Thompson is expected to make a full recovery, but he will miss the entire 2020-21 season and his absence could extend well into the 2021-20 season. It's been a devastating series of events for Thompson, with him suffering a potentially career-altering injury just as he had recovered from the ACL tear, but we'll be rooting for a strong recovery here. As for the upcoming season, Stephen Curry figures to be headed for a monster year as the Dubs make a push to return to the postseason, with Andrew Wiggins and Kelly Oubre serving as the No. 2 and 3 options in the offense, respectively. James Wisemen could also see a larger offensive role than we initially expected.
