Sunday looked like bizarro day in the KBO with two shutouts, a walk-off grand slam along with a walk-off hit giving the SK Wyverns their third win of the season:

On Saturday, Kiwoom and Doosan combined to score 22 runs on 28 hits but both lost via shutout on 15 hits on getaway day preceding travel on Sunday. One of the toughest things to do, predict baseball even when the numbers support trends. In fact, all five home teams won on Sunday including first place NC Dinos moving to 14-3 (.824 winning percentage) on the season.

In an effort to keep their best player healthy, NC kept Eui-ji Yang on the bench on Sunday:

With an off day on Monday, Yang gets two days to rest and recuperate to return on Tuesday with a tough match-up against incoming Kiwoom. Here’s the game action from Sunday broken down by pitching and hitting.
