FanDuel

Jalen Brunson , PG DAL -- $3,700

For some reason, FanDuel did not adjust Brunson’s price tag a smidge as he still sits at 3.7K for this contest. We know Luka Doncic is going to miss an extended period of time and with Doncic leaving early in the first quarter last time out, Brunson responded with 34 minutes of playing time and 34.4 FD points. With Doncic off of the floor this season, Brunson has a very strong 23.9-percent usage rate and averages 1.08 FP/min. At this price, why would you not just lock him into your lineup? Especially when you also factor in this monster pace up spot Dallas is in going up against Milwaukee.

Donte DiVincenzo , SG MIL -- $4,000

With Eric Bledsoe out, the Bucks actually kept George Hill on the bench, even though we all expected him to start, and started Giannis Antetokounmpo at point-guard. DiVencenzo drew a start at shooting-guard and across 25 minutes, put up 35 FP. DiVencenzo can do a little bit of everything and has shown this type of upside in the past, so this isn’t a one time thing. With Bledsoe off of the floor, DDV averages 1.02 FP/min, which is elite. If Dallas could somehow keep this game close, DiVencenzo could approach 30 minutes here.

Derrick Jones Jr., SF MIA -- $4,100

The Heat continue to give Jones all the minutes he can handle as he’s now played 26 or more in five straight games. He’s gone over 25 FD points in three straight games and 20-plus in four-of-five. Jones’ value on FD comes from his peripheral stats, mainly all the steals he’s racking up. He has three multi-steal games over his last five and has one in four of the five. He also has three games with a block during that span as well and by now everyone knows it’s three points per block and steal, so he’s really racking them up. Using Jones’ in these up-tempo games where he can get out and run so he can flash his athleticism are my favorites. He’s still too cheap across the industry.

DraftKings

Mikal Bridges , SG/SF PHX -- $4,100

We saw Bridges start for Phoenix last game with Devin Booker out and alas, Booker is out once again so we should expect much of the same here. Bridges played 32 minutes and notched 27 FP, contributing mainly in rebounds (ten), assists (four) and steals (two) considering he took only three shots and scored just five points. Bridges is not a big time scorer by any stretch of the imagination, averaging just seven on the year, but he has always been peripherally sound. He averages .88 FP/min with Booker off the floor, which is really solid for a guy priced the way he is. Portland allows the seventh most FP/game to opposing teams, so Bridges is in a great situation tonight.

Tyler Herro , SG MIA -- $4,600

After two bad games in a row, Herro put up a strong performance putting up 19 actual and 31 FP against the Mavs. Herro only shot 4-of-14 and still put up those 31 FP, so imagine what he does if his shot was falling? Memphis is fifth in pace and allows the MOST fantasy points to opposing shooting-guards per game, so he’s truly in one of the best possible spots he could have. Herro went for 29.5 DK points against Memphis the last time these two teams met up and should be a lot of the same here. Let’s not fail to mention Justise Winslow and Goran Dragic are both still out.

Denzel Valentine , SG/SF CHI -- $3,800

The Bulls continue to give Valentine minutes and he continues to perform as he played a season-high 26 minutes his last time out and scored 25.5 DK points. He’s now eclipsed 20-plus minutes in three-of-four games and has 19-plus FP in all three of those contests. Valentine has been cookin’ as a fantasy producer averaging 1.08 FP/min, which slots in as the second highest mark on the Bulls only behind Zach LaVine . The price and the increase in minutes fit so well together.
