Point Guards

NAMETeam# GamesAnalysis
Russell WestbrookOKC4Westbrook takes back the top spot with the full slate of games and he's proven himself as a top all-around Producer despite the minor drop in scoring.
Kyrie IrvingBOS4Irving has fit into the Celtics offense the same way Isaiah Thomas did and will be the team's top scoring and assist weapon and play deep into games.
D'Angelo RussellBKN4Russell is back to 100 percent and takes back his role as not only the floor general, but primary scoring weapon for the rebuilding Nets.
Goran DragicMIA4With Hassan Whiteside back in the lineup, Dragic may not see as many shots overall and will stick to pushing the ball inside, but assists should increase with the big man back in the paint.
Darren CollisonIND4Collison has found his spot and has a bunch of wing and long-range shooting weapons to feed. Teams forget that Collison will look to drive and not just pull up. Assists are very high.
Stephen CurryGSW3Curry falls a bit with the lack of fourth game, but as always can be relied on for 20 plus point scoring, many assists and steals and will lead the Warriors on transition.
John WallWSH3Wall is dealing with a minor shoulder injury luckily to his non-shooting shoulder, but it could impact his full range of motion and it is possible that he sits out a game this week.
Kyle LowryTOR3Lowry continues to show his quickness, but his weapons have been inconsistent in the middle due to injuries, but with the Raptors big men back in action, assists should go up. Scoring will stay high.
Dennis SchroderATL2Schroder has been shooting the ball better and has been asserting himself as the top option while still looking to feed the cutter in the paint. Schroder is never afraid to take contact.
Ricky RubioUT3Rubio has definitely added some speed to the Jazz offense and when he's shooting over 40 percent the Jazz will give him more plays to create. Rubio is one of the best passer's in the league.
Jrue HolidayNO3Holiday has provided a balanced stat sheet and for the most part we can count on him to score in double figures. Assists should stay high b/c of the Pelicans dominant front-court and he'll grab boards
Marcus SmartBOS4Smart may not always take the smartest of shots (pun intended), but he'll follow his wild shots up by crashing the boards hard. You can regularly rely on him for assists, steals and rebounds.
Lonzo BallLAL3Ball is still working on his shot, but he's shown that he can run the break, feed the cutter and he'll get steals. Ball will attack the lane when it's open and even when attacking, still finding the cutter.
Patrick BeverleyLAC3Beverley has seperated himself from the pack in Los Angeles as the most dynamic guard of the bunch. Beverley is excellent at running the floor and will help with boards, assists and steals.
Spencer DinwiddieBKN4The Nets need to rotate Russell to the SG spot at times and Dinwiddie should continue getting 20-plus minutes a game and be a bailout shooter, good driver and will help compile assists.
Mike JamesPHX4Someone has to run the point in Phoenix with Eric Bledsoe still waiting to be traded and James has been improving since getting more playing time and is seeing shots regularly in the Suns offense.
Reggie JacksonDET3Jackson has been a bit more diciplined with his shooting this seaon and is being a lot more patient in finding the open part of the paint. He's looking to pass a lot more and assists should be up.
Damian LillardPOR2Lillard would be much higher on this list, but he has the short slate of games this week. The guards will have the ball even more due to their slasher Al-Farouq Aminu being out for a few weeks.
Dennis Smith Jr.DAL3Smith will continue seeing time at both guard spots and his shooting ability is more developed than overall PG play. He makes some wild passes, but has shown he's a speedster in the lane.
Malcolm BrogdonMIL3Brogdon has been quietly creeping up PG rankings and has been scoring in double figures more consistently and is finding ways to compile steals and will often feed Antetokounmpo in the lane.

Shooting Guards

NAMETeam# GamesAnalysis
James HardenHOU3With Chris Paul out, Harden has had to play the everything-guard like he did last season and has been still scoring almost 30 points per game and nearly averaging 10 assists per game.
Victor OladipoIND4Oladipo took care of business filling in as the top option for the Pacers while Myles Turner was out, but even with Turner back in, Oladipo has filled the stat sheet including boards and blocks.
Devin BookerPHX4Booker is by far the Suns top scoring weapon as they don't see consistency anywhere else on the court. Booker will score all over the court and help out with steals on the other end. He's a hustler.
Jaylen BrownBOS4Brown has been impressive and has provided balanced offense of scoring and driving. He's reliable from the arc and has committed on defense and uses his mody to cut off attackers in the lane.
Bradley BealWSH3Beal has been much more aggressive driving the lane and has also clearly worked on his conditioning because he's trailing Wall a lot more when he drives on transition.
Klay ThompsonGSW3Thompson will thrive the most when the Warriors have a double-digit lead and he has had games in which he'll play in the paint. Excellent shooter from the arc and plays solid perimeter defense.
DeMar DeRozanTOR3DeRozan needs to use his body more in the post as he's been standing out towards the arc on defense and that's different from what we're used to seeing. Rebounding has been down.
Khris MiddletonMIL3Middleton will continue to be the bailout option and shoots very well from the top of the key. Middleton needs to continue to push more inside and take advantage of smaller defenders.
Eric GordonHOU 3Gordon continues to benefit the most from Chris Paul being out and has received a ton of shots in the Rockets offense and a ton of time with the ball and is a very reliable scorer.
Josh RichardsonMIA4Richardson has been very hit or miss from the field, but due to Dion Waiters status being up in the air for this week, he gets new life with the full slate. The driving he has down, shooting is suspect.
Justin HolidayCHI3Holiday has seen his shooting woes over the last week, but has shown that he's broken out of his shooting slump and will share that top scorer title with Lauri Markkanen
Kent BazemoreATL3Bazemore has shown vast improvement and has given the Hawks offense right inside the key. Bazemore has been reading screens better and even gets in the paint to grab rebounds.
Tim Hardaway Jr.NY3Hardaway has shot better and continues to look to drive when he can. Hardaway will be scoring dependant in the majority of games, but has caused chaos in the paint and will get steals.
Gary HarrisDEN3Harris has been sticking to mainly the arc and lets Will Barton be the attacker in the miid-court, but that should give Harris more assist potential and he'll still score in double figures.
Avery BradleyDET3Bradley has been a bit quiet to start the season, but has had a coupe of high-scoring games lately and is starting to show a bit more consistency from the arc and will continue to get shots.
CJ McCollumPOR2McCollum would be much higher on this list, but has the short slate. He should see even more time with the ball with Aminu out for a few weeks. Scoring should increase.
Kentavious Caldwell-PopeLAL3KCP produces best from the elbow in a few areas. He shoots well from the elbow, he gets long rebounds from the elbow and is good at cutting off lane-entry passes and will get steals from the elbow.
J.J. BareaDAL3Barea will continue to play 20-plus minutes until he starts taking bad shots again. He's taken a lot of high percentage shots from inside the key and will help grab rebounds despite his size.
Dwyane WadeCLE3Wade continues to be a mid-range producer and has taken advantage of JR Smith being in and out of the starting lineup and takes better shots than Smith and hits the cutter nicely.
Dion WaitersMIA4Waiters is in a good spot with a full slate, but it's hard to determine how much he will play this week due to the Birth of his Child.

Small Forward

NAMETeam# GamesAnalysis
LeBron JamesCLE3Even when he doesn't have a full slate, throughout his games, James runs the point and compiles a lot of assists and is scoring nearly 30 points a game.
Kevin DurantGSW3Durant is also producing at a very high level and will be a huge help with rebounding both short and long. He's been consistent from downtown and provides a ton of steals and blocks help.
Paul George OKC4George has been scoring in the 20's a lot lately and even when his playing time is under 30 minutes, he's still scoring a lot and providing a ton of steals and blocks help.
DeMarre CarrollBKN4Carroll has made more of a scoring impact than expected so far and has been hitting a good amount of three-pointers and has been driving with the ball more. He's definitely moving quicker this year.
TJ WarrenPHX4Warren will be needed to take a lot of shots each game because Booker will be drawing a lot of double teams. Warren mainly provides scoring help, but he’ll get steals and a couple of assists.
Otto Porter Jr.WSH3Porter continues to drive more this season and is getting fed more when cutting. Porter is always able to find openings at the key and on defense, he's very staunch and he'll help grab boards.
Evan FournierORL3Fournier is a big reason why the Magic have started their season so successfully. He's been a reliable mid and long-range shooter and reads screens at the free-throw line well. He gets open often.
Tobias HarrisDET3Harris attacks the rim with the ball and has a few spin moves in the post that help him draw contact and get to the basket quicker. He places himself nicely in the paint to grab rebounds.
Robert CovingtonPHI3Because Ben Simmons is such an attacker, Covington has found himself open at the arc a lot this season, but he'll post in the high post and work himself inside. He'll also help w/ boards and steals.
Will BartonDEN3Barton has been a huge help with steals, reading screens on both sides and attacking the rim on offense. His mid-range jumper is falling a lot more consistently and he's outplaying Wilson Chandler
Harrison BarnesDAL3Barnes will continue to get fed at the arc, but the Mavs need to learn that he's a better slasher than shooter and will draw contact inside and fights for rebounds. He'll help big with steals.
Joe InglesUT3Ingles will produce mainly from the arc. He's been a lot more reliable of a shooter than Rodney Hood and because Ricky Rubio is pass-first, he'll get fed at the arc even more and grab long rebounds.
Taurean PrinceATL3Prince has been attacking the lane more and is getting rebounds on both the offensive and defensive glass. Prince has been using his body better in the post and is drawing more contact.
Brandon IngramLAL3There will be plays in which Ingram is left at the arc. His drive is improving, but he still gets stopped at the free-throw line and has to reset. Expect a good amount of assists each week.
Trevor ArizaHOU3Ariza has not been getting fed as much when it comes to shots because of how well Ryan Anderson and Eric Gordon are shooting, but he'll continue to get playing time steals and long rebounds.
Kelly Oubre Jr.WSH3Oubre has been leading the Wizards second unit and can do a lot of what Otto Porter does. He plays solid perimeter defense and he can hit consistently from downtown.
Rudy GaySAS3Gay will continue to see a lot of minutes until Kawhi Leonard returns and and he's been very effective in the post and still utilizes his shooting range. Gay has been a big help with steals.
Courtney LeeNY3Lee will continue to see a lot of playing time because he's been playing terrific defense and can be relied on for steals. He'll take a good amount long-range shots and will rebound a bit.
Jimmy ButlerMIN2Butler would be higher on this list but has the short slate. It's easy to tell he's still finding his place with this stacked 'Wolves team and scoring has not been as high as expected thus far.
Danilo GallinariLAC3Gallinari is suffering from a bruised hip and it's undetermined whether or not he'll play the full slate, but when in, always a threat for scoring, three-point shooting and rebounding.

Power Forward

NAMETeam# GamesAnalysis
Giannis AntetokounmpoMIL3The Greek Freak continues to do everything needed on the court and helps out in just about every category consistently and will continue to produce at a high level as the Bucks top all-around option.
Anthony DavisNO3Davis continues to dominate in the post and grabs a ton of rebounds and scores a ton of points. The Pelicans balance out their offense very well between AD and Cousins and both are top producers.
Carmelo AnthonyOKC4Anthony has seen a drop in scoring, but with the full slate, he can still show hes a 20-plus scorer. He'll grab some rebounds but has actually blocked a shot per game this season.
Thaddeus YoungIND4Young continues to attack the lane with force and draw a lot of contact. His post-game has been clicking and is a staunch defender and will grab rebounds consistently.
Jayson Tatum BOS4Tatum has played consistent minutes and has seen a lot of success getting in the lane and his playing time should stay secure even with Marcus Morris back in the lineup.
Ben SimmonsPHI3People can critique Simmons shooting all they want, but he's excellent at everything else he does. He grabs a ton of rebounds, dishes a ton of assists and helps with steals, blocks and even scoring.
Kristaps PorzingisNY3Porzingis is learning how to be a No. 1 option and is seeing a ton of success all over the court. His fierce play in the lane has made it hard to defend him and he'll block a lot of shots.
Blake GriffinLAC3Griffin has been playing well from the arc and has been sticking to his post game. Griffin will score over 20 points in most games and will be a big help with boards and blocks.
James JohnsonMIA4Johnson has taken advantage of injuries and has been playing a lot better from right inside the arc. He was a big reason the Heat became a threat defensively by the end of the season. Expect boards.
Domantas SabonisIND4Sabonis playing time may be hit a little with Myles Turner back in the lineup. The guy is averaging a double-double in under 30 minutes of playing time showing volume potential. Make or break week.
Rondae Hollis-JeffersonBKN4RHJ has been shooting a lot better over his last few games and has been rewarded with playing time in the 30's. His defense has earned him more minutes as he's helped big-time w/ steals and blocks.
Aaron GordonORL3Gordon has been shooting well and is starting to show that he can be the Magic's top scoring weapon. Gordon is a much better attacker and will grab boards in the paint to keep plays alive.
LaMarcus Aldridge SAS3With Leonard still out, Aldridge continues to be the top scoring weapon and has been a major help in the post on the glass and has been swatting away shots. He still takes shots from the arc.
Lauri MarkkanenCHI3Markkanen continues to improve each and every week and could assert himself as the Bulls top scoring weapon when all is said and done and will bang in the post to grab boards.
Draymond GreenGSW3We can always expect Green to grab a lot of rebounds, hit inside cutters, block a lot of shots, but the scoring still remains all over the place and owners must know that going in.
Paul MillsapDEN3Millsap has struggled a bit to start the season adjusting to his new team, but he's learning that if he sticks to the post, he'll get open looks inside. He's starting to see more scoring in the 20's.
Kyle KuzmaLAL3Kuzma has come on STRONG and has taken advantage of Larry Nance Jr. being out. He's compiled a few double-doubles and is seeing a lot more playing time. Expect his stock to RISE even more.
John CollinsATL3Collins inside game on offense is still developing, but his rebounding is on point and it's hard keeping him out of the lane. On a defense he's becoming a blocks machine recently having a 4-block game.
Ryan AndersonHOU3Anderson continues shooting well from beyond the arc, but what's keeping that leash long for him is his long rebounding. He's stepping inside the arc more to grab boards.
Serge IbakaTOR3Ibaka finds a way to hit double figures most games in scoring. When he calls for the ball inside, he see's a lot more success. His rebounding has been a bit inconsistent to start the season.

Center

NAMETeam# GamesAnalysis
Hassan WhitesideMIA4Whiteside is back and 100 percent again meaning that owners will get a ton of scoring and rebounding as he's one of the best defenders in the league.
DeMarcus CousinsNO3Cousins continues to produce at a very high level while sharing the paint with Anthony Davis. He still gets time to create with the ball and has blocked and stolen the ball nearly twice per game.
Al HorfordBOS4Horford has been shooting very well from the arc per usual, but will be needed to call for the ball inside to show the Celtics have threats down low. Horford's rebounding has been better this season.
Myles TurnerIND4Turner is back at full strength and returns to being the Pacers top scoring weapon and he'll shoot from the arc. Turner attacks the lane and never gives up on plays.
Andre DrummondDET3Drummond has been dominating the paint on offense and even though his defense has been bad, he's still been grabbing a ton of rebounds and playing time will be secure.
Nikola JokicDEN3Jokic has been playing better and his mid-range game has improved over the last few weeks and will continue providing a lot of boards and blocks in the paint as the Nuggets top option.
Joel EmbiidPHI3With no back to back games this week, expect Embiid to be in full force and even though he's playing in the 20's on average, he's still been very productive all over the court.
Steven AdamsOKC4Adams moves up with the full slate and has seen more playing time this season with Enes Kanter out of the mix and he continues to be a bull in the middle. Expect a lot of 10 and 10 games.
Nikola VucevicORL3Vucevic has done an incredible job taking advantage of just about every match up he's had in the post and has been a big help on the offensive glass. Vucevic has shown many moves in the paint.
DeAndre JordanLAC3Jordan will continue to get fed when attacking the lane. We can always expect rebounds and blocks, but scoring will depend on how open the lane is when on offense.
Rudy GobertUT3Gobert is an excellent defender and is able to stop lane drivers and he's one of the best shot-blockers and inside scorers in the league. His rebounding has been a bit inconsistent to start the season.
Clint CapelaHOU3Capela continues to be the Rockets primary defender and it's hard keeping him out of the paint. Capela is a solid inside presence, but when the Rockets are looking to run, they may hold him out.
Enes KanterNY3Kanter has had a lot of competition at Center to start the season, but has been leading the pack. He's been a consistent rebounder on the glass and is playing a lot less at the arc and has inside moves
Kevin LoveCLE3Love is once again playing more at the arc and we can still expect a lot of scoring with boards droppoing a little. He's been sick and may not play the full slate of games this week.
Marcin GortatWSH3Gortat has been playing well to start the season and due to injuries to the Wizards big men, he's gotten a longer leash and has grabbed nearly 10 boards per game while scoring in double figures.
Karl-Anthony TownsMIN2Towns has the short slate this week and even though the scoring has dropped a little bit, he still makes a huge impact when on the floor and will grab a ton boards and blocks and will hit three's.
Brook LopezLAL3Lopez will record a double-double every so often, but know that you're mainly getting scoring and steals off of loose balls. Lopez is a good shooter and will draw out bigger defenders.
Robin LopezCHI3Lopez has been seeing a lot of playing time and has been a constant double-digit scorer for the Bulls this season. Lopez is very aggressive inside and fights for every rebound.
Pau GasolSAS3Even though his stats aren't what they used to be, Gasol will still help with inside scoring, grabbing rebounds on defense and he'll help with blocks as he's had multiple multi-block games.
Marc GasolMEM2Gasol is over his Ankle injury, but moves down the list due to having a short slate of games. He provides balanced offense from the key and in the post. He's grabbed 9.3 rebounds per game this season.
