I’m only slightly exaggerating when I say ya’ll missed out on the best FantasyAlarm WNBA DFS podcast yet on Saturday. I recorded the podcast for Saturday’s three-game slate along with Howard Bender, featuring a new segment and a special guest appearance from my puppy, Hootie. Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties, we were unable to get that podcast out to you. We, of course, apologize for the inconvenience, but we look forward to the debut of our new segment on Friday.

As for Saturday, I’m awfully interested to see the Liberty at the Sparks. Both teams were able to rest their starters Friday in blowouts, and while the Sparks are pretty clearly the better team, the Liberty match up pretty well against them. The Sparks are the worst rebounding team in the WNBA, and the Liberty have three forwards who can take advantage. I understand why the Sparks are 12 point favorites, but I’m taking the points in that game.

Similarly, it makes sense that Indiana is 3.5 point favorites at home, but after watching them lose at home to Seattle last week, I don’t know why this game against the Sky would be drastically different. I think Seattle and Chicago are roughly the same, so I think the Sky can stay within three, if not win outright.

Atlanta and Dallas have both been terrible this season, but things may be looking up for both. Tiffany Hayes has been getting better with every game, and I am hopeful her ankle will be feeling better after five days off. Dallas should get a boost from Arike Ogunbowale’s return. Ogunbowale is prone to turnovers, as most rookies are, but she is a big upgrade over Brooke McCarty Williams.

Tina Charles, F, NY$8,200$10,700Charles had a season-high 14 rebounds against the Sparks two weeks ago to go with 21 points. I would expect a similar performance Saturday after a couple of rough outings.
Nneka Ogwumike, F, LA$8,000$9,700She's more expensive than her sister, but she is probably safer, too. Nneka Ogwumike has at least 26 fantasy points in every game this season.
Natalie Achonwa, F, IND$5,300$9,500Achonwa has averaged 32.6 fantasy points over her last four games, despite playing just 12 minutes in one of those games. I'm not sure the Sky have anyone to match up with Achonwa inside. She is really, really cheap on FanDuel.
Chiney Ogwumike, F, LA$7,100$8,900She's coming off a rough game Friday night, mostly because she only played 15 minutes in a blowout. She has still scored at least 28 fantasy points in four of her last five games.
Amanda Zahui B, F, NY$6,200$8,300Like Tina Charles, Amanda Zahui B. had one of her best games of the season against Los Angeles, with 12 rebounds and six blocks in 31 minutes.
Kia Nurse, G, NY$4,700$8,100Nurse has played at least 26 minutes in every game this season, and she has at least 11 field goal attempts in three straight games. She doesn't always knock down the shots, but at least we know she'll get them, which is great at her price, especially on FanDuel.
Tiffany Hayes, G, ATL$5,100$7,900Haye's fantasy points have gone up in every game this season, despite shooting 27.3 percent from the field her last two games. Hayes has been dealing with a nagging ankle injury, but the hope is that she will be feeling better with five days off. It was also encouraging to see her play a season-high 33 minutes in her last game.
Brittney Sykes, G, ATL$6,600$7,600The Wings have the worst defensive rating in the WNBA, and Brittney Sykes is the only Atlanta player I trust to take advantage. She has scored at least 24 fantasy points in four of her five games this season, and she is pretty cheap on DraftKings.
Kelsey Mitchell, G, IND$5,500$7,000Mitchell has played at least 30 minutes in four straight games, and she is averaging 33.0 fantasy points over her last three games.
Stefanie Dolson, F, CHI$4,400$6,900I'm not sure why Dolson is so cheap, especially on FanDuel. She has at least 25 fantasy points in each of her last two games, and while she might never be consistent, she has a high ceiling in what should be a good matchup.
Arike Ogunbowale, G, DAL$4,800$6,100Ogunbowale still ranks ninth in the WNBA in usage, and there is no doubt the Wings want her running the show as opposed to Brooke McCarty-Williams. I am concerned Ogunbowale will be on a minutes restriction coming off her ankle injury
Kennedy Burke, G, IND$3,000$5,400I won't pretend Burke is safe, but she's minimum priced on on FanDuel and she has at least 23 minutes and 20.7 fantasy points in each of her last two games.
Tanisha Wright, G, NY$3,900$5,100Wright played just nine minutes Friday against the Aces, but I think that is mostly because the game got out of hand quickly. Tiffany Bias played 18 minutes in that game after playing just nine all season to that point. If most of those minutes go to Wright, Wright's game log looks awfully different. The Liberty could obviously get blown out again, but I suspect they are able to keep it close.
