Welcome to the MLB DFS Playbook for April 17.
By now you've had a chance to pore over the DFS Playbook and both the Hitting and Pitching Coach pieces. You should be rolling through the array of tools and, at this point, settling into the Lineup Generator to start putting everything together.
We are working off of a 10 game slate on FanDuel and a seven game main slate on DraftKings today. With the three game difference in the slates, I tried to notate when it is for FanDuel only. Keep an eye on the weather reports for the Twins/Blue Jays game as it is supposed to pour early, so it could be delayed or postponed. The Rangers/Angels game has some risk too because of hail. I have left the writeups in for those games, but added a few extra in just in case either or both is postponed. Not great pitching available today, though pitching has been getting killed no matter the slate.
