DraftKings

Andre Drummond , C DET ($9,100) – Not pulling any punches here, $9,100 for Andre Drummond IS a GREAT value for today’s slate. He is considered probable to play against the Nets who could once again be without DeAndre Jordan , leaving just Jarrett Allen as their primary center. With Allen at center over the past few seasons the Nets have been a bottom three team against the center position. At just $9,100 we only need 45.5 DK points for 5x return. Drummond is averaging more than that this season AND against the Nets earlier this season he dropped the hammer down on them going for 25 points with 20 rebounds, six assists, five blocks and three steals for 74.5 fantasy points. Now, I’m not calling a 70-point game but the man is also averaging 50 FP over his last three games played. He will center most of my lineups today.

Thaddeus Young , PF CHI ($4,400) – The Bulls are hurting in their front court right now due to injury and that lead to Young starting last night against the Kings. In 29 minutes, he went for 10 points with eight rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal for 26.5 FP. Not exactly earth-shattering production but if he is going to see near 30-minutes of playing time at just $4,400 we should be looking to bite. Young has double-double upside and during his prime years was no stranger to racking up the steals either. At a per 36-minute rate this season Young averages 14.5 points, 7.4 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game. Scale that down a bit and there is plenty of room for him to give us even 6x return today which would be just 26.4 FP.

Caris LeVert , PG/SF BKN ($4,800) – Reports just now that LeVert could find his way into the starting lineup today with Spencer Dinwiddie moving to the bench. LeVert has been great in his role lately, averaging 23 FP over his last five games. Over his last two games he has gone for 28 and 32 FP which is encouraging. Maybe with the move to the starting lineup he starts to see a bit more minutes as well which will be even better for his upside.

FanDuel

Derrick Rose , PG DET ($6,800) – No idea why we are getting Rose at under $7,000 here other than it being a small slate so FanDuel is helping us out with our lineup builds because Rose is crushing it right now. Over his last 10 games Rose is averaging 37.9 FD points with 23.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 6.8 assists per game. He draws the Nets today who are allowing the fourth most fantasy points to opposing point guards this season.

Josh Okogie , SF MIN ($4,200) – There is certainly some hit and miss with this play but Okogie is starting and has been played a solid amount of minutes of late with at least 26 in three of the last four games. Against Houston last night he played 32 minutes and went for 37 fantasy points. Against Denver he played 26 minutes and dropped 31 FP. He only needs 21 FP to give us 5x return. Against the Thunder back on January 13th he went for 26.5 FP which would be about 6.5x return on today’s price tag.

Dennis Schroder , SG OKC ($6,200) – Danilo Gallinari has been ruled out for today’s game and with Gallinari off the floor this season Schroder leads the Thunder in usage rate at 29.7% while averaging 1.06 FP/Min. At his price tag we only need 31 FP for 5x return yet over the last six games he has only gone for less than 35 FP once while averaging 38.2 FP during that stretch which would be about 6.5x return on his price point today.
