SPWarwick Saupold (L)HANK. Noh$9,700
Saupold has pitched two really strong games, one being as good as they come throwing a complete game shutout, but now he takes on a Lotte Giants team playing as well as anyone in the KBO. Soupold and the Eagles are still the -142 favorites, despite facing off with one of this year's powerhouses. Saupold has shown tremendous control walking just 1.2 batters per nine innings and has two quality starts under his belt. Safe for all formats.
SPHyun Jong Yang (L)KIAY. Lee$9,000
Yang has been so good for a long time. He was dominant last year pitching to a 2.29 ERA and 1.07 WHIP while striking out 163 in 184.2 IP. Yang has a career 3.76 ERA and 1.37 WHIP and has struck out 146+ opponents in six straight campaigns. The Doosan offense is a scary one to target and it’s not like Yang is cheap, but he will go under-owned because of both factors, and for GPP’s, that’s what we like to see.
SPJake Brigham (R)KIWC. Kelly$8,500
Although Brigham has gotten off to a rocky start, he’s flashed brilliance in the KBO, especially the last two seasons. His 2.96 ERA was no fluke when you factor in his 3.22 FIP and the 7.4 K/9 average he posted gives us a glimpse of some elite level upside. LG offense is in a good place as they have a .308 team average, so this could come back to bite us, but Brigham can shut down anyone. GPP’s only.
SPCasey Kelly (R)LGJ. Brigham$8,000
One of the league leaders in ERA from a year ago looked horrible in his debut, but one start compared to his 29 is not a sample size I’m buying into. Kelly runs into a Kiwoom team with a .230 batting average on the year and has lost two games in a row. The price is really appealing as well because at his peak he’s over 9K easily.
SPTae Hoon Kim (L)KTWY. Kim$6,000
It’s not as if Kim has been deployed as a starter much throughout his career but it worked quite well his first outing of the year throwing six innings while allowing just two hits and two runs. Kim has been an excellent reliever over the past two seasons. Kim had a robust 9.8 K/9 last year and that might take a hit due to the entrance into the rotation, but he’s accomplished that feat two years in a row and is simply able to miss bats with the best of them. Best value on the slate.

3BKyoung Min HurDOOH. Yang (L)$2,700
Hur has been quite unlucky thus far posting a .243 BABIP, but didn’t count on putting the ball in play much on Friday because he just put it in the stands instead. Hur has hit .288 or better in back-to-back seasons to go along with 25+ doubles and 11+ stolen bases. He’s a good DFS play at just 2.7K despite the tough match-up.
OFPreston TuckerKIAY. Lee (R)$5,200
We get Tucker in a split advantage and has now raised his slash line to .417/.500/.750. Doosan Bears starter Yong Chan Lee allowed six runs his first time out and despite his 4.07 ERA, he put up a 4.32 FIP so he was worse than his numbers suggest. Tucker is clearly one of the most complete players the KBO has to offer, foreigner or not.
1B/2BKeon Chang SeoKIWC. Kelly (R)$2,700
We like Kelly tonight, but Seo has been a solid hitter for quite some time despite starting this campaign off batted .258 thus far. He’s hit .298 or better for six straight campaigns and has failed to notch an .800 OPS once since 2014. Tough match-up, elite upside at this price.
1B/OFJa Wook KooSAMM. Kim (R)$5,100
Koo had a down season in 2019 but still managed 15 bombs, 71 runs batted in, and 11 steals. He missed a week of games and slotted right back into the three spot on Friday and had two hits, scored and drove in a run. Koo is Samsung’s most potent offensive player right now and is in a good spot to do damage here.
3BWon Seok LeeSAMM. Kim (R)$4,400
He’s begun to turn it on at the dish driving in five runs over his past three games and in a game with an 11.5 O/U, we’re not passing up offense here. Lee has belted 18+ HR, 20+ 2B, and 62+ RBI in each of the past three seasons.
OFMel Rojas Jr.KTWS. Yoon (R)$6,000
Rojas extended his streak of multi-hit games to four on Friday and now has six over his last seven contests raising his average to .462. His match-up against Sung Hwan Yoon is exploitable as Yoon is coming off a season in which he posted a 4.89 FIP, 1.5 WHIP, and allowed 14 HR or more for the seventh straight season.
1B/OFBaek Ho KangKTWS. Yoon (R)$5,900
He’s electric offensively, which is essentially what I wrote yesterday but who can blame me for going back to the well? He had a three-run double on Friday and that pushed his hitting streak to nine games. We love to see the split advantage and the fact that this game has a slate high 11.5 O/U.
SSWoo Jun SimKTWS. Yoon (R)$2,500
The Wiz leadoff man played a huge role in the 14 run contest they had on Friday as he went 3-for-4 with a triple, two runs scored, a walk, RBI, and SB. He’s so freakin’ cheap for a leadoff hitter with elite speed in one of the absolute best spots on the board.
CSung Woo JangKTWS. Yoon (R)$3,200
Catcher is a terrible position in DFS and that goes for KBO and MLB. Jang has had a really good start to 2020 with a .323/.353/.581 slash and has four XBH and 12 RBI. He’s only 3.2K in an elite match-up with 11.5 game total. Something I’ve harped on this entire playbook.

1B/OFJamie RomakSKY. Kim (L)$6,000
He has a mini three-game hitting streak but he’s yet to flash the power off he has since coming over to the KBO. Romak has hit 29+ HR in all three seasons he’s played in KBO so the track record speaks for itself. He has the split going up against the lefty and that lefty had a 1.7 WHIP and 5.01 FIP last year.
3B/SSJeong ChoiSKY. Kim (L)$5,400
How could you possibly be more unlucky than Choi has been? Sure his 20% K-rate leaves something to be desired, but a .158 BABIP? .158? Choi is in rare air in the KBO ranks with what he’s done at the dish notching a career .916 OPS and has belted 29+ bombs in four straight seasons. Ownership could be low due to his struggles + price.
2B/3BKwang Min SongHANK. Noh (R)$4,100
Song has not been very productive reaching base, but he is slugging .500 and has a strong .259 ISO to boot. Song had a bad 2019, but had surpassed an .800 OPS the three years prior, surpassing 13 HR in each season. Song has begun his 2020 showing flashes of what he was before ‘19.
SSJu Suk HaHANK. Noh (R)$3,000
Ha is not your prototypical three-hole hitter, but that’s where he’s batting in the lineup and it’s something we should take advantage of considering he’s only 3K. Ha is riding a nice six-game hitting streak, which has upped his average to .361 on the year. He’s a stolen base threat as well as he’s already run twice and has been successful both times.
2B/SSSun Jin OhHANK. Noh (R)$4,000
Oh is not exactly known for his offense but when you got it going, you got it going. He has been extremely lucky with a .416 BABIP but hey, he's putting the ball in play and good things are happening. It's another enticing match-up against a pitcher who allowed nine hits and five ER his first time out this season. Ride the hot hand.

11.5. That's the number Vegas has set the O/U at tonight for runs. The Wiz are coming off a 14-run implosion on Friday night, looking to have a repeat performance in this one. The Wiz may only be 2-7 on the year, but they have the fourth-best team batting average in the league and their offense isn't the reason they're struggling in the wins column.

I won't commit to an entire team stack considering bad this offense has been, but how can you deny the match-up and how can you deny how well they're priced? With a lot of really potent offenses facing quality pitching, Hanwha provides us with savings and likely low ownership for GPP's.
3SKWyverns Opp. PitcherYoung Gyu Kim
Mini-StackJeong ChoiJamie RomakDong Min Han
SK gets quite the interesting match-up here squaring up with a pitcher making his 12th career start. He appeared in 30 games in 2019 -- 10 starts -- and did not find much success pitching to an ERA north of five while posting a dreadful 1.7 WHIP. SK has elite talent up top and I don't love their value, so if pairing with a cheap team like KTW or Hanwha it'll make for a perfect match.
