Maxi Kleber is "committed" to remaining in Dallas during the coronavirus shutdown, rather than returning to his native Germany.
"The situation in Germany is not that much different than here," Kleber said. "I might just stay here, focus on working out, doing lifting, staying in shape." He admitted that "motivation [to work out] is kind of low," and that it's difficult because he doesn't have access to a gym and "can't shoot ... You can only do those boring sprints that you don’t want to do." Kleber is articulating the situation most NBA players are facing, which adds to the difficulty of re-starting the season.
