Point Guard

RANKNAMETeam# of GamesAnalysis
1Russell WestbrookOKC2Westbrook takes the top spot right out of the All-Star break. He's still the most productive PG overall and outside of his scoring dropping off a little from last season, he's still lethal.
2Kemba WalkerCHA3Walker has the full slate and after not being traded at the deadline, all distractions should be behind him and he'll continue being the Hornets top scoring option and assist weapon.
3Stephen CurryGSW2Curry will continue to get plenty of shots and he'll have a lot of time with the ball. The assists he compiles and the steals he can grab makes him even more versatile.
4Chris PaulHOU2Paul has been able to be productive despite playing with James Harden and not only from an assist standpoint, but he's become the second scoring option as well.
5Damian LillardPOR2Most of the Blazers offense will continue to run through Lillard as they still can't find much consistency when it comes to offensive production from the Blazers forwards.
6Kyrie IrvingBOS2Irving will continue being the priority scorer and assist player for the Celtics. Even with Marcus Smart returning, it shouldn't impact his playing time.
7Tomas SatoranskyWSH3Satoransky has been very productive while John Wall recovers from a Knee injury. He's scored in double figures and compiled assists and steals and will continue to see 20-30 minutes per game.
8Eric BledsoeMIL2Even with Jabari Parker back, Bledsoe will still have a good amount of time with the ball and he'll help with defensive statistics while scoring in double figures for the most part.
9Jordan ClarksonCLE3Even though Clarkson is going to come off the bench, expect him to be highly productive at both guard spots. He has a lot speed and will be able to keep up with LeBron's playing style.
10Kris DunnCHI2Dunn's headaches are behind him and he already looked back in rhythm before the All-Star break and with the extended rest, he should be ready to play around 30 minutes per game.
11Elfrid PaytonPHX2Payton in Phoenix is going to work out well and he can keep the offense quick and his assist numbers should improve a bit and he'll be the third scoring option as well.
12Jeff TeagueMIN2Teague finds a way to get in the lane and score the hard way. He'll loft shots over the opposition and because the Timberwolves have a lot of weapons, the lane will be open for him.
13Goran DragicMIA2Dragic is going to have to continue to be a major part of the offense because Hassan Whiteside is still not playing full minutes. He'll be scoring more over the next few weeks.
14George HillCLE3We'll have to see how much playing time Hill will get on a per game basis as he's been one of the hardest players to track this year. He'll hit knockdown three's and feed cutters for dimes.
15T.J. McConnellPHI3McConnell's scrappy-style of play should give him a longer leash when on the court. When Ben Simmons run point, he'll be an effective off the ball guard and he'll see open jumpers and lanes.
16Jamal MurrayDEN2Even though Will Barton runs the point a decent amount, Murray still see's a lot of shots and time with the ball to produce in more than just one category. Expect constant assists and steals.
17Dennis Smith Jr.DAL2Smith Jr. will be the second scoring option for the Mavs as Dirk Nowitzki continues to be relegated to the arc. Smith is a good driver and draws a lot of contact in the lane.
18Austin RiversLAC2Rivers is healthy and Lou Williams shouldn't impede too much on his playing time. Expect frequent double digit scoring outings with a steady flow of assists and steals.
19Isaiah ThomasLAL2Thomas will continue to get more playing time as he recovers and it'll be interesting to see how the minutes are divided between Thomas and Ball. Thomas will be the top scoring option ROTW.
20Ricky RubioUT2He was nursing a Hip injury before the All-Star break and has mussed his previous three games. Hopefully the extended rest will allow him to be at full strength this week.

Shooting Guard

RANKNAMETeam# of GamesAnalysis
1James Harden HOU2Harden continues to dominate in multiple categories and he'll still run point at times giving him more chances to contribute assists. He's the top scoring option on a top offense in the league.
2Bradley BealWSH3Beal will continue serving as the top scoring option with Wall still out of the mix and he's been sticking to driving more rather than just setting up at the arc.
3JJ RedickPHI3Redick has been more productive in other categories this season. He's not just a shooter anymore. He's been good at organizing the offense on the court and feeding players inside for dimes.
4Nicolas BatumCHA3Batum has been playing better and his Elbow looks like it's finally healing and he'll continue to serve as the second shooting option and owners can expect boards and steals.
5Devin BookerPHX2Booker returned right before the All-Star break and scored 28 points and was able to play 36 minutes. Expect full usage from the Suns top option this week.
6Lou WilliamsLAC2Williams will get a lot of playing time and operate more from the SG spot than PG spot, but owners can still expect a lot of scoring, assists and steals on the defensive end.
7Tyreke EvansMEM2Evans will be the second option for the Grizzlies with Mike Conley out for the rest of the season and he's a three-four category producer each time he plays and looks as healthy as ever.
8Jrue Holiday NO2Holiday will continue to be the second scoring option and he'll run the point for part of the game giving him more chances to produce assists.
9Khris MiddletonMIL2Middleton should see less pressure on defense moving forward with Jabari Parker back. He'll see a lot of open three's and help with assists and long rebounds. He may see fewer shots.
10Rodney HoodCLE3Hood will play a similar role in Cleveland as he did in Utah. Owners should expect to see him stand at the key waiting to be fed for an open three-pointer. He'll grab steals on defense.
11Jeremy LambCHA3Lamb is still productive despite coming off the bench. He see's a lot of open three-pointers and obviously is the top scoring option with the Hornets second unit.
12CJ McCollumPOR2McCollum will continue to be the second scoring option with the Blazers still needing to rely on their guards to handle most of the offense. He'll mainly be scoring dependant.
13Klay ThompsonGSW2Thompson owners should be rooting for the Warriors to blowout as many teams as possible because he thrives in garbage time. His defense will keep his minutes high.
14Donovan MitchellUT2Mitchell continues his impressive rookie season and even with Ricky Rubio returning and the arrival of Jae Crowder, he will have a ton of time with the ball moving forward.
15Gary HarrisDEN2Harris will see a lot of high-percentage jumpers with the attention that Nikola Jokic demands. He'll help a bit feeding the cutter inside and will often cut inside and then pop out for an open jumper.
16Tim Hardaway Jr. NY2With Kristaps Porzingis out for the rest of the season Hardaway Jr. will need to takeover as the Knicks top scoring weapon. Expect him to log heavy minutes and command top coverage.
17Zach LaVineCHI2LaVine should see more playing time the rest of the way, even if they aren't contending. LaVine will help with mainly scoring, but he'll provide some steals and assist relief.
18Kentavious Caldwell-PopeLAL2KCP plays good perimeter defense and that'll keep him in the game when the Lakers are at full strength. Expect KCP to see a lot of open three's and elbow jumpers and he'll grab long boards.
19Andrew WigginsMIN2Wiggins has kept his scoring constant and has been quietly helping owners out by grabbing boards and down the stretch, his fresh legs will be needed, even in blowout situations.
20Jaylen BrownBOS2Brown has a good corner jumper and he stays at the arc a lot. He does have an effective drive game and the more he uses it, the more he'll score and he's not afraid to take contact.

Small Forward

RANKNAMETeam# of GamesAnalysis
1LeBron JamesCLE3James takes back the top spot with the three game slate and even with new pieces on his team, the new players will have to mesh with his style of play and usage will remain high.
2Kevin DurantGSW2Durant gets the second spot and while we all know how helpful he is with scoring and rebounding, he gets a lot of blocks off of mid-range jumpers and that adds even more to his value.
3Otto Porter Jr. WSH3Porter Jr. has been serving as the second scoring weapon with Wall out and he's been hitting a good amount of three-pointers. He helps big time with steals on the defensive end.
4Jimmy ButlerMIN2Butler will continue to share top scoring responsibilities with Karl-Anthony Towns and since he's started attacking the rim more, he's seen a major increase in scoring.
5Paul GeorgeOKC2George has been commanding the ball a lot more and owners can expect him to continue to produce points, boards and steals frequently. He still plays excellent perimeter defense.
6Robert CovingtonPHI3Covington normally serves as the Sixers main bailoiut shooting option, but he's been getting the ball and attacking the lane more this season. He'll help with boards and steals as well.
7Kelly Oubre Jr. WSH3Wall being out gives Oubre Jr. more love in the offense. Expect him to play 20-plus minutes per game and his long-range shooting game has improved a lot this season.
8Will BartonDEN2Barton will continue to play at multiple positions for the Nuggets and he'll even contribute assists whille running the point. He'll continue putting up double figures.
9TJ WarrenPHX2Warren is the Suns second scoring option behind Booker. Expect the Suns guards to drive more and Warren will serve as the kickout option and he'll grab long rebounds.
10Brandon IngramLAL2Ingram will continue to run the point at times throughout the game and he's been helpful with scoring in double figures while contributing boards and assists.
11Evan FournierORL2Fournier has been very scoring dependant and continues not to drive with the ball. He'd rather take tougher shots from the arc and elbow. With the Magic big men back he'll see less pressure.
12Danilo GallinariLAC2Gallinari will share top scoring responsibilities for the rest of the season as the Clippers try to make the playoffs. He'll shoot three's effectively and drive for contact.
13Joe InglesUT2Ingles will be seeing serious competition for minutes moving forward with Jae Crowder around. Ingles shooting and defense are strong and that should keep him securely in the rotation.
14Justin HolidayCHI2Holiday will start to fee more pressure as the Bulls backcourt is getting crowded and his shot will need to be falling and he'll need to grab long boards in order to keep his minutes constant.
15Jayson Tatum BOS2Tatum started the season shooting a ton of three-pointers, but he's been driving to the rack a lot more and that'll not only help with scoring, but he'll grab more boards in the lane.
16Josh RichardsonMIA2Richardson can play multiple positions and that should keep him playing at least 25 minutes per game down the stretch. He can also run point if needed. Expect scoring and assists.
17Jae CrowderUT2Crowder will take playing time away from Ingles and in just a few games, we've already seen a much-improved Crowder from a scoring and rebounding standpoint. Expect more production.
18Denzel ValentineCHI2Valentine's defense will need to be stronger than ever if he's going to be able to keep his minutes up. He's a strong outside shooter and he'll help with steals on the other side.
19Kyle AndersonSAS2With Kawhi Leonard out, Anderson is going to have to continue hustling and he'll get a good chunk of shots. Anderson will also step inside the arc and grab boards and try to draw contact.
20Trevor ArizaHOU2Ariza has missed his last nine games and before the All-Star break the Rockets Coaches said he was close to returning. Ariza could be active for both games this week.

Power Forward

RANKNAMETeam# of GamesAnalysis
1Giannis AntetokounmpoMIL2Even with just the two games and Jabari Parker back, the Bucks offense still runs right through Giannis and owners can continue to expect top all-around production even as Parker is integrated more.
2Ben SimmonsPHI3Simmons should be one of the highest producers for the week and even with an inconsistent jumper, he has a strong drive and grabs a ton of boards and will feed cutters all day for dimes.
3Blake GriffinDET2Griffin fits very well in Detroit and he'll be an excellent compliment to Andre Drummond moving forward. Drummond (like DeAndre Jordan) commands a ton of attention and that will benefit him.
4Dario SaricPHI3Saric as improved a ton since earlier this season and he can play multiple positions. He can score from the post, the elbow, the arc and will provide a ton of help on the glass.
5LaMarcus AldridgeSAS2He was held out prior to the All-Star break with Knee soreness. All signs point to him having no limitations this week, but we need another practice report.
6Draymond GreenGSW2Green is healthy and owners should expect the usual amount of production. He'll help a ton with boards, blocks, and assists. Scoring will continue to be a bonus for him.
7Larry Nance Jr.CLE3Nance Jr. will have more breathing room in the Cavs rotation, but how much offense can he provide? He's good at rolling to the basket and has a baby jumper. He'll help with boards.
8Markieff MorrisWSH3Morris has had a very up and down season and he was hurt for part of it, but in other games, he just stands there, doesn't move and takes bad shots. He shoots better from mid-range.
9Nikola MiroticNO2Mirotic works well with Anthony Davis and owners can expect to see Mirotic used similarly to how he was used in Chicago. He'll help with scoring and boards and he'll have less compeition for minutes.
10Lauri MarkkanenCHI2Markkanen will be the priority scoring option for the rest of the way and he'll hit shots from both inside and outside. He'll also contribute boards and blocks.
11Tobias HarrisLAC2Harris will need to slash more and that's more of his playing style. He's improved his shooting range, but with the amount of shooters the Clippers have, he'll need to attack like Griffin did.
12Harrison BarnesDAL2Barnes will continue to be fed a lot at the elbow. He's good at attacking the rim and will continue to serve as the Mavs top scoring option who will help with boards and steals.
13Carmelo AnthonyOKC2Anthony will see a ton of shots from the arc and elbow and will often stand there without cutting. He will help a bit with boards as well despite playing very little on the ball defense.
14Julius RandleLAL2Randle will continue to thrive with Larry Nance Jr off the team and he's done a good job controlling the paint once he gains possesion of the ball. Expect a ton of inside scoring and rebounding.
15Kyle KuzmaLAL2Kuzma shoots a lot from the outside, but does have the ability to drive the lane and draw contact. He'll have to use his drive more and it will also put him in a position to grab more boards.
16Zach RandolphSAC2It'll be hard to tell on a per game basis whether or not Randolph will play because the Kings like to rest their veterans. When Randolph is in, he's good for double-digit scoring and he'll grab boards.
17Derrick FavorsUT2Favors will take a lot of mid-range jumpers because Rudy Gobert is strictly a low-block player. With the addition of Jae Crowder, he may lose a few shots, but he's been a strong rebounder.
18Taj GibsonMIN2Gibson will continue to produce from right under the basket. He draws a ton of contact and will continue faking out the opposition to draw more contact. Expect consistent points and boards.
19Al-Farouq AminuPOR2Aminu is a good slasher, but needs to improve his mid-range game. Aminu has been scoring inconsistently, but he saves his value by grabbing boards and steals inside.
20Aaron Gordon ORL2Gordon has missed his last nine games with a Hip injury and reports say that he's looking like he'll be activated for Thursday's game. He could be on a minutes limit for his first game back.

8DeAndre JordanLAC2Even with Griffin off of the team, Jordan will have the same role. He'll be fed in the post and he's one of the best rebounders in the league and his defensive stats will remain high.
9Clint CapelaHOU2Capela is the Rockets main source of inside-offense and he'll still get a good amount of plays called for him and he'll grab a lot of boards inside.
10Hassan WhitesideMIA2Even though Whiteside's not playing full minutes yet, he'll still score a ton and grab a ton of boards. He's excellent at attacking the basket and he'll grab steals and blocks.
11Al HorfordBOS2Horford will continue producing mainly from the arc on offense, but is posting up a bit more. Expect Horford to continue grabbing a lot of boards inside, even with Greg Monroe on the team.
12Marcin GortatWSH3This is a big week for Gortat because not only does he have three games to prove his value, but there's been drama centered around him and Wall and apparently the air is cleared.
13Rudy GobertUT2Gobert will produce from the low-block. He'll call for the ball right under the basket and find success. He's an excellent rebounder and shot blocker.
