Only three games for tonight, and feel that it is pretty wide open in terms of routes to take.  All the elite priced players showed up, as well as some priced right below them. As with all smaller slates, it’s best to target gpp’s more.  Good luck!

Indiana @ Cleveland -8   T: 211.5

The Pacers took it to the Cavs in game one, beating them 98-80.  I don’t expect a similar result tonight. LeBron James had a 61 DK point triple double, which may likely be his lowest fantasy total of the series.  Expect him to be more aggressive tonight, as the Cavs were down 20 points before LeBron took his first FGA. Kevin Love had just nine actual points to go along with 17 boards, and if thinking the Cavs will score more than 80 points tonight, Love should be closer to 20.  Vegas has the Cavs with a 109 point total. Larry Nance Jr and George Hill would both be the other two Cavs I would consider, but it will be LeBron’s night if the Cavs are going to even up the series.

Victor Oladipo’s 32 points was his career playoff high, and added four steals to make it nine game with at least three steals.  I’m not sure who can stop him on the Cavs unless LeBron is on him 100% of the time. Lance Stephenson played an aggressive 17 minutes, and may be asked to play more tonight in a closer game.  Bojan Bogdanovic produced 30 DK points, and only shot 5-17 from the floor. Darren Collison had a well rounded game without his shot falling as well, while Myles Turner makes for a solid cheap center play.

Utah @ Oklahoma City -4.5  T: 207.5

I’m sure they’ll be a question or two in our chat, but I highly doubt either Paul George or Donovan Mitchell sits tonight.  OKC won game one 116-108 while Vegas had them with a much lower point total. They have the lowest total again tonight. Russell Westbrook and Paul George led the way for the Thunder, and will likely continue to be that case tonight.  Westbrook scored 29 actual, and fell two boards shy of a triple double while taking 25 FGA. George made 8 three point attempts for the second straight game on his way to 36 actual points. The zero assists were a bummer, and expect a few of those with more than one steal tonight. I prefer Turner more than Adams, but don’t mind a little Carmelo Anthony, but may not rack up blocks and steals every night.

Donovan Mitchell went for 27 actualmin his playoff debut while taking 22 FGA.  He left for a bit due to a stubbed toe, but was definitely the leader for the Jazz.  Gobert and Favors aren’t really on my radar tonight, but Ricky Rubio and Jae Crowder would also be targets for me from the Jazz.  Rubio won’t take as many shots tonight, but swiped four steals, and should increase his five assists. Crowder is a cheap option that brings the energy off the bench.

Minnesota @ Houston -10.5  T: 214.5

Even though Houston managed a 104-101 win, they were expecting to win by 18 like they have done three times vs the T-Wolves this season.  I see them winning this game again, and doubt it comes down to the final minutes. Houston made it a challenge due to going only 10-37 from three point land.  I expect more made three’s tonight, but also expect James Harden to dominate. He went for 44 actual, and 67 DK points in game one. With all the missed three’s Clint Capela stepped up to shoot 10-15 for 24 actual. He’s roughly now the same price as Chris Paul, who I prefer more out of the two. I wouldn’t go too much out there outside of their starters and Eric Gordon, but not completely sure I’ll use any Rockets outside of the top three.

The T-Wolves spread the points around in their first game, but that did not include Karl-Anthony Towns.  Towns managed only eight actual off 3-9 shooting. I’m fine with him on DK, but would rather go cheaper than his $10K price tag on FD.  Butler is back to big minutes, but like George more. Jeff Teague, Derrick Rose, and Jamal Crawford are all in play as guard options tonight. Teague had a great all-around game, but expecting Butler to take some of those 9 boards and 8 assists away from him. Rose looked liked the former MVP at times, but plenty of those misses should have been easy makes.  He finished though 7-14 from the field in 24 minutes. He’ll be a popular punt play tonight, and makes for a smart fade in a lineup or two as well.
