We’re back at it with another Tuesday slate, and that means a full 15-game slate of action.

Last night we had two postponed games, even though most of the DFS community can’t seem to pinpoint how that Orioles/Twins game didn’t play. Still, it really highlights the dangers of targeting players who have games that may have to deal with the rain.

Tonight, the worst weather appears to be in Cincinnati, really putting the Pirates/Reds game in doubt. The other three games that may have weather concerns are Tigers/Nationals, Padres/Cubs (yes, again, but it doesn’t seem too bad tonight), and White Sox/Rangers. Keep a close eye on the weather and understand the risks if you do target those games.

For the Hitting Coach charts, I will continue to use data from our new DFS Dashboard. Again, we’re still in the beta stage when it comes to this dashboard, but it provides a lot of extremely useful data for each player.

And once again, players will be listed according to highest salary to lowest salary at each position and using FanDuel pricing.

Welington Castillo is already known for smashing lefties, but we get even more incentive to play him tonight with Coors Field in play. But speaking of smashing lefties, it’s tough to ignore a guy who is batting .394/.444/.909 with five homers in just 33 at-bats against them this season.

Brian McCann remains a little too cheap throughout the industry for what he is capable of doing at the plate. Yankee Stadium is perfectly suited for his big bat. McCann actually has 38 home runs in 545 career at-bats in the new Yankee Stadium, and he gets a good matchup tonight against a struggling Kris Medlen

Dioner Navarro has been swinging a pretty hot bat, and gets to face Derek Holland who he has had success against in the past. Navarro is 3-for-5 (.600 AVG) with two homers and a double, lifetime, against the Rangers southpaw.

Chris Iannetta tends to be in play against lefties, and tonight is no exception. He gets to face Drew Smyly, who he has gone 3-for-5 (.600 AVG) against in his career, with all three of his hits being doubles. Pretty solid.

David Ortiz will be facing a weak lefty in Sean Manaea of the A’s, and I think it would be a mistake to forget about Big Papi just because he’s facing a southpaw. He is playing out of his mind right now, and continued his big run last night, going 3-for-5 with two doubles. You may not want to play him in cash games, but he’s as good of a GPP play as there is. Low ownership, huge upside.

Justin Bour is 3-for-5 (.600 AVG) with a homer and four RBI against Zach Davies. Much of the damage took place in his breakout double-dong game in Milwaukee a few weeks back.

Albert Pujols has been pretty disappointing this season, but there’s just not much to be excited about in Anaheim. Still, he gets to face his old mates (well, whoever’s left), and gets to face Mike Leake, who he is batting .750./.833/.750 against in six previous plate appearances. Leake has been pitiful in 2016, allowing a 95.8 percent Z-Contact rate, and has a career low 5.4 percent swinging strike rate.

Ryan Howard has more home runs against the Braves throughout his career than against any other team in Major League Baseball. The Phillies have only faced Matt Wisler once, and Howard was perfect against the young righty, going 3-for-3 with a double.

Daniel Murphy is still crushing righties to the tune of .379/.432/.644 with four homers. He had an absolutely huge homer last night against Anibal Sanchez of the Tigers, and I think he’ll continue to rake against the young Michael Fulmer of the Tigers.

Logan Forsythe is somehow one of the most productive leadoff hitters in baseball. I like his matchup tonight against Wade Miley, mainly because Forsythe just continues to demolish southpaws. The only drawbacks with Forsythe is really his price tag, and the fact that he was taken out of the game after getting hit by a pitch from Felix Hernandez last night. I’d expect him to still play, but you never know.

Brandon Phillips’s price on FanDuel has rightfully gone up, so him being in play tonight isn’t about him being a value play; rather, it is mostly from his BvP against Juan Nicasio. Phillips is 5-for-11 (.455 AVG) with a  homer, triple, double, and three RBI throughout his career against Nicasio.

Derek Dietrich continues to remain productive at the plate, and will continue to get starts if he keeps up what he has been doing in May. Since the beginning of the month, Dietrich has gone 11-for-27 (.407 AVG) with a homer, two triples, two doubles, and five RBI. It looks like Don Mattingly will continue to bat Dietrich leadoff against righties and J.T. Realmuto leadoff against lefties.

Todd Frazier appears to be getting into a groove with his power. The former Home Run Derby winner has three home runs in his last three games, including a huge 12th inning shot last night in Arlington. He will matchup against a southpaw in Derek Holland, who is currently giving up the highest fly ball rate of his career, and sporting a horrible .533 xFIP.

Brandon Drury is now an everyday player for the D-Backs, and he will continue to bat in front of Paul Goldschmidt against left-handed pitching. He has three home runs over his last nine games, and obviously gets a nice park boost tonight with Coors in play.

Evan Longoria can’t seem to show any consistency, but we all know he does a great job against lefties. He has had some success against Wade Miley, going 5-for-19 (.263 AVG). Now, that’s not the best or anything, but all five of his hits have gone for extra bases (two homers and three doubles).

Adrian Beltre loves to bat at home, loves to bat against lefties, and is swinging a hot bat. He is 5-for-12 (.417 AVG) with two homers, a double, and six RBIs over his last three games.

Xander Bogaerts is absolutely destroying left-handed pitching this season. He is currently rocking a .458 wOBA, 202 wRC+, and 1.111 OPS against southpaws. Not much of a sample size, but he was still had a crazy good .389 wOBA, 145 wRC+, and .892 OPS against southpaws in 2015.

Jean Segura is batting .355/.355/.516 this season against lefties, and has always performed much better against southpaws throughout his career. His six home runs this season puts him on pace to shatter his career high of 12, which he set in 2013.

Troy Tulowitzki loves to face Matt Cain. In fact, if he puts up a donut tonight, everyone should avoid playing him for the rest of the month. He is 21-for-64 (.328 AVG) with five homers, a triple, five doubles, and 10 RBI, lifetime, against the veteran Giants pitcher. Good luck, Tulo! And godspeed to everyone who decides to play him.

Wilmer Flores will likely get another start tonight in place of an ailing Neil Walker. Flores was definitely a formidable player last season, but with the addition of Asdrubal Cabrera to the Mets lineup, he has not been getting much playing time. Flores has batted a decent .300/.417/.700 with a home run against Alex Wood throughout his career, and is a great way to cut some salary in your lineups.

Mike Trout continues to be the subject of ridiculous trade talks. I know the Angels are struggling with injuries and a horrible farm system, but you don’t rebuild your farm by trading away a generational star in Trout. Anyway, Trout is expensive tonight, but he arguably has the best matchup of all the big name outfielders, going against a terrible Mike Leake

Charlie Blackmon is in the middle of a seven-game hitting streak, where he has gone 9-for-25 (.360 AVG) with a homer, three doubles, three RBI, and three runs. I prefer him over CarGo tonight, although that’s not going to be the popular decision. He tends to have low ownership among the Rockies bats, and I like his matchup agains Rubby De La Rosa tonight.

Starling Marte has batted .333/.444/.400 throughout his career against Alfredo Simon. Marie has been the most consistent Pirates bat this season, and he is currently in the middle of a four-game run where he has gone 9-for-18 (.500 AVG) with three doubles, three runs, and two stolen bases.

Gerardo Parra is my favorite Rockies play tonight. Over his last three games, he has gone 6-for-15 (.400 AVG) with two doubles and two RBI. He has homered off of Rubby De La Rosa in the past, and I think he’ll do some damage against him tonight in Denver.

Odubel Herrera is batting .324/.445/.432 for the season, but he’s even better against righties, packing in a .390 wOBA and 139 wRC+. On top of that, he was able to take Matt Wisler deep in their previous meeting last season.

Marcell Ozuna needs to buy J.T. Realmuto a nice steak dinner for making the worst base running gaffe I’ve ever seen in my life. Anyway, outside of robbing his own teammate of a home run, he has been sensational, and absolutely ripping the cover off of the ball since the start of the month. In fact, since the start of May, Ozuna has gone 11-for-29 (.379 AVG) with three homers and six RBI.

Avisail Garcia has been ridiculous. Over his last 10 games, he has gone 17-for-36 (.472 AVG) with two homers, a triple, three doubles, six RBI, and 11 runs scored. That, my friends, is PHENOMENAL. He gets a tiny park boost in Arlington, and a nice matchup against a lefty in Derek Holland. He has performed significantly better against lefties throughout his career, rocking an OPS that’s .86 points higher than his OPS against righties.

Matt Kemp is batting .323/.313/.677 with three homers in just 31 at-bats against lefties this season. Somehow, he doesn’t have many at-bats against Jon Lester, but reached base safely two out of three times last season, and even stole a base.

Colby Rasmus is in the middle of a five-game RBI streak where he has combined for eight RBI. Batting cleanup behind guys like Jose Altuve, George Springer, and Carlos Correa definitely gives him a ton of at-bats with men on base, and he has been taking advantage of it. At just $3,100 on FanDuel tonight, he is quite a value.

Miguel Sano matches up beautifully against Kevin Gausman of the Orioles, and I’m not just saying that because of his two homers in five at-bats against the flamethrower. Sano is very good against righties, and very good against the fastball. His price has also dropped down a bit, making him a pretty compelling play tonight.

Steve Pearce tends to be forgotten in Tampa because of the bigger lefty crushers like Logan Forsythe and Evan Longoria, but he has been doing a great job against southpaws himself this season. In fact, he is batting .370/.433/.667 with two homers against left-handed pitching in 2016. I really like his price point throughout the industry, and I definitely like his matchup against Wade Miley of the Mariners.

Aaron Hicks was my value play in the outfield last night, and he is actually been cheaper tonight, going up against a struggling Kris Medlen of the Royals. Medlen’s K/BB ratio is at a career low 1.06, which really demonstrates how much he has been struggling with his command this season. If Hicks returns to the two-hole, I see him getting on base a few times, and potentially setting the table for McCann, Teixeira, and another option in the outfield, Carlos Beltran

Preston Tucker is only in play if you’re looking or a dirt cheap option tonight. I like him more given the fact that Evan Gattis is in Triple-A working on his defense, but you never know with A.J. Hinch. He’ll randomly throw out Jake Marisnick as a pinch hitter if he needs to. Still, Tucker has a good matchup against Trevor Bauer. Even though he is no longer an everyday player, don’t forget he batted a formidable .255/.314/.494 with 13 homers in just 235 at-bats against righties last season.
