Houston Astros

At 5.33 implied runs here Houston seems to be a safe play. That combined with the fact that every game tonight carries some ppd risk. HOU has a lot of star power and they are quite expensive. You’ll have to decide between Jose Altuve, George Springer, and Carlos Correa. Yulieski Gurriel is looking like he will assume cleanup duties tonight so he is a great value spot. Doug Foster has been one of the most stacked against DFS SPs over the past two years. The trend should continue tonight.

Milwaukee Brewers

The Brewers are another team with an implied run total over 5 and face Kyle Freeland. Freeland is a lefty which diminishes the value of Travis Shaw and Christian Yelich, but gives a major boost to Ryan Braun, Lorenzo Cain, and Jesus Aguilar. The Brewers are also in Coors which boosts them in a big way. I expect a lot of ownership coming in on this game.

Colorado Rockies

The Rockies also are over 5 runs and that is good news considering they are at home and facing Chase Anderson. Obviously this puts Charlie Blackmon, D.J. LeMahieu, Nolan Arenado, and Carlos Gonzalez in play. Cargo is an obvious choice as he looks to be in the cleanup spot. Of course, monitor the weather in this game as we are seeing rain in the majority of games tonight.
