SPEric JokischKIWH, Yang (L)$9,40019.57
How can we not look at Jokisch here considering how dominant he’s been? He’s posted a 1.63 ERA and is second in the league in that category. This game has a slate low 8.5 OU and Jokisch is a -165 favorite in this one as well. He has tossed nine straight quality starts and has been essentially unhittable. No reason to think he’s not a lock-and-load cash play here.
SPAdrian SampsonLOTJ. Baek (L)$8,4009.07
It had been a rough start for Adrian Sampson to start the year but maybe he’s righting the ship after his last outing went six scoreless against the KT Wiz while striking out seven. He gets an anemic offense in Samsung and is a favorite here in a game with only a 9.5 total. I could see Sampson finishing as the top scoring pitcher on this slate.
SPWilliam CuevasKTWM. Kim (R)$8,00012.48
It’s easy to pick on Hanwha every night, so why not do it? They have won two straight, but they’re 12-34 overall and sit at the bottom of the league. Cuevas is coming off a dominant performance against LOTTE throwing seven scoreless innings while striking out five and walking nobody. He’s already shut Hanwha down once this year picking up a win and scoring 19.5 DK points. Cuevas and KT are actually the biggest favorites on the board and he could be someone we use in cash game builds.
SPChan Heon JungLGR. Pinto (R)$7,10018.75
So what the Twins are doing with Jung is interesting, especially if they’re trying to preserve him. He hasn’t been a starter for 10 seasons, so they’re spacing his starts out anywhere from 7-10 days apart and it’s paid off handsomely. He has a very strong 3.34 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 8.8 K/9. Jung is a slight favorite at -129 and is my favorite value arm of the slate.

CDong Won ParkKIWH. Yang (L)$5,3008.05
Four of Park’s nine homers have come against left-handed pitching this year in just 23 at-bats and although he’s struggling at the dish right now, he has a .934 OPS on the year. He’s an elite hitting catcher and my favorite spend at the position.
CKang Nam YooLGR. Pinto (R)$4,2006.61
Catcher is really bleak on this slate. I really dislike it. I like LG a bit in this spot and Yoo is included as he’s hit .333 over his last 10 games. He’s a strong run producer for a catcher and has a good match-up.
1BRoberto RamosLGR. Pinto (R)$5,30010.08
Although Pinto has looked good at times, left-handed hitters have given him an issue. Ramos is one of the more prestigious home run hitters the KBO has to offer and although Pinto has only given up one bomb, Ramos can go deep against anyone. Interesting to note LHH are batting .327 vs. Pinto this season and they’ve notched 10 XBH.
1BByungho ParkKIWH. Yang (L)$4,4008.86
The power surge is upon us as Park has belted five bombs over his last nine games. We know he has 40 home run upside which always puts him in play, especially in GPP’s.
2BChi Hong AnLOTJ. Baek (L)$3,3007.42
We’re not playing An for any sort of power, because he has little to none, but he can handle the bat and his .333 OBP is the most interesting part of his game because his ability to steal a bag when he reaches. He has eight steals putting him near the top of the leaderboards and I can’t go on throughout this whole write-up without mentioning how well he’s priced.
2B/SSDixon MachadoLOTJ. Baek (L)$4,6007.7
We get multi-position eligibility out of Machado here and at two positions that are not deep. Machado is feeling good at the dish too, slashing .415/.442/.488 over his last 10 games. He has power (14 XBH) and speed as well (5 SB). Key piece to our builds on Saturday.

SSJi Hwan OhLGR. Pinto (R)$3,0007.6
Oh is a great spend down at SS if you’re into that kind of this thing on this slate. Oh has been feelin’ himself at the dish hitting .378 over his last 10 games with a hit in every one of those games. He also has 9 SB this year so he’s a threat on the basepaths as well.
SSHa Seong KimKIWH. Yang (L)$5,30010.37
Although Kim has had his best success against RHP and he draws a lefty here, he’s still an elite swinger. He has an .892 OPS and has 10 HR and 7 SB, so he can really do it all. Hyun Jong Yang has already allowed 6 HR this year and it wouldn’t surprise me if Kim deposits one early in this one.
3BKyoung Min HurDOOS. Choi (L)$2,5008.32
I essentially suggest Hur every night, but the price never rises. The hits keep coming and value continues to be reached. Not to mention how BAD 3B truly is. This game has a 10.5 O/U and that’s the slate high.
OF/1BBaek Ho KangKTWM. Kim (R)$6,10011.7
Lefties have killed Kim this season belting five bombs while hitting .354 as well. Kang has hit everything pitched his way lately batting .400 over his last 10 games, helping raise his average to .351 on the year. He has 10 HR and 1.108 OPS on the year. He’s hit 9-of-10 HR vs. RHP and is batting .395 against them as well.
OFMel Rojas Jr.KTWM. Kim (R)$5,90012.07
Rojas is currently the triple crown leader and gets the split advantage here. Rojas has homered in 3-of-4 games and is likely the current MVP in the KBO. It’s hard not to like him in all formats and it’s hard not to call him the TOP player of the slate.
OFJeong Dae BaeKTWM. Kim (R)$2,9008.64
Bae is so cheap in this spot and although I like the left-handed swingers better against Min Soo Kim, he’s been swinging a hot bat. He’s riding a five-game hitting streak and has a hit in 8-of-9 overall. Bae is a dual threat player with power and speed and as I mentioned at the top, he’s cheap as hell.
OFKun Woo ParkDOOS. Choi (L)$3,5008.67
Park sat out on Friday but had six hits in the two games prior and is batting .436 over his last 10 games overall. Park is back at the top of the Doosan lineup and has the ability to take one out of the park and swipe a bag. His ability to score due to the elite lineup behind him is a massive bonus as well.
OFJun Woo JeonLOTJ. Baek (L)$4,4009.12
Jeon blasted his fourth bomb over his last 10 games on Friday giving him nine this season. We get a righty/lefty match-up here, one is advantage RHH as they’re hitting .329 against him. Jeon has hits in 9-of-10 and could in line for a BIG game here

This is firepower versus firepower as Hanwha starter Min Woo Kim is very good at missing bats, but can really allow the big fly as well. He’s already given up nine bombs and KTW has hit the third most home runs in the league. KTW are big -187 favorites in this game featuring a 9.5 O/U, the second highest of the slate. We love the LHH vs. Kim as they’re hitting .354 and have deposited five bombs already.

StackDixon MachadoJun Woo JeonChi Hong AnDae Ho LeeHoon Jung
This is a fantastic spot for LOTTE as they face off against a 32-year old pitcher who’s struggling quite a bit. Jung Hyun Baek has allowed seven bombs in six starts, has a 5.34 ERA and a 1.47 WHIP as well. LOTTE is loaded with right-handed bats that could give him trouble, which has already been the case considering the .329 AVG allowed to them this season.
