Tomas Hertl (knee) still has some strengthening to do, but he has confirmed that he feels great.
Sharks GM Doug Wilson said last week that Hertl was recovering well ahead of schedule after undergoing knee surgery in late January to repair a torn ACL and MCL. "It’s already two months and I feel great," Hertl said. "I’m walking normally and my range of motion is back. Now it’s almost just get the muscle back, which should take some time. But we’ve got a lot of time left." He believes he could be skating normally by late July or August, but he isn't in a hurry to get back on the ice yet and wants to finish healing first. Hertl expects to be a full participant a training camp prior to the 2020-21 season. Apr 06 11:02 am (EST)
