Jayson Tatum has agreed to a five-year, $195+ million extension with the Celtics.
This was the expectation all along, with the Celtics' emerging superstar agreeing to a max deal that cements him as the cornerstone of Boston's championship aspirations. It was a no-brainer choice for the Celtics, who lock up a 22-year-old coming off his first All-Star berth, with many more to come. He made the All-NBA Third Team for the 2019-20 season, too, and future All-NBA honors could push his total salary into the $200 million range. Fantasy managers won't find him after the top-10 in any format. Nov 22 4:31 pm (EST)
