UPDATE BELOW!!!

The first two days of this event has really thrown me through a loop especially when it comes to the weather.  It looked like it was going to rain all day Thursday and Friday but nothing really came until Friday afternoon.  I am not regretting putting so much into Marc Leishman thinking the weather would be worse than it end up being.  

There were big name disappointments like Jordan Spieth and some nice surprises like Kyle Stanley who I loved coming into this weekend's event.  Tiger Woods made a really nice charge on Friday after a pretty pedestrian Thursday round.  Rory and Rickie's games continue to struggle as it looks like they'll both barely make the cut. 

This U.S. Open in a couple weeks will be really hard to read with the way a lot of these top golfers are playing right now.  Remember, I will update this on Saturday evening with the Sunday Optimals.
