Tuesday’s Optimal Lineups will be posted within one hour of lineup lock.

Sacramento Kings @ Toronto Raptors

TOR -9.5

Kings

The Kings were infamous earlier in the season for giving their players just a handful of minutes in one of the two games of a back-to-back. All the Kings starters plus Justin Jackson and Bogdan Bogdanovic played at least 27 minutes Monday, and I would be afraid to play any of those guys in case their minutes are severely limited Tuesday. Of course, it’s easier to fade them when they have such a tough matchup. I would consider Marvin Bagley III and Nemanja Bjelica in a GPP, but they are certainly risky.

Raptors

This is the first game of a back-to-back for the Raptors, and Kawhi Leonard will sit out for the third consecutive game. Kyle Lowry is a must-play with Kawhi out, even though Lowry is shooting 29.2 percent from the field over his last four games. I thought Pascal Siakam was the best play on the Raptors even before Kawhi was ruled out, because Sacramento has allowed the fourth most fantasy points to opposing power forwards this season. With Kawhi sitting, Serge Ibaka and Fred VanVleet are in play as well. VanVleet has played at least 26 minutes and scored at least 23 fantasy points in each of the last two games with Kawhi Leonard out.

Portland Trail Blazers @ Oklahoma City Thunder

Total: 227

OKC -5.5

Trail Blazers

Al-Farouq Aminu had one of his best games of the season when these two teams met earlier this month, finishing with 16 points and 15 rebounds. Outside of him, I don’t think there’s anyone on Portland that I want on the road facing the third best defensive team in the NBA.

Thunder

The Trail Blazers have allowed the fifth most fantasy points to opposing power forwards, and Jerami Grant is averaging 33.3 fppg on DraftKings over his last six games. For the rest of the Thunder, this is just an okay matchup. In their only other matchup this season, the Thunder won 111-109 on January 4. Paul George scored 37 points and added eight rebounds in 37 minutes. Jerami Grant was held to eight points and seven rebounds, while Russell Westbrook finished with 31 points, nine rebounds and seven assists.

Los Angeles Clippers @ Dallas Mavericks

Total: 222

DAL -3

Clippers

The Clippers are expected to be without Danilo Gallinari for essentially the third consecutive game (Gallinari played eight minutes on Friday). Lou Williams is expected to return after a two-game absence, though we probably won’t know for sure until after lineup lock. In the last two games, Tobias Harris has averaged 27.5 points, 9.0 rebounds and 5.5 assists. Harris remains a strong play with Gallinari out, but he isn’t quite the no-brainer he was when it looked like Williams would be out again. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander , Patrick Beverley and Avery Bradley all likely turn into pumpkins with Williams back, though Bradley would be interesting if he starts at small forward again.

Mavericks

The Mavs have scored at least 114 points in both games against the Clippers this season, so it comes as no surprise that several Mavs have fared well in this matchup. DeAndre Jordan is averaging 13.5 points, 22.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists in two games against his former team. I can’t wait until next season when he is with a different team and we can play him in DFS every time he faces the Mavericks.

Harrison Barnes has been good against the Clippers as well, averaging 33.0 fantasy points on DraftKings. Luka Doncic had 32 points, four rebounds, five assists and four steals in his only game against the Clippers this season. Luka may have the ball in his hands less with Dennis Smith Jr. back, but DSJ may be worth a shot considering he is awfully cheap .

Minnesota Timberwolves @ Phoenix Suns

Total: 231

MIN -4.5

Suns

This is a rematch from Sunday, when the Suns lost on the road on a jumper by Derrick Rose with 0.6 seconds left. Phoenix was a 12-point underdog in that game but they led for much of the second half despite being forced to play Dragan Bender and Quincy Acy at center. With Deandre Ayton and Richaun Holmes out again, Bender and Acy are both in play for fantasy. Bender managed 12 points and 10 rebounds in 29 minutes Sunday despite not playing particularly well.

Devin Booker had a modest 18 points, six rebounds, six assists and five turnovers Sunday. Every time it looked like he was about to get going he would turn the ball over or miss a three, but I don’t think anyone would be surprised if Booker scores 30 points and flirts with a double-double at home, regardless of who plays center. T.J. Warren tied Booker with a team-high 15 field goal attempts, and he is clearly the second option with Deandre Ayton out. Warren, Kelly Oubre Jr. and Josh Jackson all returned value Sunday and their prices are largely unchanged. They are all playable with Ayton out again.

Timberwolves

Only the Bulls and Nets have allowed more fantasy points to opposing centers than the Suns this season. Karl-Anthony Towns had 30 points and 12 rebounds and didn’t even play that well. He was 8-22 from the field, and from watching the game it felt like all of those shots were around the rim. The worst case for Towns would be if Richaun Holmes is the starting center, but I’m still playing him anyway.

Derrick Rose went toe-to-toe with Devin Booker in the fourth quarter, finishing with 31 points, four rebounds and three assists. The Suns rank 26th in assists allowed this season, so hopefully Rose can get a few more in the rematch. Most of the assists in this game went to Jeff Teague , who finished with eight assists in 24 minutes but just four points. Teague is questionable with an ankle injury. If he is out, Josh Okogie and Jerryd Bayless would get more run.
