A bad diet was part of the reason Kevin Huerter's knee "bothered him all offseason" last summer.
Huerter went gluten-free near the start of the 2019-20 season and his knee pain soon dissipated. "I didn’t want to deal with the injury anymore, and I felt like the diet was helping," he said. Addressing the idea that he's 'injury-prone', Huerter added, "People have to realize that I want to be on the court more than you want me on the court because of your fantasy lineup." Huerter was hovering around top-100 value when the season ended, but a bump in his shooting percentages (40.4% FGs, 78.9% FTs) could push him toward the middle rounds. He'll also have to navigate a playing-time crunch if Cam Reddish plays primarily at shooting guard. May 07 10:35 am (EST)
