PrizePicks Prop Selections

1)    KEi (Anonymo) - Over 32.5 Fantasy Score

I know everyone is excited for device’s debut with Ninjas in Pyjamas, but let’s not get carried away here. Kei’s projected total is only 32.5? That is simply too low. Over the past 3 months, KEi has been outstanding with a 1.13 Rating and 1828 kills over 95 maps played, for an average of about 19.2 kills per map. He has averaged 0.74 kills per round during that time, so it does not take much for this total to go over. Keep in mind that this is the first official match for NiP with device, so we might not see a perfect performance from them. Anonymo has also found some success against solid Tier 2 opponents, and I think they will keep this series a bit more competitive than the odds suggest. I am not betting Anonymo to win, but I see plenty of upside on KEi’s total here.

2)    Gade (HYENAS) - Under 35.5 Fantasy Score

We have not seen Gade play an official match in 2021, so we have to use stats from 2020 to evaluate him. In the past 12 months, Gade has a 1.03 Rating with 2174 kills in 124 maps played for an average of just over 17.5 kills per map, which on average would put him just under the fantasy score total across two maps projected by PrizePicks. I see upside on the under though because I am expecting a below average performance from Gade in a series that should be easy for FunPlus Phoenix.  FunPlus Phoenix is currently #17 in the world going up against a HYENAS roster that was recently formed from the ex-North roster along with other scavenged benched players, like b0RUP from Heroic and Kjaerbye from FaZe. All signs point to a dominant win for FunPlus Phoenix, plus Gade has the burden of being the IGL of a newly formed roster, so I really like the under here.
