This is always the most fun EPL DFS slate of the season. All 20 teams play at 11:00am ET, and while Manchester City has won the league and Fulham, West Brom and Sheffield have all been relegated, there is still much to be decided. Liverpool Leicester and Chelsea are battling for two Champions League spots while West Ham, Tottenham, Everton and Arsenal are in the running to play in Europa League next year. On top of that, Mohamed Salah and Harry Kane are tied in the race for the Golden Boot with 22 goals each.

With such a big slate, we should have an easier time than usual finding value plays. That makes a stars-and-scrubs approach more viable, though choosing the right stars will be a challenge with all of them available. One potential pivot point will be whether or not you roster Mohamed Salah and Sergio Aguero. The oddsmakers think both are more likely than not to score a goal, and I expect each to be quite expensive as a result.

Will NorrisBRNSHU4900-4.7410-7.50
Sheffield have scored 19 goals in 37 games, eight fewer than any other team. It is disappointing Nick Pope will miss out, but the defense in front of Norris is good enough that he could still get a win and clean sheet at a discount price.
Martin DubravkaNEWFUL43007.64711.29
This is obviously a risky play on the road with fans in the last Premier League game Fulham will have in at least a year. That being said, only Sheffield has scored fewer goals than Fulham this season. Dubravka got a win and clean sheet against Sheffield United on Wednesday, and I don't see why he can't do the same thing Sunday at a discounted price.

Anthony ElangaMUNWOL35000.2871.30
United's lineup is barely recognizable, but against a Wolves team playing out the string with a manager who is on his way out, Elanga and his teammates could be the high-upside value plays we need with such a giant slate.
Ferran TorresMCIEVE65008.511812.10

RaphinhaLEEWBA890014.721619.06
Raphinha had a disappointing game at Southampton Tuesday but still finished with 12.3 FD fantasy points. He has gone under that total just once in the last four months. No team has allowed more goals than West Brom this season, and Raphinha might be the safest player on the entire slate.

Stuart DallasLEEWBA62009.611313.98
Dallas has been splitting set pieces with Raphinha of late, which makes Dallas a viable alternative to Harrison on DK. On FD Dallas is a GPP play with huge upside, having topped 35 FD fantasy points in two of his last six games.
Mohamed SalahLIVCRY950014.722322.52
Salah is tied with Harry Kane for the Golden Boot race and it is pretty widely expected he will score at least once at home against Crystal Palace to secure the award. That would be enough to make me want to play Salah in cash lineups but I am even more intrigued by his role as a facilitator. He has at least two chances created in five straight games, which raises his floor considerably on FanDuel.
Dwight McNeilBRNSHU760010.861410.56
Only three teams have allowed more goals than Sheffield, and McNeil offers a nice combination of safety and upside. McNeil has at least two chances created in eight of his last 11 games, with at least five crosses in eight of his last 10.

Kevin De BruyneMCIEVE960018.752223.27
De Bruyne hasn't played a Premier League match in seven weeks, but he will start the last game of the season. With Bruno Fernandes on the bench, De Bruyne is the safest play on the slate on DraftKings. That being said, De Bruyne probably won't play 90 minutes, which limits his upside.
Mason MountCHEAVL770013.831818.91

John FleckSHUBRN43006.8188.50
Fleck has 13 crosses in this last three games, and no team has allowed more crosses than Burnley this season.
Declan RiceWHUSOU36005.82910.86
Rice looked like he was coming into his own in February but a run of tough fixutres and a knee injury derailed his season. That being said, he gets a nice matchup at home against Southampton, and I like his upside better than the other likely starters in his price range.

Gary CahillCRYLIV26003.531212.89

Matthew LowtonBRNSHU39006.771212.99
Lowton has quietly been very solid for fantasy of late, with at least one chance created in eight consecutive games. He is usually good for a shot and a few crosses as well, and he could get forward quite a bit against one of the few teams that possess the ball as infrequently as Burnley.
John EganSHUBRN29002.56911.41
Only Liverpool has allowed more clearances than Burnley this season. Egan has at least 13 FD fantasy points in five of his last seven games.
George BaldockSHUBRN35004.59118.61
Baldock had five crosses in two of his last five games, against Crystal Palace and Wolves. No team has allowed more crosses than Burnley this season, making Baldock a nice value on DK. If Baldock is out, Enda Stevens would be a nice alternative.
Ben ChilwellCHEAVL570011.971214.08
Only Burnley has allowed more crosses than Aston Villa this season, and Chilwell has double-digit DK fantasy poitns in five of his last seven games. He is a nice value if you cannot afford Aaron Cresswell or Andrew Robertson.

Trent Alexander-ArnoldLIVCRY780014.851517.22
If there was ever a time to pay up for Alexander-Arnold, especially on DraftKings, it is this slate. He has at least 11.4 DK fantasy points in nine consecutive starts.
Alex TellesMUNWOL500011.121113.79
Telles has at least five crosses in all eight games this season despite only topping 45 minutes in six of them. The targets for his crosses are all unproven at best, but Wolves have not been great defensively down the stretch.
