I mean, just use the guy in any and all formats. He’s put up less than 20 FP just once this season and is top-three in essentially every pitching category imaginable. He’s an elite strikeout artist, he has won 8-of-11 starts. He just does it all. He’s a -375 favorite for a reason.
SPWoo Chan ChaLGS. Jang (R)$8,40010.16
We’re never trying to force something, but this match-up is ideal. Cha served some time in the minor leagues -- 10 days to be exact -- and LG thinks he’s ready to roll. He’s a -200 favorite and the 9.5 O/U in this game is the lowest mark on the slate. Hanwha has averaged just 3.33 R/game during July (15 games). That’s the lowest in the league. Cha is expensive, but worth the price of admission.
SPShi Hwan JangHANW. Cha (R)$7,10012.42
If you want a contrarian duo at pitcher, use both guys here from the same game. Jang has only allowed one earned run in each of the last four starts and has allowed two or fewer in five straight. Jang flashes elite strikeout upside at times notching seven or more punchouts in 5-of-10 starts. Jang has 20+ DK points in 3-of-4 starts and although it’s unlikely he picks up a win, 20+ DK points at this price is elite.
SPBen LivelySAMS. Park (R)$7,2004.28
If Lively is on a pitch count it will be hard to get behind him, but if he’s not, the price is appealing. Lively appeared in nine games for Samsung last year and posted an ERA below four and had 9.2 K/9. Lively is actually favored here at home and is only 7.4K if he throws a full complement of pitches.
Hitters

CMin Ho KangSAMS. Park (R)$3,4005.35
We prefer the lefties, but it’s undeniable how good Kang has been offensively. He homered again on Friday for his fourth time over the last 10 games. He has a five-game hitting streak and he’s notched an OPS of 1.230 over a 10 game span.
CSe Hyuk ParkDOOK. Kim (L)$4,2006.32
I don’t think spending up on catcher tonight is the play when we have multiple catchers in the mid-tier with such appealing match-up’s. Not only is the match-up interesting, Park has hit .333 over his last 10 games. He’s been a decent run producer as well with 30 RBI in this potent DOO lineup.
1BRoberto RamosLGS. Jang (R)$5,0009.27
Lefties are the wave against Jang. They’re batting .358 against him with 10 XBH overall. Ramos has 12 HR vs. RHP, has 16 HR overall to go along with a .981 OPS. Ramos and the LG LHH are in a good spot.
1B/OFJa Wook KooSAMS. Park (R)$4,10010.03
I continue to tout these same SAM hitters but they continue to be so productive. They put up 15 runs on Friday and Koo reached based three times and drove in two runs. He’s riding a four-game multi-hit streak and has multiple hits in 7-of-8 games as well.
1B/2BKeon Chang SeoKIWJ. Park (R)$4,7009.38
Another two hits and a stolen base for Seo on Friday to rack up another 19 DK points. He’s an elite base stealer and it’s really hard not to love his upside because of it. He also happens to be multi-position eligible and reaches base at a .400 clip.
2B/SSHye Sung KimKIWJ. Park (R)$3,4006.93
We get a nice split advantage against a guy who’s allowed LHH to bat .273 while giving up three homers. Kim homered himself on Friday and SS is a wasteland and Kim gives us an option there. A cheap one at that. He’s hit 5-of-6 HR vs. RHP this season.

2B/3BSang Su Kim (R)SAMS. Park (R)#N/A#N/A
He continues to rake each and every night as he notched four on Friday while also chipping in three runs scored. Over his last 10 games he’s slashed .421/.522/.579 and he has multi-position eligibility. How do we not give him another look here?
3BKyoung Min HurDOOK. Kim (L)$4,7009.05
Is Hur the hottest hitter in the KBO right now? He’s hitting .537 over his last 10 games. You read that correctly. He’s had 2+ hits in 8 of his last 10 games. You also read that correctly. He gets the split advantage and is probably still too cheap for how well he’s playing.
3B/SSJeong ChoiSKH. Han (R)$5,2008.97
He’s just one of the more productive hitters in the league, he just plays for a dreadful team. CHoi had two more hits and two more RBI on Friday pushing his 10-game slash to .394/.500/.727. Keep riding the wave in a match-up against a pitcher that’s allowed 17 ER over his last two starts.
OFDong Min HanSKH. Han (R)$4,2008.6
Although he’s only been back five games and hasn’t looked great, I have serious interest in Han here. Lefties are hitting .245 vs. Hyun Hee Han and again, he’s given up 17 ER across two starts. Han had two seasons of 29+ HR in a row before the dead ball saw him fall down to 12. The ball is not dead any longer and that’s why we’ve seen 7 HR in 22 games.
OFJung Hoo LeeKIWJ. Park (R)$4,70010.32
Talk about doing it all on Friday. Lee had three hits, one being a homer, drove in four runs and even stole a base. He was in every winning lineup there was and has another dreamboat match-up Saturday. The 10.5 O/U is appealing and Lee’s ability to fill it up is even more.
OFKun Woo ParkDOOK. Kim (L)$5,0009.05
After a rough start to the season, Park has been incredible. He’s slashing .341/.391/.634 over his last 10 games with six XBH, 7 RBI, 9 R and a SB. He’s done a little of everything. This game has an 11.5 O/U & DOO is favored. Park gets the split advantage to boot.
OFSung Bum NaNCDB. Jo (R)$5,90010.78
Na is one of the better pure hitters in the league and this is only his second game back from his short IL stint, but he’s healthy. He’s belted right bombs against RHP this year and has the split advantage, obviously. He has 7 XBH over his last 10 games and is an OBP machine notching a .375 mark on the year.
OFHyun Soo KimLGS. Jang (R)$4,8009.77
He had another two hits on Friday and pushed his slash to .385/.467/.769 over his last 10 games. He has 18 (!) RBI over his last 10 games and has taken off driving in 54 runs on the year, which slots him 5th in the league.
SSJi Hwan OhLGS. Jang (R)$3,7007.45
Oh hit two home runs on Friday and is now riding a five-game hitting streak. He’s done most of his damage against RHP this year hitting 5-of-7 HR and 15 XBH overall. LHH are batting .358 against S. Jang (R).

Right back to the well, boys and girls! Samsung continues to thrive coming off a 15-run output on Friday. The 10.5 O/U in this game is the second highest on the board and one we need to take advantage of. They've averaged the most runs per game in the KBO during the month of July and are hitting .323 as a team. Se Woong Park has an ERA north of 5 and has a WHIP of 1.47 while already surrendering 10 HR. He's not very good.

This game features the highest O/U on the slate at 11.5. DOO has averaged 6.14 runs per game during the month of July which is the third highest mark on the slate. We're not entirely sure how long Ki Hoon Kim will last in this game considering he hasn't pitched more than two innings this year. Hard not to love DOO from top to bottom of their lineup.
