PrizePicks Prop Selections

REZ (NiP) - Over 36.5 Kills (Maps 1-2)

REZ has been the highest rated player on NiP in the past month with a 1.07 Rating across 29 maps played, in part due to some below average performances from device. Still, REZ consistently finds himself at the top of the leaderboards on this team, and I expect that to be the case on Wednesday, especially with Ninjas in Pyjamas as slight favorites to win. Evil Geniuses might pick Inferno which would be great for REZ since he has a 1.15 Rating with 0.78 kills per round in the past month on that map. He has played Inferno six times during that time and his kill totals were 18, 30, 15, 23, 24, 28 for an average of 23 kills per map. NiP picked Ancient as their map pick on Tuesday, but I think they might go for Overpass in this spot, which would be another positive for REZ as he had five maps in a row with a Rating greater than 1.10 at the end of May 2021 against solid teams: mousesports, Heroic, BIG, Anonymo and Complexity. 36.5 kills just seems too low as a projection for REZ here and I think he should crush this total.

mezii (Endpoint) - Over 39.5 Kills (Maps 1-2)

Mezii has been on fire in the past three months with a 1.19 Rating and 0.76 kills per round. Endpoint’s most played map during that time has been Inferno, which has actually been a weaker map for mezii with a 1.10 Rating and 0.66 kills per round across 19 maps played in the past three months. However, Endpoint will face Sangal on Wednesday, and Sangal currently has a 12 map winning streak on Inferno, so I think Endpoint should go for a different map, like Mirage. Mezii has played Mirage 13 times in the past three months, and he has a 1.18 Rating and 0.77 kills per round during that time, so this should be a better spot than normal for mezii. Endpoint are the favorites to win the series, and they need the victory to secure their spot in the playoffs for ESEA Premier Season 37 Europe, so we should see a strong performance from mezii and his team in this spot. I see plenty of upside on the over, especially since Sangal has been playing well lately and currently sit ahead of Endpoint in Group A with a 5-2 W/L record.
