Kevin Huerter, who battled knee pain in both legs this season, said his offseason regimen has helped him immensely.
“The knees have been great,” Huerter said. “The diet that I’m on, the strength training, the rehab type of stuff that we’ve been doing has been great. I haven’t felt that in a long time, knock on wood, doing that every day." Huerter did add that he suffered a left ankle injury about a month ago, but said he's almost fully recovered from that. Huerter has a bright future ahead and nearly posted top-100 9-category numbers in his second season with 12.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 0.9 steals and 2.3 triples. Sep 30 10:41 am (EST)
