SPChang Mo KooNCDY. Kim (L)$10,40027.35
Even though Koo owns an 8-0 record with 11 quality starts in 12 outings this year, his price dropped for this match-up? It's only a $400 difference but any money saved for the best pitcher on the slate helps build lineups. Koo's 1.48 ERA, 0.81 WHIP and .181 batting average against only speaks to how he's dominated this year. NC enters this game as a -245 favorite and having Koo on the mound makes this possible. Once again, Koo will be chalk but tough to pass up on this slate.
SPSeung Won MoonSKS. Jang (R)$8,40016.91
Making himself a worthy SP2 on Sunday, Moon's yet to win a game in July losing both decisions despite recording a 3.00 ERA in 12 innings with 10 strikeouts. He gets a team in Hanwha with swing and miss tendencies enhancing his 62 strikeotus in 65 innings this season against only 16 walks. This game comes with the lowest run total (8.5) and his team SK a -152 favorite. Just hope this gets in before the rain arrives (as of this writing, rain up to a 46 percent chance at 5 a.m.)
SPDavid BuchananSAMM. Kim (R)$7,90015.46
If trying to avoid games with weather as a potential issue, Samsung's Buchanan owns a 7-3 record with a 3.82 ERA this year. So far in July, he's 2-0 with a 1.20 ERA over 15 innings of work and pitches well on the road with a 1.13 ERA in four starts away from Samsung yielding only one home run. He also held KT to two runs on two solo shots (Rojas Jr., Baek-ho Kang) in 6.2 innings of work.
SPShi Hwan JangHANS. Moon (R)$7,10011.42
Knowing this game needs to beat the weather, perhaps both pitchers will work efficiently. Jang's the underdog but pitching better than his stats suggest. So far in July Jang boasts a 10:2 K:BB with a 1.50 ERA in 12 innings against Kia and Lotte. Even if he gets the quality start bonus at this price, he's retuned two times value.
Hitters

CSe Hyuk ParkDOOW. Jang (L)$4,2006.29
Playing a demanding position, Park's in the midst of a 10-game hit streak with a .429/.487/.543 slash line driving in seven runs. Park also hits .438 against left-handed pitching as part of a tandem of hitters in Doosan who feast on southpaws despite batting left-handed.
CEui Ji YangNCDY. Kim (L)$5,8008.62
When many zig, perhaps zagging to a high priced catcher in GPP's pays off differentiating lineups. Yang's 7-for-18 versus LG this year with five RBI. Six of his 10 hits against left-handed pitching result in extra-bases (four doubles, two home runs) with eight RBI so far. As a sweeteener, Kim allows RHH to bat .391 against him allowing three home runs in only 13.2 innings of work.
CTae Goon KimNCDY. Kim (L)$2,6003.76
There's a chance Yang appears as the DH in this game and if he does, Kim provides much needed salary relief if using Koo at pitcher. Playing as a backup catcher, Kim's racked up six hits in only 11 at-bats versus southpaws with three doubles among them. See the note about how LG's pitcher named Kim yields hits to RHH and do the math if Kim gets a start in this game.
1B/2BJose FernandezDOOW. Jang (L)$6,20010.79
Made his only hit on Saturday count in the form of his 11th home run of the year. Fernandez has launched three home runs his last five games and carries an alluring 1.071 OPS into this match-up plus bats .391 versus left-handed pitching. A hot hitter with power upside in a game with a run total of 12? Yes please.
2BHoon JungLOTY. Lee (R)$3,7009.11
Keeping with a theme in this playbook, Jung hits RHP to the tune of a .315 average with five doubles and two home runs this year. He's batting .300 in July with eight runs, six RBI and two dingers while stealing two bases in 10 contests. Lotte may lose, but this game's 12 run total stands out on the slate.
1B/2BJoo Hwan ChoiDOOW. Jang (L)$4,0008.53
Riding the wave of a 13 game hit streak, Choi makes for a nice low priced pivot at two positions. Choi's also hit safely in 14 of his last 15 contests with a .382 average and .452 on-base percentage in them with 11 RBI hitting in a loaded Doosan lineup. Last, but not least, he hits .362 against southpaws making him an intriguing reverse splits guy.

2B/3BDong Hee HanLOTY. Lee (R)$2,5005.78
His home run streak ended at two games going hitless on Saturday but Han's on a heater this month hitting five home runs driving in 13 in 10 games spanning 32 at-bats. He struggles to hit for average against RHP but Lee allows righty batters to bat .293 this year while serving up seven doubles and two home runs so far keeping Han viable in a Lotte stack.
2B/SSDixon MachadoLOTY. Lee (R)$4,4007.07
Trying to find a shortstop on this slate proves tough to do. Machado's a streak sort but owns a .314 splits advantage against RHP with 13 extra-base hits in 137 at-bats this season driving in 28 runs. Lotte and Doosan both could score a few runs in this match-up so chasing back Doosan bats with Machado makes sense. His price tag does not but the cupboard is bare with Kiwoom/Kia looking like a washout.
3B/OFTyler SaladinoSAMS. Jang$4,6008.5
Returned to the lineup displaying no rust. Saladino's 3-for-8 this series with a run and two RBI. He also hits .308 against RHP and Kim lets them bat .376 this year meaning Saladino could notch his first extra-base hit off the injured list this weekend.
OFMel Rojas Jr.KTWD. Buchanan$6,30012.29
Through 59 games, Rojas Jr. leads the KBO in two of the three triple crown categories ranking first in average (.383) and home runs (21) trailing the RBI lead by one to Altherr of the Dinos. Rojas Jr.'s also homered in back-to-back contests and hitting .410 in July with four home runs in only 41 at-bats spanning 41 at-bats. He launched a solo shot the last time his team faced Buchanan and could leave the year again on Sunday.
OFSung Bum NaNCDY. Kim (L)$5,80010.78
Not only should the Dinos roll to a win, Na shines on ESPN telecasts loving the bright lights. Na rested on Saturday but racked up four hits on Friday, batting .375 in July with four doubles and two home runs in nine games along with an enticing six dingers against southpaws this season with a .387 average in 62 at-bats.
OFAaron AltherrNCDY. Kim (L)$5,70010.98
It will be tough to afford a Dinos onslaught on this slate, especially if using Koo but Altherr's tough to ignore with home runs in two straight games going 5-for-his-last-10 with five RBI. His last 10 games yields a robust .341/.386/.610 slash with three home runs and 11 RBI plus three stolen bases.
OFAh Seop SonLOTY. Lee (R)$3,9009.12
Here's the deal, one of the safest floors in the KBO continues to be Son facing a weak right-handed pitcher. Lee gives up a .355 average to LHH walkine them more than he strikes them out. Son's hitting .385 against RHP this season with 13 doubles, 20 RBI and more walks (17) than strikeouts (16). Did we mention this game's total of 12 runs?
OFKun Woo ParkDOOW. Jang (L)$4,7008.85
Slated to hit atop the lineup, Park's reeled off three straight multiple hit games and on a seven game hit streak overall scoring six runs with six RBI and two home runs in it. Pretty, pretty good.
OFHae Min ParkSAMM. Kim (R)$3,0007.46
For a second straight game, Park tallied two hits and added a double driving in one on Saturday. Over his last 10, Park's slashing .381/.395/.595 with nine runs, two doubles, two triples, a home run, six RBI and even stole a base for Samsung.
OFSung Wook KimNCDY. Kim (L)$2,4005.38
Almost every month, a Dinos hitter out of nowhere goes on a binge. In July, Kim's surging with eight hits his last 14 at-bats (.571) with three runs, two home runs and six RBI in them raising his average in July to .381 and he's swiped four bases. A nice cheap pivot in the outfield if paying up at the other two spots.
OFSeong Gon LeeSAMM. Kim (R)$2,9005.38
Why not add one more cheap play? Lee's three for his last seven with a double and a home run recording 28 DK points his last two contests. He's scored two runs with two RBI and if Samsung gets to Kim, Lee may be a part of it.

Stacks

StackSung Bum NaEui Ji YangAaron AltherrSung Wook Kim
While this game does not come with a high total, the Dinos being an overwhelming favorite with a low chance of rain enhances their appeal. More at-bats against a pitcher with a 7.24 ERA and only 13.2 innings under his belt on ESPN may result in a Dinos double digit run total, especially if they get to the bullpen early. Add in Tae Gun Kim if he gets the start at catcher as well. Jin Sung Kang remains in a slump but homered against Yun Sik Kim earlier this year if you're a B v P guy.

This game comes with a 12 run total but the threat of some rain during it. This depresses the overall stack tough if it gets suspended due to rain. But no matter how much they play, the stats count in DFS. Each player appears in the playbook above so use them accordingly.

Although Kim's pitched better of late, his 4.95 FIP and 5.73 ERA cannot be ignored with Samsung looking for a win on getaway day. One upside part ot this mini-stack, it provides some salary relief and also lets one chase it back with Mel Rojas Jr. in it.
