It’s tough to know what to make of some of these teams just two or in some cases one game into the WNBA season. Adding to the challenge of this three-game WNBA slate is the rematch of the Aces and Storm after Seattle blew out Las Vegas. The oddsmakers still believe in Vegas, as Seattle are slight favorites, but its hard to trust Liz Cambage, Chelsea Gray, Riquna Williams or Kelsey Plum after they all struggled to varying degrees. Cambage especially could make or break the slate if she’s able to play more than the 20 minutes she got in Game 1.

Similarly, I think a lot of fantasy lineups will hinge on Sabrina Ionescu. She was great on opening day but struggled Sunday, with eight turnovers and just four assists. I think we will continue to see that uneven play until Natasha Howard returns and against a good defensive team like Minnesota, I’m staying away even knowing it could blow up in my face.

Guards

Natasha CloudWASPHO76000560031.90
I think its a good sign when a player scored 31.9 fantasy points despite only shooting 2-of-10 from the field. Cloud will almost certainly shoot better Tuesday, and she is the safest of the three Mystics guards.
Diana TaurasiPHOWAS950035.13700032.70
Taurasi is shooting just 32.7 fantasy points through two games despite only shooting 32 percent from the field. I think she has the highest floor of any guard in this slate and her ceiling is as high as anyone's.
Chelsea GrayLVSEA870027.88570010.90
Gray is too good to be such a non-factor, even against a good defensive team like Seattle. I think with a could of days off she will look to be more aggressive offensively. There are safer players in her price range but she may have the highest ceiling.
Crystal DangerfieldMINNY880024.9550029.20
Dangerfield scored 17 points on 16 shots against Phoenix, and I think she will get more easy shots against a young Liberty team missing its best player.
Sami WhitcombNYMIN550015.36430022.10
Whitcomb has been solid the last two games despite only taking six field goal attempts per game and only shooting 33 percent from the field. She looks like a nice cash play, and she could easily top 30 fantasy points if she knocks down a few threes Tuesday.

Sylvia FowlesMINNY820029.75770038.20
My concerns about her playing time were unfounded, though that could change once Napheesa Collier returns. Fowles played 30 minutes against Phoenix and if she does that again, she should have her way against a thin New York frontcourt.
Aerial PowersMINNY370028.96560032.70
The price discrepancy between sites tells you all you need to know. She scored 18 points in 31 minutes against Phoenix, and I think we could get similar production in an easier matchup. With Natalie Achonwa dealing with a knee injury, Powers is safe on both sites.
Megan WalkerPHOWAS33006.07300014.20
Walker played 16 minutes Sunday after not playing at all against Minnesota. Sandy Brondello probably can't go back to playing Brianna Turner and Britney Griner 73 minutes combined, but I am a bit nervous Walker could find herself out of the rotation again. That being said, she had 14.2 fantasy points in those 16 minutes, and I think she is worth the risk if you really need to save some money.
Ezi MagbegorSEALV530010.49390020.80
She is a bit risky on DraftKings, but I like her for GPPs. I think it was a good sign Magbegor started the second half Saturday, and I think Seattle needs her size against the Aces. If she can stay out of foul trouble, I think she'll play more than the 14 minutes she managed in Game 1. Even if she only plays 14 minutes again, she should return value on FanDuel.
Theresa PlaisanceWASPHO44004.52420029.90
A lot was made during the broadcast against the Sky of Plaisance being healthy for the first time in a few seasons. I'm not sure if that is the case, but I know she made the most of her playing time in that game, and there is no one to press her for minutes until Elena Delle Donne and Myisha Hines-Allen return. Plaisance should be safe on both sites, and she has a higher ceiling if she plays 20+ minutes.

Damiris DantasMINNY990028.4520019.40
I'm trying very hard not to include every Lynx rotation player in this playbook, I really am. That being said, Dantas is just too cheap on FanDuel to ignore. She will never be one of the top offensive options, but she should dominate the young Liberty frontcourt, especially if Natalie Achonwa is out.
Breanna StewartSEALV1100043.19860047.10
I don't think there is a wrong answer between Stewart and A'ja Wilson, and I think there is a good chance Vegas will do a better job guarding her in this game. What gives Stewart the edge for me is that she's going to have to grab a bunch of rebounds if Seattle keeps playing small. I also think Stewart could get more assists if Las Vegas tries to get the ball out of her hands.
