(+650) Victory Five v FunPlus Phoenix (-1200)

(+125) RNG v TOP Esports (-165)

(-170) Liiv SANDBOX v Fredit BRION (+130)

(+375) KT Rolster v Gen.G (-600)

Three out of the four of these matches are absolute barn burners with RNG v TES most likely being the best match on the slate by far but we also see top tier teams in FPX and Gen.G get to play as well. Key players like Lwx, Knight, and Cryin are all trying to push their team over the finish line at the end of this split. Who will be victorious? Let’s dive in and find out!

Game #1 Victory Five v FunPlus Phoenix

Cann’s Pick: FunPlus Phoenix

Cann’s Breakdown: This should be the easiest 2-0 on the day. V5 has consistently shown that they just do not have the talent, specifically in the bottom lane, to hang with the big dogs. Lwx should feast today as well as Beichuan. To the bank on this one (insert a kiss of death here).

Game #2: RNG v TOP Esports

Cann’s Pick: RNG

Cann’s Breakdown: What a screamer of a match. The closest statistically and some of it may be because we are having our emotions played with. While TES has some amazing individual and team stats, RNG are the league leaders. RNG will need to control JackeyLove and the bot lane to win this series and thankfully their highest performer in Gala is down there to do it. Great matchup and I think RNG is my “upset” pick of the day.

Game #3 Liiv SANDBOX v Fredit BRION

Cann’s Pick: Liiv SANDBOX

Cann’s Breakdown: I think you could make an argument for this to be a possible upset. LSB has been so hit or miss but I think the solo lanes of FATE and Summit will be the difference maker in this matchup. BRO has been scrappy taking series wins over teams like DWG, AF, KT, and even one over LSB, but I think these teams are in two very different places right now.

Game #4 KT Rolster v Gen.G

Cann’s Pick: Gen.G

Cann’s Breakdown: I cannot believe that Gen.G is not more expensive in on sites like DraftKings. This team just 2-1’d DWG and are one of the biggest threats in the LCK going up against one of the weakest performing teams in the LCK. I think this may be the nail in the coffin for KT Rolster and make sure they do not cross the threshold into the playoffs.

Fantasy Value Breakdown

Captain

Favorite: Doinb (FPX: $11,700) Much like in the past, I don’t like betting against V5’s mid laner Mole. Mole started the split string carrying V5 to many of their early wins but it is clear that this team is just too heavy for him. He is only behind Doinb by a few kills (94 v 100) but really falls behind when it comes to assists (167 v 241) and deaths (87 v 65). Mole can be flashier in lane but Doinb has the significantly better supporting cast to play around.

Value Pick: Gala (RNG: $10,500)

Top Lane

Favorite: Summit (LSB: $6,600) I have been on the Summit train for a few weeks now and in all reality, this could be the lock of the day. He has 90 kills which is almost double of his lane opponent in Hoya (47). Summit has a team kill share percentage of 23% which is second best in the LCK. Summit is a monster in the top lane and one of the top laners I would advocate to play top dollar for.

Value Pick: Nuguri (FPX: $6,000)

Jungle

Favorite: Biechuan (FPX: $7,400) This is almost the same nature of the Doinb pick. Weiwei isn’t bad, and in some categories has an advantage over Biechuan. The gap between these two teams is just too big. Biechuan is going to continue to farm assists (105 total in 12 games) off the power of their bot lane and you should be able to collect your free points for games not played.

Value Pick: Clid (GEN: $6,600)

Mid Lane

Favorite: FATE (LSB: $7,600) With the second highest kill participation rates among LCK mid laners (74.5%) who is also one of the highest kill leaders as well (4th- 100). FATE should have an easy go with Fredit BRION who have had four  different mid laners this split. I would expect him to play the Syndra tomorrow and if he does, you are in good shape to grab some great point value out of him.

Value Pick: Cryin (RNG: $7,000)

ADC

Favorite: JackeyLove (TES: $7,800) This is the coin toss for you. Who shows up? Is it JackeyLove or is it Gala? JackeyLove has been borderline unstoppable in lane as of late. He has 151 kills and 169 assists. He has a team kill percentage of 32% and carries the primary responsibility of dealing the damage for TES. This is going to be a bloody series and which ever bot laner comes out on top will get you PAID.

Value Pick: Ruler (GEN: $7,400)

Support

Favorite: Crisp (FPX: $5,600) Crisp has 329 assists on the split and has been the anchor for this team. Crisp is intelligent and will work with Biechuan to get off early ganks in the bot lane and then in the late game keeps Lwx alive for as long as he can. Into the troubled bot lane of V5, look for Crisp and Lwx to have limited deaths and maximize their impact in the late game.

Value Pick: Ming (RNG: $4,800)

Team

Favorite: FunPlus Phoenix ($5,800) Minus twelve hundred odds. That’ll be about it. One of the best stats for FPX in this matchup is their gold differential at 15 minutes. At this point FPX is averaging a gap of +1737 while V5 is averaging -92. And if Mole wasn’t as good as he is that gap would be larger. This is the safest statistical bet for the position but you’ll need to trim some points for elsewhere.

Value Pick: Liiv SANDBOX ($5,000)
