A couple significant injuries and some strong Week 11 performances have conspired to make this a pretty strong week for waivers, at least in shallow leagues. I will continue to include dollar amounts with each of my waiver adds, but at this point, if you think a player can help you, you may as well throw your entire budget at him. You are running out of time to spend your FAAB, and the odds are slim you will find anyone better in the following weeks than what is available right now. The waiver adds listed below include their ownership in Yahoo! fantasy leagues as well as the amount in FAAB I would be willing to spend out of a $100 budget.

10-Team League Waiver Adds

Samaje Perine, RB, WAS (35%) – Perine and Byron Marshall are the only healthy backs in Washington right now, and while Perine is unlikely to ever be a three-down back, he does have seven receptions on eight targets this season.  $100

Corey Coleman, WR, CLE (32%) – In his first game back since breaking his hand in Week 2, Coleman caught six of 11 targets for 80 yards against the Jaguars. This is an impressive performance against a very good defense in a game that was close throughout. Coleman is a borderline flex this week with loads of upside down the stretch. $50

Case Keenum, QB, MIN (40%) – I wanted to put Tyrod Taylor on this list, and he will likely make Friday’s edition if he is named the starter. Rather than wait for that to happen, I would rather just play Keenum Thursday at Detroit. Keenum is absolutely going to throw a soul-crushing interception sooner than later, but his aggressive play and top-notch receivers give him a ton of upside for as long as he can keep his job. A Week 12 matchup against the Chiefs doesn’t hurt, either. $30

Danny Woodhead, RB, BAL (49%) – Woodhead caught five passes Sunday on six targets, and he could get an even bigger workload as he puts his injury further behind him. Woodhead is a natural replacement for anyone who lost Chris Thompson or who had bene relying on Javorius Allen. $35

Cooper Kupp, WR, LAR (51%) – Kupp could get a lot more work with Robert Woods expected to miss multiple weeks. Kupp runs mostly out of the slot and his hands can be a bit unreliable, and neither of those things is likely to change much even with Woods out, but he should have a relatively high floor despite a pretty tough schedule over the next few weeks. $70

Charles Clay, TE, BUF (33%) – I think we have to give Clay a pass for last week considering how bad Nathan Peterman was in that game. The matchup is good enough this week that Peterman might be serviceable, but I would probably like Clay better if Tyrod Taylor gets the start. $10

Cincinnati Bengals DEF (42%) – The Bengals have at least three sacks and two forced turnovers in each of their last two games, and the will likely make it three in-a-row against Cleveland this week. $30

12-Team Leagues

Bruce Ellington, WR, HOU (8%) – At the very least, Ellington is insurance for any Will Fuller V owners who will potentially have to wait until Monday night to see if Fuller will play. Ellington caught six of seven targets for 63 yards Sunday with Fuller out, and he now has at least seven targets in three consecutive games. $20

Jacoby Brissett, QB, IND (17%) – If you are streaming quarterbacks in a deeper league, or someone beats you to Tyrod Taylor, Brissett is poised to take advantage of a great matchup against the Titans. Brissett has at least 200 passing yards in each of his last six games, with at least two passing touchdowns in three straight. $20

Byron Marshall, RB, WAS (0%) – It is probably unrealistic to expect Marshall to step into Chris Thompson’s role just a week after he was signed off Philadelphia’s practice squad, but the parallels between the 5’9” Marshall and the 5’8” Thompson are obvious. Marshall is worth stashing on your bench for a week or two to see how Washington uses him. $40

Adam Shaheen, TE, CHI (0%) – Shaheen has played well enough the last two weeks that he should continue to get most of the tight end targets in Chicago even after Dion Sims returns to the field. This passing attack is severely limited, but Shaheen is a big, athletic tight end who should at least get some red zone looks. $5

14+ Team Leagues

C.J. Uzomah, TE, CIN (0%) – Tyler Kroft is questionable for Sunday, and C.J. Uzomah would likely be the next man up if Kroft is out. Kroft is 15th among tight ends in PPR scoring this season, and there is no reason to believe Uzomah would be significantly worse than that. $15

Paxton Lynch, QB, DEN (1%) – Lynch was active for the first time all season in Week 11, and it is presumably only a matter of time before Denver gives him a chance to start. There is not a single scary defense on Denver’s schedule the rest of the way, and Lynch could absolutely wind up being relevant down the stretch. $5

Cleveland Browns DEF (1%) – Cleveland held the Jaguars to 13 points last week, and Andy Dalton is always a candidate to throw multiple interceptions. The Browns face some pretty terrible quarterbacks down the stretch, and you could conceivably ride Cleveland for the rest of the season in a deep league. $10
