Carmelo Anthony POR 4 Anthony will continue being the Blazers third scoring option and as he always does, he'll grab you a few cheap boards as well. He has been aggressive in keeping plays alive when he's in the post.
Dario Saric PHX 4 Saric will see more shots with Ayton out. Saric likes to linger around the arc on offense even though he's a bigger body. He'll crash the boards when the shot goes up. He's grabbed 7.2 boards per game.
Kristaps Porzingis DAL 3 Porzingis Foot is feeling fine as he hasn't had to miss any time and even with Doncic back in the lineup, Porzingis is still the second option and will produce a lot of points, boards and blocks.
Jayson Tatum BOS 3 Tatum has been doing a good job slashing more lately and isn't just waiting to be fed at the arc the whole time. Tatum will provide consistent help with points and boards and can bring up the ball.
Robert Covington MIN 4 Covington will continue to play exclusively at the arc even if Towns isn't in the Timberwolves lineup and it's very frustrating because he has the ability to bang in the post and he's just held at the arc.
LaMarcus Aldridge SAS 3 Aldridge will continue playing multiple positions on the floor at once because Jakob Poeltl is very hit or miss. Trey Lyles relieves him a bit and allows Aldridge to play more in the paint.
Julius Randle NY 3 Randle has been on fire lately as we've seen multiple 30-point games. He's the Knicks top scoring option and can produce from the post and arc and he'll continue to help big time with boards.
Larry Nance Jr.  CLE 4 If Love needs to sit this week, Nance will be the biggest beneficiary and he'll see a boost in minutes, points and boards. We're used to seeing Nance play in the post, but he's produced from the arc too.
Frank Kaminsky PHX 4 Kaminsky has seen his minutes drop a bit lately, but hopefully the Ayton injury can indirectly benefit him. He's hit double figures in scoring in three of his last four games.
Bojan Bogdanovic UT 3 Bogdanovic will provide a lot of help with scoring. He hits at least three three-pointers per game. He shouldn't be impacted with Clarkson on the team. He's grabbed 4.5 rebounds per game.
Jaren Jackson Jr.  MEM 3 Jackson will continue being one of the top scoring options for Memphis but he continues to play a lot at the arc and even steps out of the paint on defense. He's coming off a double-double though.
Draymond Green GSW 3 Green will always provide more help in other categories that aren't scoring. He doesn't even hit a three-pointer a game on average. Rely on him for boards, dimes and steals over scoring.
Danilo Gallinari OKC 3 INJ: Gallinari is dealing with a sprained Ankle and he's missed his last four games. His status is uncetain at this time, but have a back up plan ready if you own him because he may miss more games.
Blake Griffin DET 4 INJ: There's a good chance that Griffin will have to sit for the first game of the week for Detroit with a lingering Knee injury. He hasn't played as physical this year because of injuries.

Center

NAME Team # Games Analysis
Karl-Anthony Towns MIN 4 INJ: Towns has missed his last six games with a Knee injury, but, there's a chance that he returns to the court for the Timberwolves first game of the week on Monday.
Andre Drummond DET 4 Drummond's usage will go up even more if Griffin has to sit. The Pistons are also dealing with an injury to Markieff Morris and that should also benefit Drummond in the post for the full slate.
Nikola Vucevic ORL 4 Vucevic should see more shots from the perimeter this week if Gordon has to sit. Vucevic's game is mainly in the post, but he'll step outside when there are openings. He's hit 1.4 three's per game.
Hassan Whiteside POR 4 Whiteside is a low-block exclusive Center and with other big men injured, more will be asked of him because the Blazers are running out of other options. Expect his minutes to rise this week.
Bam Adebayo MIA 4 Adebayo plays with a ton of physicality and it's hard to keep him out of the paint and he'll fight and fight for loose balls. Adebayo will also bring up the ball at times as well.
Nikola Jokic DEN 3 Jokic continues to shake off the early season struggles as his scoring average is now up to 18 points per game and he'll help with boards, dimes and steals consistently as well.
Tristan Thompson CLE 4 Thompson will see more plays called for him in the post if Love needs to sit. Nance isn't as strong of a shooter as Love and frontcourt offense will need to be produced more from the paint.
Montrezl Harrell LAC 4 INJ: Harrell missed his previous game because he was sick and his status is still up in the air whether or not he'll have to sit for the Clippers first game of the week on Tuesday
Domantas Sabonis IND 3 Sabonis will become the prioritized scorer if Brogdon sits. Sabonis plays only in the post now even though he also has a long-range shooting game. He'll provide a ton of rebounding help.
Rudy Gobert UT 3 Gobert is a stat-stuffer who makes double-doubles looks easy and because the Jazz lack a lot of depth that can produce in the paint, he'll continue to be given a lot of minutes and he'll dominate blocks.
Aron Baynes PHX 4 Baynes value is saved a bit because of Ayton's injury and he'll benefit the most of any Suns player. He'll set up at the arc a lot on offense and he'll fight for boards in the post on defense.
Joel Embiid PHI 2 Embiid would be higher in the rankings if he didn't have the short slate of games. As always, expect a lot of help with points, boards and blocks.
Jarrett Allen BKN 3 Allen continues to prove that he doesn't need a lot of playing time to produce a healthy amount of points and boards. He continues to show his growth in the post on offense and only needs 25 mpg.
Jonas Valanciunas MEM 3 Valanciunas and Brandon Clarke are pretty much it when it comes to the Grizzlies bangers in the post because Jackson plays in and out of the paint. Valanciunas can do damage even if he's given 23 mpg.
Steven Adams OKC 3 Adams has played better in recent weeks and with Gallinari banged up, more plays will be called for him in the post. The Thunder don't have a lot of depth and must show they can produce in the paint.
Ivica Zubac LAC 4 Zubac has hit double figures in scoring in three of his last four games and is coming off of a double-double. He won't always be given 20 minutes, but he'll be given a boost if Harrell has to sit again.
Richaun Holmes SAC 3 Holmes will continue to see starts and plays called for him in the post especially with Bagley once again injured. Besides scoring and rebounding, Holmes will also provide help with steals and blocks.
Wendell Carter Jr.  CHI 3 Carter has been helpful with points and boards for most part this season and he plays 30 minutes per game. Carter will also help a bit with steals and blocks and could see his usage go up if Markkanen sits.
Deandre Ayton PHX 4 INJ: Ayton will miss his sixth straight game with an injured Ankle on Monday. His status is uncertain for the rest of his full slate, but it's not looking good that he makes it back for Wednesday's game.
Clint Capela HOU 2 INJ: Capela has been dealing with an Achilles injury and he's missed his last two games. His status for the first game of the Rockets short slate is uncertain.
