Boston Red Sox

Do you believe in narratives? I don’t. I do not believe Sean Manaea is better than the Red Sox and that the no-hitter was anything other than an off night for the Red Sox. The fact is the Red Sox destroy left-handed pitching and they have almost five implied runs tonight. J.D. Martínez is the best DFS hitter against LHP and I don’t see a reasonable set of data to suggest Manaea blanks the BoSox again.

Seattle Mariners

Seattle gets Jake Odorizzi  tonight which will make for a good stack on the slate. There are a lot of potential home run options tonight from Nelson Cruz , Mitch Haniger , and Ryon Healy . All of these guys can go deep and there is a very reasonable possibility that you have multiple home runs from these guys on a shorter slate.

Kansas City Royals

The Roylas square off against Ryan Yarbrough who is a weaker left-hander on the slate. The Royals have a lot of strong right-handed bats including Jorge Soler , Salvador Pérez , and Whit Merrifield . Like SEA, you can expect any of these guys to go deep at any given time and considering the competition tonight they could be a good low-owned stack on the slate.
