If someone creates a competitive DFS lineup without paying up at the forward position, I would love to see it. After the first handful of forwards, the position gets pretty ugly. You can take a chance on Candice Dupree or Angel Robinson if you want to, but you are probably better off avoiding it. I usually like to fill my lineups with cheaper players first and then put in whichever expensive ones I can afford at the end, but that is pretty difficult in this slate. You might be better off doing the opposite. As much as I like Seimone Augustus and Kristi Toliver Sunday, it is difficult to field a competitive lineup that features them both, though I did manage it in one of the lineups suggested below.

I don't necessarily expect more from her this time around, but she still costs the minimum and should be a nice punt play if she starts again, especially in cash lineups. |
| Kristi Toliver, G, WAS | $ 6,000 | $ 7,200 | Toliver has played at least 33 minutes in four consecutive games, scoring at least 24 fantasy points on FanDuel in each contest. Toliver should be safe for cash games with Elena Delle Donne and Natasha Cloud out, and she proved with her 29-point effort against Atlanta she has a pretty high ceiling as well. |
| Renee Montgomery, G, MIN | $ 4,100 | $ 4,900 | Montgomery had a team-high seven assists for the Lynx Friday, and she has a chance to repeat that feat Sunday with Lindsay Whalen out. I would feel more confident about this pick if Montgomery starts, but she is a GPP play even if she comes off the bench. |
| Jia Perkins, G, MIN | $ 3,300 | $ 3,900 | Perkins started each of Minnesota's last two games, and while she didn't do much of anything against Atlanta, she had five points, six rebounds and seven assists against Seattle. Seimone Augustus is expected to return to the lineup Sunday, but Perkins could still start with Lindsay Whalen out. Perkins is only playable if she starts, but she is significantly cheaper than Montgomery. |
| Maya Moore, F, MIN | $ 7,800 | $ 11,800 | Moore has scored at least 23 points in three of her last five games, and if she gets there Sunday, she will be well worth her price. Moore also has six or assists in two of her last seven games, and the Lynx would probably be wise to use her as a point-forward with Lindsay Whalen out. Moore has a chance to give you a Candace Parker-type performance at a great discount, though she is fairly risky. |

Powers got her only start of the season last week against the Sparks, and she finished with 23 points, four rebounds and three blocks in 31 minutes despite only shooting 5-15 from the field. Powers had 10 points and nine rebounds in 22 minutes Friday, so she can be productive even if she comes off the bench again. |
