Cade CunninghamOKSTUT1000036.88
Cade Cunningham has put on a show of late and has put everyone on notice as to why he is considered the potential #1 pick in next year's NBA Draft. In his last 10 outings Cunningham is averaging 39.98 fantasy points per game. Cunningham had a nice year againt the Longhorns as well averaging 22 ppg, 2.5 apg, and 5.5 rpg in two games. The pricetag is insanely high but the way Cunningham has played, he may be worth it.
Jose AlvaradoGTFSU780031.73
In the win against Florida St this year Jose Alvarado was fantastic, however in the Yellow Jackets loss to the Seminoles not so much. In a loss at FSU 1/30 Alvarado had 7 points, 1 rebound, 1 assist on 3/7 from the floor. In the second time out he was much more assertive, having 21 points (8/16), 2 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals. With a day off due to the Virginia game being cancelled, expect Alvarado to be assertive again in this one with the ACC title on the line. Michael Devoe ($7100) has had 2 nice games against FSU and could be a nice paydown option.
Javion HamletNTEXWKU720026.13
Lets show some love to the C-USA and their title game with North Texas guard Javion Hamlet. The senior guard leads the Mean Green averaging 14.8 ppg, 3.3 rpg and 4.5 apg. Hamlet also ranks 88th in the country in usage % per KenPom. While the C-USA title game isnt expected to be as high scoring as others on the slate, Hamlet could be a great alternative to the other guards.
Matt Coleman IIITEXOKST620025.80
There is something about a tournament setting elevating Texas' Matt Coleman III's game. In the Maui Invitational and the Big 12 Tournament (4 games) Coleman is averaging 16.75 ppg, 3 rpg, 4.5 apg and 1.75 spg. Coleman has been solid against OK St this year averaging 11 pgg, 3.5 apg and 6 rpg. In the Maui Invitiational championship Coleman went for 22 points and a game winner, expect him to bring his A-game today.

M.J. WalkerFSUGT550022.00
MJ Walker has some value as he had two solid games against Georgia Tech already this season. Walker has 24 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steaks against the Yellow Jackets. Also M.J. leads the Seminoles in minutes played at 29.2 per contest. He could be a nice play to be able to afford some of the higher priced players. It's always good to go with a senior gaurd in a conference championship.
Dante HarrisGUCRE530018.30
Dante Harris is having himself a Big East Tournament, as Georgetown shockingly finds themselves in the championship game. Harris has 37 points,11 rebounds, 8 assists, 6 steals in three games at MSG. Harris is playing with a lot of confidence and in a high scoring game he could be an excellent play in a cash game.
Mitch BallockCREGU510020.75
Mitch Ballock has absolutely torched the Hoyas from downtown in two games this season. Ballock has connected on 8 of 17 triples against Georgetown and totaled 36 points in the two matchups earlier in the year. I'm sure the Hoyas will try to run him off the three-point line but it is easier said than done as he is very good at getting open off ball.

Other Guards to Consider

  • Michael Devoe- Georgia Tech- $7100
  • Avery Anderson III- Oklahoma St- $6000
  • Anthony Polite- Florida St- $5400

Charles BasseyWKUNTEX980040.55
Charles Bassey has dominated the Conference USA this season and it shouldn't be a huge surprise considering he was a top-10 recruit coming out of high school. In his last 6 contests, Bassey is averaging 43 fppg and in two games in the C-USA Tournament he is averaging 43.5 fppg. Although WKU has yet to play North Texas, no one on their roster will be able to match Bassey's size and physicality, he should go off in this game.
Moses WrightGTFSU850036.88
Like his teammate Jose Alvarado, ACC POY Moses Wright had a down game in the loss to FSU but was dominate in the return game. In the win Wright had 23 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 6 steals. In his last two games Wright has only totalled 41.5 fantasy points but in the 6 games prior to that Wright was averaging 45.6 fppg. With a day off to put the Miami game behind him, expect Wright to have a big game in the final.
RaiQuan GrayFSUGT730027.90
FSU's RaiQuan Gray was pretty quiet in the Seminoles ACC Tournament opener againt UNC with 8 points and 5 rebounds but battled some foul trouble. The prior 12-games however Gray has reached double-figures scoring in every game. Gray is second on the Seminoles with 26.8 mpg and leads the squad in rebounds at 6.8 rpg.
Damien JeffersonCREGU700026.10
Damien Jefferson is a great play due to his ability to make impact over several statistical categories. Jefferson is averaging 12.4 ppg, 5.6 rpg, 2.5 apg and 1.3 spg. Jefferson was excellent against UConn in the Big East semis with 14 points and 12 rebounds. In two games againt Georgetown Jefferson has just been ok but this guy is a game and with a title on the line expect Jefferson to have a nice night.
Jericho SimsUTOKST660020.49
Jericho Sims was dominate in his Big 12 Tournament opener with 10 points, 11 rebounds, 4 blocks and 2 steals against Texas Tech. His physicality really set the tone for the game, as the Longhorns were able to advance. What concerns me is in 2 games against OK St, Sims has onmly averaged 18 minutes played, 4.5 ppg and 5.5 rpg. However with his performance against TTU, expect for Shaka to ride Sims, who should matchup well against the Cowboys' bigs.

Qudus WahabGUCRE600025.90
Creighton's interior defense is better than years past but still there is little to be desired. Look for Ewing to feed his big man Qudus Wahab often in this one. In Georgetown's win against Creighton earlier this year Wahab went for 12 points and 8 rebounds. Wahab presents great value amongst the forwards.
Zachary SimmonsNTEXWKU580022.5
Zachary Simmons makes for a great value play especially for GPP contests. In his past 6 games Simmons has put up 20+ fantasy points. Simmons also ranks 11th in the nation in KenPom's effective FG percentage at 67%. He will certainly have his hands full with WKU's Charles Bassey but Simmons could make for a nice play.
Greg BrownTEXOKST490021.92
Greg Brown had a rough outing for his Big 12 Conference Tournament debut, as he only played 13 minutes. The reasin being he had 5 turnovers in that timespan. Brown has loads of talent and absolutely dominated Oklahoma State in their first meeting of the year. Brown went for 24 points and 14 rebounds in that one. Brown could be an absolute steal in this slate at $4900.
Khalid MooreGTFSU440012.16
This is a total dart throw, as he is mainly a out there for defensive purposes but Khalid Moore will be out there on the court a lot. Despite averaging 4.6 ppg and 3.1 rpg Moore logs 23.8 mpg but saw a total of 58 minutes in two games vs Florida St. The Jackets need him out there to match FSU's length, so I see potential value in Moore's opportunity. In a championship game sometimes you can have an unsung player have a great game, try Khalid Moore in a cash game.

Other Forwards to Consider

  • Kalib Boone- Oklahoma St- $6400
  • Chudier Bile- Georgetown- $5600
  • Kai Jones- Texas- $5200
