We are down to the final three days of the regular season, and most of the teams playing tonight are preparing for the postseason or next season.  This means some pitchers have short outings, and veteran hitters sitting out after taking their final home at bats already.  Playoff picture wise, the Cardinals were eliminated last night, and will have to see if their regulars are out tonight.  The Red Sox clinch the division with a win or Yankees loss.  The Yankees play this afternoon, and a loss could mean Boston takes the night "off."  The Rockies are up two games on the Brewers, and are at Coors for their final series vs the Dodgers.   Finally, Houston trails Cleveland by one game for the top spot in the AL.  Tonight will be another night where you'll have to wait for lineups to be confirmed to fully read tonight's slate, but it is shaping up for a stars and scrubs type of night.  With the unknown, the playbook provides more of an overall look at tonight's slate.

This is my last playbook for the MLB season.  Thanks to all of those that followed it throughout the season, and hope you benefited from it this season.  As usual, please feel free to share your thoughts, and ask any questions in our forums.  Good luck!
