Jonathan Isaac is continuing his rehab work from a severe knee sprain.
Isaac suffered a left knee sprain and bone bruise back in early January. The Magic applied for a Disabled Player Exception, but the NBA denied the request, meaning an NBA-designated physician determined that is was not "substantially more likely than not" that Isaac would be out through June 15. Thus, there's an outside shot he could see some game action when/if the regular season and/or playoffs resume. Isaac, like the rest of his teammates, is working out privately, with the team having to supervise remotely. “They’ve got a detailed layout of everything that I’ve got to do,” said Isaac. “They send it to me and I get it done. But it works. I like it that way. I know what I’ve got to do each day, and I put some music on and I knock it out.” Mar 31 11:02 am (EST)
