POINT GUARDS

RANKNAMETeam# GamesAnalysis
1Stephen CurryGSW4The best shooter in the game takes back the top spot with a four-game week.
2
Chris Paul
LAC4The Clippers offense continues to effectively run through the guards and Paul makes it look easy setting up one one of his sharpshooters or DeAndre Jordan.
3Russell WestbrookOKC3Westbrook continues to prove that he can be a No. 1 option for most of the game. He has been known to disappear in the 4th quarter though.
4Damian LillardPOR3Lillard does almost everything on offense for this team. There are not many plays where he does not have the ball in his hand.
5John WallWSH3Wall continues to produce well in multiple fantasy hoops categories with the Wizards at full strength.
6Kyle LowryTOR3Lowry may not be as well-rounded as Russell Westbrook, but he is a go-to guy down the stretch and the rest of his team lets him create in crunch time.
7Rajon RondoSAC4Rondo is one of the WORST defenders in the league this season, but he also may be the BEST passer in the league.
8Mike ConleyMEM4With a damaged frontcourt in Memphis, the majority of their offense will need to go through Conley. They have major depth issues.
9Kemba WalkerCHA4With the Hornets looking as full strength as possible at this point, Walker's assist numbers should start to increase as Al Jefferson gets more playing time, thus, more plays being sent down low.
10Reggie JacksonDET3The Pistons have beefed up their mid-game and Jackson has become more of a passing guard to the wing, but is still able to go on scoring runs and take advantage of slower guards.
11Jeff TeagueATL4Teague is very skilled and has an excellent tear-drop shot, but it has become hard to tell how much playing time he will get per game as Dennis Schroder continues to impede on his playing time.
12Jrue HolidayNOR4Holiday will become the primary guard scoring weapon once again as Eric Gordon might be done for the year.
13Tony ParkerSAS4It does not matter how old he gets because even the young guards with fresh legs have trouble stopping Parker when he is driving the lane.
14Derrick RoseCHI3With Jimmy Butler back in the lineup, we will see if Rose's playing time will drop a bit to conserve his health.
15Ricky RubioMIN3Rubio does get open looks but he is an inconsistent shooter and fantasy owners should continue to hope for high assist totals and less shots.
16D'Angelo RussellLAL3It has taken Byron Scott most of the year to realize that he should not limit his future franchise guard and let him learn on the court and get over those rookie mistakes. Experience will continue to help.
17Isaiah ThomasBOS2Thomas is a fantastic driver and mid-range shooter but Boston only has two games this week. It's not his fault!
18George HillIND3Hill continues to be an excellent off-guard and bail out option when Paul George draws the double. Hill is an excellent spot-up shooter.
19Deron WilliamsDAL3Williams somehow is able to involve himself in the shot-happy Mavericks offense, and still makes crisp passes.
20Jordan ClarksonLAL3Clarkson should continue to see more playing time and shot opportunities with Lou Williams hurt.

SHOOTING GUARDS

RANKNAMETeam# GamesAnalysis
1James HardenHOU3Yes, I do realize that Harden has one game less than others on this list, however, he is the one reliable factor in the offense. Horrible defender.
2
Kyrie Irving
CLE4Irving looks 100 percent healthy again is definitely being more aggressive with the ball and has a quick drive and scoop to the basket.
3Klay ThompsonGSW4Despite having the best shooter in the game as the other member of the Warriors backcourt, Thompson gets his shot opportunities.
4Gordon HaywardUT4Hayward continues to run the floor well and be the best shooter on the team. He also has a small post game he utilizes.
5Jimmy ButlerCHI3Butler is back and looks healthy and ready to go and is already being a fiend on the glass. Playing time may be a little less this week, but he should still be effective.
6C.J. McCollumPOR3McCollum continues to be an excellent bail out open option when Lillard is doubled and with a lack of skilled big men, the offense will continue running through the guards.
7Victor OladipoORL4Oladipo is very athletic and uses his speed and agility well, but needs to continue improving his shot selection.
8Dwyane WadeMIA3The Heat offense will continue to run through Wade as the Heat lack frontcourt depth that can shoot consistently.
9Nicolas BatumCHA4Batum is not only helpful from the key and post, but also on the glass as well. He is a matchup problem because of his size.
10Bradley BealWSH3Beal is on probation this week because he still looks and is playing like he is hurt. I cringe every time he hits the floor.
11Will BartonDEN3Barton should be a No. 1 scoring option on the Nuggets now, but did not respond well to the extra attention teams have given him and he continues to pass off instead of creating with the ball.
12Goran DragicMIA3Dragic is an excellent driver and is great at moving the ball back outside when defenses collapse on him. The less he shoots and more he drives makes him a better overall player.
13Trevor ArizaHOU3Ariza continues to defend the perimeter well and always finds himself getting open and is able to knock down long range shots.
14J.J. RedickLAC4The Clippers offense continues to run successfully through the guards and Redick is a big reason why. He is always moving on the court and is excellent at reading screens.
15Rodney HoodUT4Hood is a change of pace player for the Jazz who is always looking for the open shot or drive. When the Jazz inside game is not working, Hood gets more time with the ball.
16Monta EllisIND4Ellis is in a major timeshare with a lot of skilled guards, but his speed and lane driving ability are excellent and it makes it hard to take him out of the game.
17Kentavious Caldwell-PopeDET3Caldwell-Pope gets doubled a lot at the elbow because he has an excellent mid-range game, but is still able to get a good amount of shot opportunities.
18Kobe BryantLAL3This is Kobe's world when he is on the court for the next month and a half. His health is very frustrating for fantasy owners to deal with.
19Avery BradleyBOS2Bradley has been an excellent scorer and has provided this team with the veteran leadership it needs, but he only plays two games this week.
20Wesley MatthewsDAL3Matthews has been getting more playing time because he is using his size in the high post by backing down his defender, and getting uncontested jumpers.

SMALL FORWARDS

RANKNAMETeam# GamesAnalysis
1LeBron JamesCLE4We all know what LeBron can do and he has four games to show us.
2
Kevin Durant
OKC3Durant has not only been a dominant scorer who we all love, but he has also been a relaible rebounder as well.
3Kawhi LeonardSAS4Leonard's ability to work in and out of the paint makes him a hard player to guard. He has a great pull-up jumper and is a great defender on the other side. He is proving that he can be a franchise player.
4DeMar DeRozanTOR4DeRozan is another player who is proving that he deserves a big contract. He has been driving into less traffic and his shot has been on more.
5Carmelo AnthonyNYK4Anthony is another player who is not only a reliable scoring option, but he has also been a consistent rebounder this season.
6Paul GeorgeIND3George not only plays three to four positions on this team, but he is an excellent defender. It is hard to tell how many shots he will take in a game because he won't force many shots and constantly passes off.
7Giannis AntetokounmpoMIL4Another player who can play multiple positions, that is a good perimeter defender and always looks to attack the basket.
8Rudy GaySAC4As good as the Rajon Rondo/DeMarcus Cousins offensive attack is, Gay is often left open and he is an amazing scorer and outside shooter.
9Khris MiddletonMIL4Middleton has shot well from downtown and even when his shot is on, he will attempt to go isolation a decent amount to try to get good positioning in the lane.
10Thaddeus YoungBKN3Young needs to be the Co-No. 1 scoring option on this team, and it is a bit scary that we are not at the point in which we can expect a lot of productivity on offense consistently.
11Matt BarnesMEM4Barnes has been very effective because he knows how to drive the lane and keep plays alive. He does have a mid-range jumper but barely settles for it.
12Andrew WigginsMIN3Wiggins is an excellent scorer, but that is the only thing he can be relied on for. Wiggins rarely attacks the basket and often settles for contested shots.
13Tobias HarrisDET3Harris is in a prime position to control the high post. He commands the ball a lot in the post and because Andre Drummond only plays the low block, expect Harris to get a lot of shot opportunities.
14Chandler ParsonsDAL3Parsons looks healthy and teams still refuse to double him. Parsons mainly settles with mid- and long-range jump shooting, but will go into the post a bit when his defender is not expecting it.
15Kent BazemoreATL4Bazemore is never afraid to shoot and is an effective shooter, but he is a much better post player and should command the ball in the post as he is good at going up with one hand.
16Jabari ParkerMIL4Parker has proven he can use his size and secures rebounds. Parker has been seeing a lot more playing time and besides rebounding and scoring, he has been a good passer and a good defender who gets steals.
17Otto PorterWSH3Porter has an excellent post game and when left alone could hit jumpers. If the Wizards are going to play him at Power Forward in the long term, he needs to develop more strength down low.
18Luol DengMIA3The Heat lack a froncourt offensive presence and Deng has been much more reliable and getting more shot opportunities. Deng has also been rebounding consistently.
19Harrison BarnesGSW3Barnes is excellent with the Warriors second unit, and does a little bit of everything, including, following his own shots, posting up against bigger defenders, and shooting 3-pointers even with Curry on the court.
20J.R. SmithCLE4The main reason Smith is on this list is because despite his awful decision making with the ball, he does take a good amount of shots when on the court and that leads to more opportunity.

POWER FORWARDS

RANKNAMETeam# GamesAnalysis
1Anthony DavisNOR4Same story, different week. If Davis plays like a jump-shooting PF from the outside, he will be less productive overall.
2
Draymond Green
GSW4Green has been very dynamic and has turned into an excellent passer from the inside working back outside.
3Paul MillsapATL4Millsap continues to attack the rim on offense and utilize his size in the post to draw contact and have good looks at the basket.
4Derrick FavorsUT4Favors continues to be an excellent shooter from the elbow and has great post moves through the middle of the court with no interference from Rudy Gobert
5Kevin LoveCLE4Love has been a much more aggressive force in recent weeks and that is because he is playing from the top of the paint and using his size in the post instead of just reling on perimeter jump shooting.
6LaMarcus AldridgeSAS4Aldridge continues to utilize the elbow through the paint because Tim Duncan plays the low block only.
7Greg MonroeMIL4It is hard to tell how much action Monroe will get in the paint, but he continues to work the post well and use his quick step in the post to get good looks under the basket.
8Zach RandolphMEM4Randolph's playing style on offense isn't pretty, but having a severe lack of frontcourt depth is a pretty good situation for him.
9Pau GasolCHI3Gasol continues to utilize the post well and with Jimmy Butler back and feeding him inside, he will continue to get a ton of scoring opportunities.
10Serge IbakaOKC3Ibaka is an excellent defender who will go outside the paint, but that does not mean he should play outside the paint on offense. He is not a reliable jump shooter.
11Kristaps PorzingisNYK4Porzingis is a reliable jump shooter and has been good at reading screens on the perimeter and commanding the ball at the top of the paint. He is still excellent at following his shot.
12Tim DuncanSAS4Duncan continues to make playing the low post look easy as he doesn't even have to jump to get blocks and rebounds.
13Aaron GordonORL4Aaron Gordon continues to use his size in the post and has been playing aggressively in giving the Magic second chance scoring opportunities.
14Kenneth FariedDEN3The Nuggets lack serious depth scoring and this is a big chance for Faried to show what he's got on offense since they virtually have no consistent offensive attack. Faried is great on the glass but that's about it.
15Dirk NowitzkiDAL3Nowitzki spends most of his time hanging outside looking for the open 3-pointer, but needs to use his size and turnaround jumper inside more.
16Robert CovingtonPHI3Covington has been good in the post on both sides of the ball, but is not patient enough to wait for good looks at the basket. Covington fears trouble and often passes off.
17Marvin WilliamsCHA4Williams is one of the biggest box of chocolates in which you never know what you are getting with him. Williams takes advantage of teams who do not box out and playing time is on his side.
18Gorgui DiengMIN3Dieng continues to be an excellent low block player who is able to stay out of the way of the 'Wolves wing drivers and can be relied on for put-backs.
19Al-Farouq AminuPOR3Aminu does have  a decent mid-range jumper and a small isolation attack that he will continue to use because of the lack of frontcourt scoring weapons in Portland.
20Nikola MiroticCHI3Mirotic is back and will be brought back into the rotation slowly and his playing time will be watched. Hopefully while he was gone, he watched a lot of tape of himself and learned that he needs to play more in the post.

CENTERS

RANKNAMETeam# GamesAnalysis
1DeMarcus CousinsSAC4Another difference between Cousins and the rest of the league's centers is he gets a lot of time with the ball, sometimes bringing it up and driving himself.
2
Al Horford
ATL4Horford continues to be highly productive on offense and is excellent at attacking the basket. He is also unafraid to shoot from just inside the key.
3DeAndre JordanLAC4Jordan is a very frustrating player to watch on offense unless he is on the receiving end of an ally-oop, but he makes up for it in rebounds and blocks.
4Karl-Anthony TownsMIN3Towns continues to be one of the best all-around centers in the league. He is a very under-utilized long range jumper and is very aggressive on the boards.
5Andre DrummondDET3Drummond is always reliable for extensive low block production and he gets to the free throw line a lot. Always count on him for double-doubles.
6Nikola VucevicORL4Vucevic continues to be the most consistent post player on the Magic and is very good at backing down defenders but not to the point that they will flop for the offensive foul call. He has great touch.
7Rudy GobertUT4Gobert is a low-block specific player with an incredible jump and can always be relied on for blocks, rebounds and he gets a lot of putbacks.
8Hassan WhitesideMIA3Whiteside may be a bit of a liabillity on offense but the Heat have no one else in the interior. Whiteside is an excellent rebounder.
9Brook LopezBKN3Lopez is now the de-facto No. 1 scoring option and has an excellent jump shot, but he is allergic to playing in the paint.
10Dwight HowardHOU3It never looks pretty, but Howard always has a way of getting it done on the glass and in blocks. He gets a lot of openings inside but spends a lot of offensive plays hanging outside.
11Jonas ValanciunasTOR3We have seen a very improved jumper from Valanciunas and plays are drawn up for him on offense despite the Raptors being very backcourt dependant for scoring.
12Ryan AndersonNOR4Anderson continues to produce on offense and the strange thing is there are games in which he plays more in the paint than Anthony Davis. Anderson continues to be a matchup problem because of his shooting range.
13Robin LopezNYK4The Knicks have not been doing their usual of abandoning Lopez in the post and he has thrived. Lopez has an excellent post game complete with a hook and he is very aggressive on the glass.
14Zaza PachuliaDAL3Pachulia and David Lee are the only two defensive oriented players on the Mavericks and Pachulia continues to be an excellent low block player on both sides of the ball.
15Marcin GortatWSH3Gortat continues to play well in the post and give the Wizards second-chance scoring opportunities, making him a third option on this team.
16Jahlil OkaforPHI3Okafor continues to play well at PF and rotates well on Center. The Sixers are giving him more plays to work the post and he has a decent mid-range game.
17Al JeffersonCHA4Jefferson is looking better on offense, but the Hornets continue to bring him back slowly and he is not getting the playing time we need him to get yet.
18Nikola JokicDEN3The Nuggets lack offensive weapons and Jokic will be a constant low post option. There are a lot of plays where Jokic will immediately set up in the low post, and the Nuggets try to push the ball in quickly.
19Myles TurnerIND3Turner not only has been getting more playing time, but he has been getting plays called for him towards the end of games and has decent speed for his size.
20Nerlens NoelPHI3Noel has been banged up in recent weeks, but when he is in, he is excellent at cutting to the basket and it is hard to stop a player of his size.
