Sekou Doumbouya didn't do much in a spot-start on Wednesday, scoring three points on 1-of-5 shooting to go with one rebound, four assists and one 3-pointer in 23 minutes.

Doumbouya got the start with Jerami Grant (rest) taking the night off, but he spent most of his energy chasing around Brandon Ingram on defense and he didn’t really seek out his own shot on the other end of the floor. Maybe Sekou will eventually get going at some point, but he’s done a whole lot of nothing thus far this season, so he’s safe to leave on the waiver wire in re-draft leagues.

Bam Adebayo put up 21 points, six rebounds, two assists, two steals, two swats and an unfortunate six turnovers across 30 minutes in Wednesday's loss to the Nuggets.

Adebayo only attempted six shots on Tuesday, but he surpassed that total within the first seven minutes of today's game and finished on 7-of-16 shooting from the field and 7-of-8 from the stripe. This was also his 41st straight game hitting double figures in the scoring department, which is a career-best streak. Head coach Erik Spoelstra talked about the need to have Bam be more aggressive after the game, saying, "We have to make a conscious effort as a team to get him involved and get him in his sweet spots because he creates so many good things for our team." That's exactly what you want to hear from a head coach, so we doubt he'll have another game this season where he only attempts six shots.

KZ Okpala saw just six minutes off the bench on Wednesday, finishing with one rebound, one assist and nothing else in a loss to the Nuggets.

Okpala didn't play at all during the first half and just checked in towards the end of the blowout for some garbage time run. He has no business being rostered in any league.

Daniel Gafford played 16 minutes in Wednesday's victory against the Kings, scoring just four points but added six boards, one dime, two steals and a block.

This wasn't the prettiest showing from Gafford, but he did a little of everything in very limited time. He's still on a minutes restriction after a right shoulder injury, but coach Scott Brooks mentioned that there are "definitely possibilities" where he starts the 22 year-old; Brooks also still plans on using Lopez and Len, for what it's worth. Gafford clearly has a ton of upside, but until he gets in the 20-25 minute range, he's only an option in very deep leagues at the moment.

Harrison Barnes scored 18 points in Wednesdays loss to the Wizards, chipping in seven boards, two assists, a steal and an unfortunate six turnovers in a team-high 40 minutes of action.

The six giveaways are tied for his career-worst, and the team’s 17 turnovers probably played an important part in what was Sacramento’s eighth straight loss. His lack of defensive stats limit his upside a bit, but his solid outputs in points, boards, and triples has led him to top-75 value on the season.

De'Aaron Fox went off in another loss on Wednesday, scoring 33 points to go along with five boards, six dimes, six steals and a block.

The six steals tie his career high set back in 2019 against the Lakers. De’Aaron Fox is enjoying arguably the best stretch of his career, but all the while the Kings have now lost eight straight games and their chances at grabbing one of the play-in spots are quickly slipping away. Fox just signed a huge contract to remain with the Kings for the foreseeable future, so you have to wonder how management will approach the makeup of the team after this season concludes. Regardless, Fox’s fantasy managers are loving life right now and he’s primed for a big statistical finish regardless of how things play out for the Kings.

Hassan Whiteside nearly double-doubled off the bench in Wednesdays loss to the Wizards, tallying 12 points, nine boards, two assists, a steal and four blocks in 23 minutes.

Damian Jones started this one but was easily outplayed by Whiteside, who had seven more minutes than Jones tonight. Richaun Holmes will be sidelined with a hamstring injury for the King’s next two contests at the very least, so this gives Whiteside a couple more chances to produce as he did tonight. Whiteside only really needs about 20 minutes to be in the standard league conversation, but even when he gets in the game he usually only plays minutes in the teens. He’ll probably be worth deploying for as long as Holmes is out.

Buddy Hield scored 19 points in Wednesday's loss to Washington, adding three boards, two dimes, a steal, two blocks and four 3-pointers in 36 minutes.

Hield missed just one game with an illness and played well in this one, contributing some defensive stats along with the usual points and triples he’s known for. His field goal percentage has been pretty awful all year, and it’s mostly because over 73% of his shots come from behind the arc (from where he shoots 38.2% on the season). We’ll double check Hield’s status for tomorrow’s game against the Suns, but all signs point to him being ready to go.

Bradley Beal led the Wizards to their fifth straight win on Wednesday, scoring 31 points to go along with four boards, three assists, a steal and a pair of triples on 10-of-22 from the field and 9-of-9 from the free throw line.

This kind of line is pretty standard for Beal, who remains the league’s leading scorer with 31.0 points per game and is helping this Wizards team make a push in their last handful of games. The fact that they’ve been winning and are staying competitive is great news for Beal’s fantasy managers, who may have been fearful of a potential shutdown when the Wizard’s were down in the dumps earlier in the season. Keep rolling with him.

Russell Westbrook had another triple-double in Wednesday’s win against the Kings, scoring 25 points, grabbing 15 boards, and dishing out 11 assists to go along with four steals and seven turnovers.

That’s now six straight triple-doubles and he has 10 of them in his last 11 games. Russ is basically a 3x2 threat every time he touches the court, and has averages of 21-13-12 in April alone. As we know, Russ is a beast in points leagues and DFS, but will hurt you in efficiency and turnovers. Hopefully you’re tanking at least one of those categories if he’s on your season-long roster.

Grayson Allen missed a pair of critical free throws late in Wednesday's game, but still made 7-of-13 field goals with six 3-pointers for 23 points, four boards and two assists.

Allen has scored 20+ points 10 times in his career, and six of those games have come this season. He's playing with confidence as a full-time starter (tonight's late-game mishap aside), and filled out his line with a pair of steals and zero turnovers in 34 minutes. There's an element of suspended disbelief here, but fantasy managers who bought in early are enjoying top-100 production (9-cat) over the past month with 12.2 points, 2.4 triples, 3.8 boards, 2.1 dimes, 0.8 steals and 90% shooting from the line.

Jonas Valanciunas had 19 points (7-of-12 FGs, 5-of-8 FTs), 15 rebounds and two assists in 33 minutes during Wednesday's tough loss to the visiting Mavs.

Prior to the game, Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle explicitly cited the need to keep JV off the glass, especially on the offensive end -- Valanciunas had eight offensive rebounds tonight. He has 23 consecutive games of double-digit rebounds, which is the longest streak in the NBA this year. Valanciunas has impressive footwork for his size and he's lost some weight, making him even nimbler than in previous seasons. It's all added up to top-50 fantasy value, which isn't going anywhere with the No. 8 Grizzlies still scrapping for playoff position.

Dorian Finney-Smith scored seven points with six rebounds, one assist and one steal in 29 minutes vs. the Grizzlies on Wednesday, hitting 3-of-8 shots with a 3-pointer.

DFS had a double-double on Monday but he rarely draws attention to himself, and his real-world value vastly exceeds his fantasy value. The Mavs' typical starting lineup of Finney-Smith, Luka Doncic, Josh Richardson, Maxi Kleber and Kristaps Porzingis have a 16-4 record this year. The only qualifying (at least 15 games) starting unit in the NBA with a better winning percentage is the Sixers, who are 20-4. Finney-Smith has a bit of all-around roto appeal, but that's all.
