Week 11 has come and passed and with it came some of the best red zone performances of the season. This is a special Wednesday edition of the Red Zone Report given that there are three games on Thanksgiving and we at Fantasy Alarm want to make sure you are fully prepared for your DFS games even with it being a holiday.

Target Monsters

Jimmy Graham- Graham had the best week of anyone, not just in Week 11 but all season. His MNF showing was phenomenal with six targets and five catches and a score. The big tight end has been targeted quite a bit this season with 22 passes going his way, for a five-target lead over the next closest player in the league. That’s not all though, 15 of those targets have been in the last three games played. The 22 targets also represent 35% of his team’s total attempts (second only to Davante Adams in GB). It seems pretty evident at this point that regardless of matchup, Graham is atop the pecking order in Seattle.

Dez Bryant- Bryant struck again in Big D on SNF despite the lopsided score. He warranted three looks in the game and caught two of them, but didn’t get into the end zone on either one. The looks against Philly have him tied for second in the NFL in total targets with 17 and just a tick behind Graham for share of team targets, putting him third. Bryant has had at least three targets five times this season and at least two six times making him as consistent as any big name wide out.

Michael Crabtree- The Raiders may have been outpaced in Mexico on Sunday, but Crabtree wasn’t. He had another three-target game and caught two of them. The only score the Raiders managed was his receiver-mate Amari Cooper catching his lone target for a TD. Overall Crabtree is tied with Cooper with eight targets a piece this season, but Crabtree has been making up the ground quickly, with five of his looks coming in the last month. Last season Crabtree outdid Cooper 22-13 in targets, but the numbers likely won’t be that far apart this season.

Alshon Jeffery- Jeffery could easily be in the category below this for his efficiency against the Cowboys, but his drawing of half the targets Carson Wentz had puts him in the monster category. Three catches on three targets and a score brings him to nine on the season and a tie for second on the team behind Zach Ertz. Six of the nine targets Jeffery has this year have come in the second half, showing they are turning to him later in the game when it counts to ice the outcome.

Most Efficient

Jarvis Landry- Landry and company were supposed to be on Bye this week, until the hurricane rescheduled things. Between Jay Cutler and Matt Moore, the Miami QBs managed to attempt 10 red zone passes, four of those found their way to Landry. He caught two of them and had a score from those. His total for the year is now sitting at 12, which is pretty good considering the woeful offense being played by the Dolphins most weeks. His receiving compatriot, Devante Parker, had four targets of his own on Sunday, but he only caught one of them.

Antonio Brown- Everyone saw Brown ball out on Thursday night against the Titans. However aside from the big plays, he was clutch near the goal line too. He had four targets, catching three of them and posting two TDs, of his three in the game. JuJu Smith-Schuster also had a nice night with three targets and two catches of his own. The combination of Brown and Smith-Schuster gives the Steelers three players with 10+ red zone targets this season, with Brown leading the way with 15. The interesting part of his performance on Thursday was that they were the first targets he has in November.

Danny Amendola- Amendola was a steady hand for Tom Brady on Sunday in Mexico as he caught both targets that were thrown his way and had a score too. It’s the second-straight game for him with two targets. Sunday wasn’t special in the efficiency department though, he’s caught all but one of his 10 targets, giving him the second-best catch rate of anyone in the league with more than six targets. In an offense that tends to play matchups from week-to-week, Amendola seems to be one of the more consistent weapons in the game plan.

Kareem Hunt- Hunt caught both of his targets on Sunday in New Jersey but obviously didn’t score a touchdown in the game. The key thing here is that four of Hunt’s five targets on the season have come in the team’s last three games. He has also caught four of the five balls thrown his way inside the 20. With Andy Reid’s propensity to involve backs in the passing game, and his lack of weapons on the outside, Hunt should see more looks as the season continues.

Ones To Watch

Danny Woodhead- Woodhead has been hampered by an injury this season, just recently making his way back to the field. However against the Packers he made his presence on the field known with two targets and two catches. Woodhead is the passing catching back in the Ravens offense, when he’s on the field, but the fact that he already saw 66% of Joe Flacco’s targets in his first game back is encouraging. He is only potentially valuable in PPR formats but at this point he may not do much.

Adam Thielen- Without fail, each week we get asked if Thielen should be played in someone’s lineup or should a bevy of other options take his spot. Well in the last three weeks, that question has been pretty well taken care of. Thielen had two targets again on Sunday against a tough Rams’ defense, brining his season total to 13. Seven of those 13 targets have come in the last three games played and put him ahead of Kyle Rudolph as the top red zone target in Minnesota. Case Keenum is in no danger of losing his starting role in the next couple of weeks, making Thielen a must play every week.

Delanie Walker- Walker had a second-straight week of two targets against the Steelers, catching one of the looks. Walker came into the year expected to be a top-five TE and he’s currently sitting in sixth in PPR, however that includes not having a score all season, let alone a red zone target until Week 6. In four of the last five games the Titans have played, he’s accounted for seven targets, tying him with Eric Decker for the team-lead. With that kind of recent production, it’s only a matter of time before he gets into the end zone.

Josh Doctson- Doctson has been maligned a bit this year for not living up to his billing as a first-round pick a year ago. However, he is tied for the team-lead with eight red zone targets this season, including two more on Sunday against New Orleans. He has only caught two of those looks this season. He needs to work on being more reliable when throwing his way, but he has certainly improved his standing in the offensive pecking order in the Nation’s Capitol.
