Marc Berman of the New York Post is reporting that the Knicks and the Nets, whose cities will still be on lockdown when the NBA plans to open facilities to several teams for individual workouts on May 1, will get help in finding practice facilities.
Berman writes that "A person familiar with the NBA situation said plans are still fluid, but players on teams located in COVID-19 hot spots such as the Nets and Knicks would be helped out if Friday becomes the day for opening league facilities." It's tricky because most of the players on both teams are spread out around the country, but it does sound like the NBA will try to make it possible for all NBA players to get into gyms for individual workouts if they want to. We should know a lot more once facilities start opening on Friday. Apr 26 6:09 pm (EST)
