Friday’s DFS WNBA slate is most notable for the season debuts of Napheesa Collier and Amanda Zahui B. Both were very good in the Wubble with over a fantasy point per minute. Both are in different situations this season, however. Collier will be playing next to Sylvia Fowles again after Fowles missed most of the 2020 season. Collier could be overpriced as a result, while Fowles could play fewer than 30 minutes and take fewer than 12 shots for the first time this season with Collier back in the fold.

Zahui B, on the other hand, joins the Sparks after five seasons in New York. She averaged a career-high 25.3 minutes last season, but between her back injury and increased competition for minutes, she may not play as much with her new team. At the same time, it is difficult to imagine Nneka and Chiney Ogwumike will rebound much from their disappointing starts now that they are competing with Zahui B for minutes. I wouldn’t blame anyone who wanted to play any of those three against a depleted Sky team, but I doubt they’ll be in my lineups.

Brittney SykesLACHI630013470014.15
The Sparks's offensive struggles may continue, but Brittney Sykes won't shoot 21 percent from the field all season. Sykes has scored at least 0.79 fppm in all four WNBA seasons and she should play more after Sparks head coach Derek Fisher promised to tighten up his rotation. Sykes may not have a high ceiling but she's the only Sparks player I trust even a little bit.
Diamond DeShieldsCHILA860027.19550026.33
DeShields has gotten better with each game this season, which is nice to see after she struggled in the Wubble. She has played at least 35 minutes in all three games with Allie Quigley and Candace Parker out, averaging 29.5 fantasy points in those games. I think DeShields is safer than Kahleah Copper and she is much cheaper on FanDuel.
Jewell LoydSEAMIN1030041.75800041.88
I have been disappointed by Loyd the last two seasons, particularly in 2019, and I would be lying if I said I'm not somewhat skeptical of her hot start. That being said, Minnesota has allowed the most fantasy points to point guards this season, and Loyd has played at least 34 minutes in all five games this season. So long as that continues, she should have a high floor.
Courtney VanderslootCHILA990031.31700029.60
Vandersloot's turnover totals are troubling, and the only thing Los Angeles has done well through two games is force turnovers. That being said, the Sparks have also allowed the most points in the league and Vandersloot is averaging 13.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 10 assists in three games with Candace Parker and Allie Quigley out. I like Vandersloot on both sites though she remains too cheap on FanDuel.
Natasha CloudWASCON740021.4550020.92
Cloud has shot 30 percent or worse from the field in four of her five games this season, but that trend almost certainly won't continue. She was questionable Tuesday with an ankle injury but still played 26 minutes. If she gets back to the 30+ minutes she was averaged before the injury, she could be a nice value play.

Danielle RobinsonINDLV730023.12530023.82
Robinson should transition to a low-usage bench role at some point, but there is no sign that is coming anytime soon. Robinson has played at least 29 minutes in five of her six games this season, scoring at least 21.5 fantasy points in each. She has a high floor and
Sydney WieseWASCON56001033009.44
Wiese started for the first time Tuesday and played 34 minutes. Her increased minutes haven't led to increased shots just yet, but that could change. Anyone who will play that many minutes at her price has to at least be considered, and she could get more open looks with Myisha Hines-Allen re-joining the starting lineup.

Mercedes RussellSEAMIN540014.83360014.90
I was surprised Russell's price didn't go up on FanDuel after she scored 24 fantasy points in 35 minutes Tuesday. With Ezi Magbegor barely in the rotation right now, Russell should play heavy minutes yet again. I don't like the matchup against Sylvia Fowles but I still think Russell can match her production from Tuesday.
Azura StevensCHILA720020.75440022.00
Stevens has scored 41.5 fantasy points in 33 minutes this season. She is a must-play if she starts and she could be a value off the bench. She played 20 minutes Tuesday and with Candace Parker out again, the Sky need her offense more than they need Ruthy Hebard's defense.
Teaira McCowanINDLV840026670025.90
So far this season, each bad game has been followed by a good one. McCowan scored 15.25 fantasy points in 17 minutes Tuesday and is the cheapest she has been all season. She is strictly a GPP play, but the Aces have surpsingly allowed the most fantasy points to opposing centers this season.
Myisha Hines-AllenWASCON940022.12580020.80
She is the free space on the FanDuel Bingo card. Hines-Allen scored 29.5 FD fantasy points in 30 minutes Tuesday and while she has a slightly tougher matchup Friday, there is no reason to believe she will play fewer minutes. She is playable on DraftKings even though she is fairly priced, as she should get plenty of shots and rebounds at least until Elena Delle Donne returns.
Liz CambageLVIND900028.1700029.52
After playing no more than 22 minutes in any of her first four games, Cambage played 32 minutes Thursday but managed only 23.5 fantasy points. She is still averaging 1.28 fantasy points per minute and if she tops 30 minutes again, she will almost certainly outperform her price.

Jonquel JonesCONWAS1090045.29840043.82
Jones has at least 41 fantasy points in five of her six games, including four straight. There are a lot of strong frontcourt options in this slate but I think it is worth paying a little bit more for Jones, especially in cash lineups.
Astou NdourCHILA820026.31550026.05
She certainly looks like the safest forward on this team, with at least 25 minutes and 27 fantasy points in three straight games. She is a nice mid-tier play if she starts.
