L. James - SF
LeBron James (sitting out with a sore groin) said prior to Thursday's loss to the Rockets that there is an off-court issue going on with the Lakers right now that he can't control and that he'd rather not talk about it.
That's all we know at this point and we're all curious to find out what he's talking about. The Lakers made JaVale McGee inactive tonight and sat Anthony Davis in the fourth quarter, but McGee wasn't needed against a Rockets team that starts a forward at center. The Lakers have now lost three of their last four bubble games with three to play before the playoffs start. Stay tuned.

B. McLemore - SG
Ben McLemore moved into the starting lineup with Russell Westbrook sitting with a quad injury and hit 7-of-13 shots and five 3-pointers for 20 points, four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 30 minutes.
The small ball thing is working for the Rockets right now and they didn't miss a beat with Westbrook sitting. McLemore had one of his better games of the season and rewarded owners who may have taken a flier on him in DFS tonight. Jeff Green stayed hot with 15 points and three 3-pointers, while Danuel House added 14 points and a couple 3-pointers in the win.

J. Harden - SG
James Harden played 36 minutes and hit 11-of-19 shots, five 3-pointers and 12-of-12 free throws for 39 points, eight rebounds, 12 assists, three steals and a block in Thursday's dominant 113-97 win over the Lakers.
He missed a dubious quadruple-double by two rebounds and one turnover, as he had nine giveaways on the night. The Rockets have won three straight in the bubble and are currently the No. 4 seed, tied with the Jazz. If the playoffs ended today they'd face the Jazz in Round 1 of the playoffs.

K. Kuzma - PF
Kyle Kuzma, starting for LeBron James (groin) hit 8-of-16 shots and a 3-pointer for 21 points, five rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks in 30 minutes of Thursday's loss to the Rockets.
Anthony Davis played 30 minutes and finished with 17 points and 12 rebounds while resting in the fourth quarter, but Kuzma turned out to be the play of the day for the Lakers. The Lakers have clinched the No. 1 seed in the West and while they still want to work on chemistry and game flow for the starters, you have to think they could rest AD and LeBron more over the last three regular-season games in hopes of having everyone healthy for the playoffs. The plan was to play both LeBron and AD in the second game of a back-to-back tonight, but Bron's sore groin foiled that plan. Be sure to watch the news if you plan on using LeBron or Davis going forward. Kuzma, on the other hand, could be the guy to go to in DFS the rest of the way. The Lakers are stumbling right now, losing three of their last four games with three to go until the playoffs.

G. Trent - SG
Gary Trent Jr. hit 10-of-15 shots and 7-of-10 3-pointers on his way to 27 points, three boards, four assists and two steals in Thursday's 125-115 win over the Nuggets.
Trent is really coming into his own in the bubble and has benefitted greatly from the absence of Trevor Ariza in Orlando. He's scored between 16 and 27 points in each of his four bubble games and it was really nice to see him kick in the boards, assists and steals tonight. If he can start doing that regularly he could become a fantasy beast for the last four games and the playoffs.

J. Nurkic - C
Jusuf Nurkic hit 9-of-20 shots and 4-of-5 free throws for 22 points, seven rebounds, four assists, a steal and two blocks in Thursday's big 125-115 win over Denver.
Nurkic held his own with Nikola Jokic tonight and has been great in the Orlando bubble, where he's played every game this season. He's now averaging 22.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.5 steals and 3.0 blocks in four games. The Blazers are fighting as hard as they can to get into the playoffs and if they make it, Nurkic, Damian Lillard and Gary Trent Jr. will get a lot of the credit.

T. Horton-Tucker - SG
Talen Horton-Tucker hit 4-of-6 shots for 10 points, two rebounds, one assist and four steals in just 19 minutes of Thursday's loss to the Rockets.
Frank Vogel is impressed. "He's continues to surprise and impress me," Vogel said after the game. "He's making a case for being in the rotation...he played really strong, looked really comfortable against a good team tonight." It's not quite time to fire up THT in DFS just yet, but if the Lakers rest guys down the stretch (and they will) he might be worth a flier.

D. Lillard - PG
Damian Lillard put on a show on Thursday, draining 13-of-21 shots, 11-of-18 3-pointers and 8-of-10 free throws for 45 points, four rebounds, 12 assists, three steals and just two turnovers.
Dame was electric on a night when C.J. McCollum couldn't get it going, hitting just 4-of-15 shots. Lillard got plenty of help though, as guys like Jusuf Nurkic and Gary Trent Jr. came through with big games. The Blazers are fighting like heck to make the playoffs and got another step closer tonight, sitting just 0.5 games behind the No. 8 Grizzlies with four to play. They also increased their lead to 1.5 games on the streaking Suns and at this point, it looks like Lillard may just will Portland into the playoffs.
