*UPDATE* Tyler Anderson is starting for the San Francisco Giants on Friday, not Jeff Samardzija . Anderson is a southpaw who has struggled the last few seasons.

His last full season (2018): allowed 30 HR (23 to RHH, 7 to LHH), Lefties slugged .490, however, & posted a .355 wOBA.

Upgrades: Mookie Betts , Justin Turner , Chris Taylor

Downgrades: Corey Seager

 

WHAT IS UP, Y'ALL? Thursday may have been Opening Day, but Friday is an 11-game slate. TODAY is the REAL Opening Day!

We don't have any weather concerns other than a possible delay in MIA/PHI, but even that doesn't seem likely.

Remember, a lot of pitchers are not worked up to their full complement of pitches, so we have to be cautious on who we use based on what we've seen throughout the offseason.

There could be players added up until roster lock (7:05 EST) as well and those players will have an *ADDED* at the beginning of their breakdown section.
