Welcome back to the Fantasy Alarm NBA DFS Value Vault! We have just a medium five-game slate on tap tonight in the Association, so let’s check out some value!

DRAFTKINGS

1.) Malik Monk SG (CHA) $5,000

The price is a tad-bit higher than I wanted to pay here for Monk on DraftKings, as he is only $4.4K on FanDuel, however, we know that he is a three-point shooter, and this will help aid his value on DraftKings. Monk should once again get good run with Devonte Graham on the shelf for tonight’s game against the Warriors. Monk has been quite a hit-and-miss play lately, but he is getting good minutes as he has now seen 23 or more in eight of his last nine games. He is fresh off a 31-minute outing against the Spurs where he notched out 32.5 DraftKings fantasy points with 23 actual, four boards, and two assists. He is likely more of a GPP-flier at this price, but the Warriors play fast, so he should get some opportunities.

2.) Cory Joseph PG/SF (SAC) $4,200

The Kings are dealing with a few injuries to some key players on their roster heading into tonight’s clash with the Bulls in Chicago. One player that has benefited quite well lately and still has a decent price on both sites tonight is CoJo. Quite frankly, he hasn’t been getting near the recognition he deservers for his production as of late. Joseph has seen 29, 27, 31, and 25 minutes in his last four-straight contests while recording 22, 32.5, 25.8, and 22.3 DraftKings fantasy points as a result. Tonight, he gets one of the SOFTEST match ups in the league against this weak Bull’s backcourt. Love the spot here for CoJo.

3.) Xavier Tillman PF/C (MEM) $3,400

Tillman is in play on both sites, but he is near min-price here on DraftKings. Tillman will without a doubt get really good run tonight as the Grizzlies are dealing with multiple injuries at the moment. Brandon Clarke and Dillon Brooks are out with injuries, while Kyle Anderson and Grayson Allen are being held out due to rest. This is pretty much a give-away game for the Grizz, so I would be looking to delve into as much value in their reserves as possible, as they likely should see good run in this contest, including Tillman.

FANDUEL

1.) Davis Bertans PF (WAS) $4,700

This may be a slight chase play here on Bert as he is just now off of a massive game against Denver where he dropped 35 actual, grabbed three boards, dished a dime, blocked a shot, and swiped a steal in route to 46.1 FanDuel fantasy points in 29 minutes. Bertans is finally getting back into the groove, as he has now put up 22.1, 31.8 and as mentioned above, 46.1 FanDuel fantasy points over his last three while also playing 28 or more minutes in five of his last six games. Gets a more than generous spot here against the Blazers tonight.

2.) Derrick Jones Jr. SF (POR) $4,400

Staying in that WAS/POR game that should be flames emojis with PACE, Jones Jr. is also a very nice value play. Jones Jr. put up 36.9 FanDuel fantasy points in his last game off of 13 points, seven boards, three dimes, two blocks, and two steals in 31 minutes of action. Those last two stat categories are what makes Jones Jr. a valuable fantasy asset to have on FanDuel. He has now blocked five shots and recorded two steals in his last three games. He has also put up 20+ FanDuel fantasy points in four of his last six games. Not to mention WAS has been putrid vs the SF spot all season long.

3.) Desmond Bane SG (MEM) $3,900

Going right back to the Grizzlies reserve values here against the Suns. Bane returned from a personal leave in the Grizzly’s most recent contest and saw 25 minutes of action and managed to put up 10 points, five boards, one assist, and two steals in route to 22.5 FanDuel fantasy points as a result against the Pistons. Once again, we should likely expect another 28-30 minutes out of Bane tonight with the Grizzlies missing four key players, including two of their SGs. Price is great here on Bane and he should get ample run and he can contribute in steals to boot, which helps quite a bit on FanDuel.
