2023 Player Outlook

2023 Recap: Despite having Tommy John surgery on his non-throwing arm last season Riley Greene should be ready in Lakeland for spring training. Greene hit .353 in a 29-game stretch from April 26 to May 29 last year and also hit .311 with a .372 OBP and 30 extra-base hits over his final 71 games before hurting his elbow on a diving catch and missing the final month of the season.

2024 Outlook: He should reclaim his spot in the No. 2 hole of the batting order, a spot where most teams have their best hitter. This is a player with a combination of power and speed that has big time potential in the batting average and on base percentage categories and if he stays healthy will be a solid fantasy asset.
