DeMarcus Cousins LALKneeOUT FOR THE SEASONCousins tore his ACL in the offseason and we won't see him suit up this season. Dwight Howard and JaVale McGee will pick up his minutes this season.

Jusuf Nurkic PORLegNo TimetableIt's hard to tell whether or not we'll see Nurkic take the court this season after suffering a terrible Leg injury. March is possible, but even the Blazers aren't ready to commit to that. Hassan Whiteside will start in his place.
Zion Williamson NOKneeNo TimetableWilliamson's regular season debut likely won't happen until 2020. Jahlil Okafor and Nicolo Melli will pick up more minutes until he's ready. Jaxson Hayes will also see more involvement in the rotation.

Thomas Bryant WSHFoot2-4 WeeksAs I always say, stress reactions are never good because the timetable is always uncertain and with Bryant out for at least the next few weeks Davis Bertans and Moritz Wagner will see more playing time.

Patrick Beverley LACConcussionNo TimetableWhenever a player suffers a Concussion, they have to pass tests in order to get cleared and it sometimes takes multiple days to get that clearence. If Beverley needs to miss time, Lou Williams will start in his place.

Markelle Fultz ORLIllnessDAY TO DAYFultz had to sit with an illness for the Magic's previous game and if he needs more time off, D.J. Augustin and Michael Carter-Williams will fill the void. 
Reggie Jackson DETBack2-3 WeeksStress reaction's are never good and are tough to recover from and this will keep Jackson on the sidelines for a while. Derrick Rose takes over in the starting lineup with Tim Frazier backing him up.
Gerald Green HOUFootOUT FOR THE SEASONGreen's Foot is broken to the point that we won't see him this season. Eric Gordon (when healthy), Danuel House Jr. and Austin Rivers will pick up the slack this season. House will be the biggest beneficiary. 
JaMychal Green LACTailboneDAY TO DAYGreen hasn't been able to shake the Tailbone injury and tried returning with no success and the Clippers will use Paul George and Kawhi Leonard to help fill the void. Montrezl Harrell can shift down to PF from time to time. 
Rodney Hood PORAchillesNo TimetableHood's season is all but done after he had surgery on his Achilles. It's hard to believe that he'll return this season. Kent Bazemore will pick up a lot more minutes and usage. 
Otto Porter Jr.CHIFoot4-5 WeeksPorter will need additional time away from the court and his timetable has been backed up. Chandler Hutchison (if healthy) will see more minutes. Thaddeus Young and Shaq Harrison could see minutes as well.
Isaiah Thomas WSHCalf1-2 WeeksThomas is dealing with a strained Calf and will miss at least a few more games. Ish Smith will benefit by getting a ton more minutes and Bradley Beal will also bring up the ball. 
Delon Wright DALAdductorDAY TO DAYWright has missed his last two games and is on the verge of missing three in a row due to injury. Seth Curry should be able to pick up minutes with Luka Doncic running the point. J.J. Barea is also in play to pick up minutes.
Marvin Williams CHAKneeDAY TO DAYWilliams missed his last three games with a Knee injury and if he needs more time off Michael Kidd-Gilchrist will see more playing time. 
Nicolas Batum CHAHandDAY TO DAYBatum missed his last game with an injured Hand and if he needs more time off Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Dwayne Bacon should see more minutes in the Hornets rotation. 
Malik Monk CHAFingerDAY TO DAYMonk missed his last game with a Finger injury and if he needs to continue to sit Cody Martin will pick up minutes with other Hornets mid-court players hurt. 
Landry Shamet LACAnkleNo TimetableIt's uncertain when we'll see Shamet back on the floor and this opens up back up minutes for Maurice Harkless and Rodney McGruder (when healthy) to get more involved.  
Robert Williams BOSHipDAY TO DAYWilliams is dealing with an injured Hip and if he needs to continue to sit Daniel Theis and Enes Kanter will help fill the void. 
Jordan McRae WSHFinger1-2 WeeksMcRae had Finger surgery and the Wizards are running out of mid-court depth with C.J. Miles already out. Troy Brown Jr. is the next man up in the Wizards rotation. Davis Bertans will pick up more long-range shots as well.
Grayson Allen MEMAnkle1-2 WeeksAllen will need to miss the next few games with an injured Ankle and while he's out Dillon Brooks will get even more usage and De'Anthony Melton will also pick up minutes and shots off the bench. 
Rodney McGruder LACLegDAY TO DAYMcGruder is getting closer to returning to action. Maurice Harkless should be looking at a minutes boost with Landry Shamet also out if McGruder needs more time off. 
Hamidou Diallo OKCElbow2-4 WeeksWhile Diallo is out, Terrance Ferguson (if healthy) will pick up more minutes. Abdel Nader should also benefit with less SF competition.

Terrance Ferguson OKCHipDAY TO DAYFerguson has missed his last four games with a Hip injury and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Abdel Nader will need to log more minutes while he's out. Dennis Schroder will need to take more shots with the second unit. 
Darius Miller NOAchillesOUT FOR THE SEASONMiller injured his Achilles back in August and we shouldn't expect him to play this season.
Keita Bates-Diop MINIllnessDAY TO DAYBates-Diop is sick and had to miss his last game and if he has to continue to sit, Treveon Graham will pick up more minutes off the bench. It will also benefit Jarrett Culver and Josh Okogie
Dragan Bender MILAnkleDAY TO DAYBender has missed his last four games withva sprained Ankle and even though he doesn't log many minutes, it will open up the rotation a bit for Robin Lopez and D.J. Wilson .
Tyson Chandler HOUIllnessDAY TO DAYChandler hasn't played in his last four games and Isaiah Hartenstein could see a few back up minutes until Chandler is ready to return, but, the Rockets will first look to extend Clint Capela 's minutes.

Stanley Johnson TORGroin1-3 WeeksJohnson is very much on the outside looking into the Raptors rotation and we don't know when exactly we'll see him take the court. OG Anunoby and Norman Powell will continue to see more minutes.
Dylan Windler CLELegDAY TO DAYThe Cavs are very much looking to their youth to see what they can build around in their system and Windler could come up late-December and grab a few minutes in the Cavs rotation. 
Khyri Thomas DETFoot2-3 WeeksThomas isn't a meaningful part of the Pistons rotation, but with other players hurt, he was able to steal a few minutes. Those minutes will now go to Bruce Brown Jr. and Langston Galloway
