Chan Sung Jung vs Dan Ige | 8200/8000 | - | Stackability: Safe | +115/ -135 |
This should be a pretty good brawl. Ige may not be a top 5 guy but he's always putting on fun fights. His willingness to go to the mattress even when he's going to get hit more is why. That's the perfect dance partner foI the Korean Zombie. If Zombie isn't severely compromised from the beating Brian Ortega gave him he should win the exchanges and eventually hurt Ige. If not, Ige's pressure will get the best of him. It's a safe enough stack in cash. |

Expensive |
Fighter(s) | Price | Opponent | Risk | Odds |
Serghei Spivac | 9200 | Aleksei Oleinik | Somewhat-Safe | -225 |
This fight isn't without risk for Spivac but Olenik would need to pull off a small miracle. Spivac's wrestling is his bread and butter and he generally doesn't take big risks on the ground. His boxing is also good enough to look solid over old man Oleinik. |
Marlon Vera | 9100 | Davey Grant | Moderate | -200 |
Vera gets a chance to avenge one of his early UFC losses. He was a much more raw fighter then. He's dangerous but sometimes takes too long to get warmed up. Grant's aggressive style could force the issue, though. |
Aleksa Camur | 9300 | Nicolae Negumereanu | Moderate | -245 |
Camur is looking to rebound from a fairly embaressing loss to Will Knight where he was out-wrestled. That's not Negumereanu's game: he just wants to take your head off. Camur should be the cleaner striker if he keeps it on his shoulders. |
Dhiego Lima | 9000 | Matt Brown | Moderate | -175 |
If Lima chooses to wrestle he probably cruises. Brown's probably gritty enough to see the final bell, though. Without a bunch of wrestling that's not going to pay off. |

Mid-Range |
Fighter(s) | Price | Opponent | Risk | Odds |
Joaquim Silva | 8300 | Ricky Glenn | Moderate | -130 |
Neto BJJ is a decent fighter but this is more a bet that Glenn is shot. Glenn tends to get hit a good amount and has shaky takedown defense. A finish at $8300 could be quite nice. |
Khaos Williams | 8900 | Matthew Semelsberger | Somewhat-Risky | -150 |
Khoas is tough and tries to take off people's heads. That's always an interesting DK play. |
SeungWoo Choi | 8600 | Julian Erosa | Somewhat-Risky | -155 |
Choi has been improving gradually. He's solid everywhere. Erosa takes a lot of damage but is dangerous on the offensive. If old chin woes resurface for Erosa Choi could be a leverage winfall. |
Bruno Silva | 8800 | Wellington Turman | Somewhat-Risky | -130 |
This is a newcomer, not the Bruno that just fought. This Silva has been fighting some legit competition in M-1, though. Fighting and finishing. The alure of the newcomer potential is hard to resist. Sometimes debutants fall flat. I'm still trying to get a feel for his ownership to help make my decision on him. |
Josh Parisian | 8700 | Roque Martinez | Risky | -135 |
Parisian looked awful in his UFC debut. Losing to Parker Porter is a bad look. Roque is regional scene fodder at best, however. |
Lara Procopio | 8500 | Casey O'Neill | Risky | -160 |
The drop in weight class did Procopio much good. Or maybe fighting Molly McCann did. I'm not laying chalk on her based on that. O'Neill is raw in her own right so Procopio has to be on our radar. |

Pay-Downs |
Fighter(s) | Price | Opponent | Risk | Odds |
Matthew Semelsberger | 7300 | Khaos Williams | Somewhat-Risky | +130 |
If Khaos doesn't put your lights out early he can be wrestled. Semelsberger should look to do that. We're looking for grappling points that can pile up. |
Casey O'Neill | 7700 | Lara Procopio | Somewhat-Risky | +140 |
It's all about potential pace in this one. Procopio can get into a firefight rather easily. If O'Neill ends up the winner she could be a huge value. |
Roque Martinez | 7500 | Josh Parisian | Somewhat-Risky | +115 |
Roque's gonna swing with you. Heavyweights be heavyweights. Parisian isn't some world beater. |
Nicolae Negumereanu | 6900 | Aleksa Camur | Risky | +205 |
Maybe his debut was a fluke. On the Romanian regional scene NiN was a murderer. If the cheapest fighter wins by KO you're gonna need him. |
Aleksei Oleinik | 7000 | Serghei Spivac | Risky | +185 |
Maybe the old Russian bear has one more big upset in him. He's pulled off his share of submissions from the bottom. |
Davey Grant | 7100 | Marlon Vera | Risky | +170 |
Grant goes for broke. It's 50/50 how often that pas out for him. |
Kanako Murata | 7800 | Virna Jandiroba | Risky | +110 |
Murata is a dedicated wrestler facing another dedicated wrestler in Virna. If they cancel each others takedown chances it could turn into a brawl. Virna has been outgunned when that's happened in the past. |
