To quote Bull Durham: “Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains.” I don’t know that the Sun-Mystics game getting postponed due to a leaky roof torpedoed my lineups, but I don’t think it helped. Basketball is supposed to be the one DFS game not ruined by rainouts, players withdrawing after lineup lock, or the drivers you picked getting caught in a wreck. Even though we deal with those situations all of the time, and even though the NBA had two games postponed due to moisture on the court last season, Friday’s postponement was still a tough pill to swallow.
To make matters worse, we can’t even use the Washington players we liked on Friday in our example lineups, since they play in the two-game early slate, and not the four-game main slate. We will still include early-game players in our playbook, but our lineups will focus on the main slate.

New York's forwards are great down low but they aren't fast enough to challenge Dolson on the perimeter. Dolson had 23 points, five rebounds, three assists and two blocks against the Liberty two weeks ago, and so long as Dolson stays out of foul trouble, I like her chances for another big day. |

Kelsey Plum isn't as good as Wheeler, not to mention Layshia Clarendon or Courtney Vandersloot, but she has double-digit points in three straight games and five of her last six. Plum had a career-high six assists against Phoenix earlier this month. |
| Moriah Jefferson, G, SA | $ 3,900 | $ 5,100 | Jefferson has actually been outplayed by Kelsey Plum the last two games, which would have been inconceivable back in June. Jefferson looked slow and uninterested in creating her own shot against the Sparks, but it was only nine days ago that she had 11 points and eight assists against Indiana. She is worth a shot at this price, considering the matchup. |

That is almost certainly her ceiling, but does anyone else have that ceiling at her price? Sims is cheap enough to be worthy of cash game consideration if Essence Carson is out again, just keep in mind Sims went 0-9 from the field in 24 minutes with Carson out Tuesday. |
